A Unidade de Suporte Básico (USB 09) do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU) de Lauro Müller registrou, nesta semana, duas ocorrências de grande complexidade que exigiram precisão técnica, rapidez e tomada de decisão em cenários críticos. Em uma das situações, a equipe foi acionada para atender um idoso de 63 anos, encontrado no interior de sua residência. Ao chegar ao local, os socorristas constataram que o paciente estava em parada cardiorrespiratória. Os procedimentos de reanimação foram iniciados imediatamente ainda na residência e, após os primeiros atendimentos, o homem foi encaminhado ao hospital para continuidade do cuidado médico. A segunda ocorrência demandou ainda mais esforço da equipe plantonista, que precisou lidar simultaneamente com a gravidade do quadro clínico da paciente e falhas de comunicação durante o deslocamento. O chamado envolveu uma idosa de 87 anos, com histórico de Acidente Vascular Cerebral (AVC), Alzheimer e diabetes, que apresentou piora súbita do estado de saúde, ficando afásica e com perda de movimentos no lado direito do corpo. Diante da identificação de que os sintomas haviam iniciado há menos de uma hora, a regulação médica classificou o atendimento como Código Vermelho, determinando o encaminhamento imediato ao Hospital São José (HSJ), em Criciúma, referência em neurologia. No entanto, o trajeto apresentou um grande desafio: devido à geografia acidentada da região, a equipe enfrentou um “vazio” de sinal de rádio e telefonia, ficando temporariamente sem contato com a central de regulação. Durante esse período, o estado clínico da paciente se agravou, com episódios de bradicardia e respiração de Cheyne-Stokes, sinais de comprometimento neurológico grave. Mesmo isolados, os profissionais mantiveram a paciente estabilizada com oxigenoterapia e acesso venoso periférico, garantindo a manutenção dos sinais vitais até a retomada do sinal de comunicação nas proximidades do município de Treviso. Com o restabelecimento do contato, o Serviço de Atendimento e Resgate Aeromédico (SAER) foi acionado. Em um ponto estratégico previamente definido, a paciente foi transferida para a aeronave, recebendo suporte avançado e sendo conduzida de forma rápida ao hospital, dentro da chamada “janela de tratamento”, fundamental para casos neurológicos agudos. A coordenadora técnica do SAMU de Lauro Müller, enfermeira Renata Elias, conversou com o repórter Álvaro Souza e destacou a importância do preparo da equipe, do trabalho integrado com a regulação médica e do apoio aeromédico para o sucesso dos atendimentos realizados.

Mas a equipe teve uma desagradável surpresa ao chegar ao local: se tratava de um boneco caído em um buraco, ao lado de uma bicicleta quebrada, simulando um acidente. A Secretaria de Estado da Saúde (Sesa) repudiou a atitude, destacando que o chamado indevido para a falsa ocorrência mobilizou profissionais, ambulância e recursos públicos para atender uma situação inexistente. Segundo a pasta, esse tipo de atitude causa prejuízo direto ao sistema de saúde e pode comprometer o atendimento a ocorrências reais, colocando vidas em risco.A Sesa reforçou que o Samu/192 é um serviço essencial, voltado exclusivamente para situações de urgência e emergência, e que trotes ou comunicações falsas configuram uma atitude irresponsável e desumana, além de desrespeitar os profissionais da saúde e a população que depende do serviço. O acionamento indevido pode resultar em responsabilização legal. Em 2025, o Samu recebeu o equivalente a 150 trotes por dia ou 6 por hora ou, ainda, 1 a cada 10 minutos! De acordo com os dados divulgados, o SAMU de Lauro Müller contabilizou 834 ocorrências em 2025, o que representa uma média aproximada de 70 atendimentos por mês. As ocorrências envolveram diferentes tipos de situações de urgência e emergência, reforçando a importância do serviço para a segurança e a saúde da comunidade. Un altre estudi del 2000 de Deakin, aquest amb vint pacients en xoc hipovolèmic amb la pressió arterial mesurada de forma invasiva també observava aquesta sobreestimació, tot i que corroborava el fet que els polsos perifèrics es deixaven de palpar abans que els centrals. Això no vol dir que la palpació dels polsos no sigui útil, sinó que no l’hem de correlacionar amb un valor específic de pressió, encara menys amb els que havia suggerit l’ATLS. Per tant, no hem de basar les nostres decisions en l’assumpció d’uns valors de pressió arterial que estimen segons la presència de pols palpable en diferents llocs. Neste início da semana foi destaque a informação que dois acidentes foram registrados na BR 482, na localidade de Morro Grande, em Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, no Sul do Espírito Santo, por conta de uma poça d'água que se formou sobre uma das pistas da rodovia durante as chuvas no fim de semana. Ambos os casos ocorreram na madrugada desta segunda-feira (15). O resultado foi trágico: em um deles, três amigos que estavam um carro morreram, e no outro três pessoas ficaram feridas.Segundo o Corpo de Bombeiros, o carro que o veículo dos três amigos atingiu após aquaplanar era um Toyota Hilux, que estava no acostamento justamente por ter passado pela poça na via, perdido o controle da direção e capotado, horas antes. Três pessoas foram socorridas para um hospital particular da cidade por equipes dos bombeiros e do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu/ 192). O trabalho realizado pelo cirurgião vascular capixaba, Eliud Garcia Duarte Junior, se tornou referência internacional em medicina regenerativa aplicada ao tratamento do chamado pé diabético, problema que resultada em uma série de alterações que podem ocorrer nos pés de pessoas com diabetes não controlado. O Ministério Público do Estado do Acre (MPAC), por meio da 1ª Promotoria Especializada de Defesa da Saúde, realizou na quarta-feira, 24, reunião para tratar das deficiências estruturais e de gestão do Hospital de Urgência e Emergência de Rio Branco (Huerb). O encontro contou com a participação de representantes do Tribunal de Contas do Estado (TCE), da Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU), da Secretaria de Estado de Saúde (Sesacre) e da direção do hospital.

Em 18 de maio de 2007, por meio da Lei Municipal nº 1.431, foi autorizada a implantação do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU) em Lauro Müller. While working on her master's degree in sales management, she switched to the world of automation and manufacturing. As a project manager at advacon, a consulting firm focused on small and medium-sized industrial companies, Riemenschneider was mentored by former managers from Rittal, which increased her expertise in business development. A consulting project for a leading company in sensor technology brought her to the United States, where she learned market-specific management and sales strategies. Pero fue a causa de la participación misma de esa mujer durante la segunda parte de la Guerra del Pacífico entre Perú y Chile que ocurrió la siguiente historia que ilustra cabalmente la razón por la que el escritor peruano titula su capítulo sobre Antonia Moreno Leyva de Cáceres: «La gran heroína de la Guerra del Pacífico»: »Con sus pasos observados al detalle —narra Pólack—, Antonia Moreno —esposa «del combatiente más ilustre», el General de Brigada Andrés Avelino Cáceres Dorregaray— tenía la obligación de ser mucho más cuidadosa y astuta, pues de sus acciones dependía buena parte del éxito de la Campaña de la Breña. Ya tenía en su poder un pequeño cañón... y todos coincidían en que había que sacarlo lo más pronto posible de la ciudad [de Lima].... Urgía que esa importante arma estuviera en manos de la resistencia, por lo que convinieron en que unas mulas esperaran la carga fuera de las murallas de la ciudad para llevarla inmediatamente a su destino. Pero, con las calles atestadas de soldados chilenos, ¿cómo se podría sacar dicho armatoste fuera de los confines de la ciudad?   »A nuestra heroína se le ocurrió que existía sólo una salida posible para resolver el problema. Mandó a desarmar el cañón en varias partes y lo depositó en el interior de un ataúd de madera, el cual sería cargado por las calles simulando una comitiva apesadumbrada de deudos hasta el cementerio. Muy cerca de ahí, en un descampado, los esperarían las mulas que iban a servir de transporte para llevar la peligrosa carga hasta [Cáceres en la sierra central]....   »Bajo la mirada de atentos soldados chilenos que rondaban por las calles semidesiertas de Lima, el ataúd fue llevado por una muchedumbre de nerviosos deudos... de la patria... que llevaban [además,] escondido donde podían... un cargamento de armas y municiones.... Paso a paso, calle a calle, surgía con cada soldado chileno la posibilidad de ser descubiertos. No se podía correr, pues había que ir a paso de velorio e incluso llorar si era necesario.... »La misión resultó exitosa y el «cadáver» resucitó a los pocos días con estruendosos cañonazos que anunciaban que la resistencia no se rendiría», concluye Pólack.1 Así como el peso abrumador del cañón y de las otras armas recayó sobre los hombros de aquellos soldados peruanos ese día, también en nuestra vida hay días en que sentimos que estamos llevando el peso del mundo sobre los hombros. Sólo que el enemigo nuestro sabe lo que estamos cargando, y se esfuerza más bien por hacernos creer la mentira de que hay que llevar solos esas cargas. Lo cierto es que el único en la historia humana que ha podido soportar el peso del mundo es Jesucristo, el Hijo de Dios. Cuando murió por nuestros pecados, Él llevó, solo, ese peso sobre sus hombros para que nosotros jamás tuviéramos que llevar solos nuestras cargas.
