Prince, die Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Shamen und Edelweiß auf einer Doppel-CD! Gibt's nicht, sagt ihr? Gibt es ja wohl doch! Die Bravo Hits 2 waren Ende September 1992 mit vielen Hits nur so gesegnet. Dazu war die zweite Ausgabe der Bravo Hits die erste, die mit einer Doppel-CD aufwartete. Zwei Mal 16 Stücke, die genreübergreifend alles abdeckten, was chartstauglich war oder von den Machern als chartstauglich angesehen wurde. Die Bravo Hits 2 war auch die letzte Veröffentlichung der Bravo Hits, die nicht auf Platz 1 in den Charts landete. Einige der größten Chartserfolge der 90er Jahre sind auf diesen beiden CDs vertreten. Snap mit "Rhythm Is A Dancer" zum Beispiel. Oder Dr. Alban mit "It's My Life". Dazu Songs, bei denen sich die Redakteure sicher waren, dass sie in die Charts kommen würden. Right Said Fred waren mit ihrem Nachfolgehit vertreten. Der dann aber nicht so durchstartete wie "I'm Too Sexy".
