Face à des banques qui « arrêtent de financer les biens classés E, F ou G sans travaux », son équipe accompagne les acquéreurs de passoires thermiques, du choix des travaux au montage complet du financement.Il détaille les enjeux du moment : dispositifs qui évoluent, durcissement réglementaire, hausse des factures, décote des biens mal classés. Pour les acheteurs comme pour les vendeurs, la rénovation est devenue incontournable. « Les gens veulent et doivent faire des travaux », rappelle-t-il. Un exploit sportif hors du commun, une aventure humaine extraordinaire. Durant 72 jours, Alban Pellegrin a couru 72 marathons sans repos, en reliant les 4 points cardinaux de la France. Ce défi "Je cours chez vous", dédié à la mémoire de sa mère et à la Fondation du Souffle, a permis de récolter 32 000 euros pour la lutte contre les maladies respiratoires. Chaque matin, Alban ne savait pas où il allait dormir. Et chaque soir il a frappé aux portes de familles inconnues pour trouver un toit et un repas, mais surtout des rencontres hors du commun. Entre effort physique, introspection et moments de partage, l'ancien candidat de Koh-Lanta revient sur cette aventure qui l'a profondément marqué.

Avant de rencontrer l'autrice, les élèves de Première en option sport ont découvert son univers à travers "Une grammaire amoureuse", son recueil de poésie dédié en partie à son conjoint. Mais, la préparation ne s'est pas limitée à la lecture. "La prof de français nous a fait écrire des poèmes de quatrains pour les présenter à Coline quand elle allait venir", raconte Nina. Par binôme, les élèves ont ainsi lu leurs propres créations devant l'autrice. Peu d'entre eux connaissaient Coline Pierré avant cette rencontre, et la plupart avouent ne pas être des lecteurs assidus. Pourtant, l'expérience semble avoir laissé des traces. "Cela nous permet de découvrir de nouveaux métiers différemment, en rencontrant vraiment des personnes concernées", explique Félicie.
