When they're not recapping the episode or watching Elizabeth's cat lose her frikkin' mind, the twins talk about the upcoming Convention season that kicks off with Oak City Comic Con in Raleigh. And for all you Transformers fans, Kathryn accepts the challenge to explain the difference between "Forged" and "Constructed Cold" in five minutes or less. Correction: Elizabeth said she'd been reading about Transformers' sparks in Till All Are One recently. She meant to say Lost Light. Correction the second: Kathryn referred to a scientist who studies fish as a botanist. Obviously she meant to say biologist, although if you want to get really technical then the correct term is ichthyologist.

Its comic times once again everyone and this time its Optimus Prime #6, Lost light 5# and Till All Are One 9#, so lets hear Mikey and Andy's thoughts on this months installment of Transformer comics.

The latest episode of the Seibertron.com Twincast Podcast, "Autobot Jedi Newtypes", begins with a discussion about the recently discovered effect of Plasticizer Migration on toys from previous toy line ups such as Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. With toys for The Last Knight released the show's cast discusses some of the stand outs, including Deluxe Class Barricade and Voyager Class Optimus Prime. Other Last Knight products from Hasbro such as the Tiny Turbo Changers get time in the spotlight, and the upcoming Masterpiece Movie Optimus Prime is speculated upon as well. A segment touching on tangential pop culture franchises like Rom the Space Knight leads into segments analyzing the most recent IDW Publishing Transformers comics releases. These include Till All Are One number 9, and the sixth issue of Optimus Prime. Yet more diversions from other popular fantasy and sci-fi fictional brands such as Game of Thrones and Star Wars garner some discussion in the context of framing how the Twincast podcasters would like to see the Transformers characters in Michael Bay's live action movies portrayed. The show closes out with the Twincast freestyle, where the participants are free to bring up any Transformers related topic not already discussed during the episode.

In the latest Twincast / Podcast Mainframes episode, the team tackles Till All Are One Issues 5 through 8. Starting in the first issue, we recap the lead up to the arc, started by events in Titans Return, discuss the buildup and peril, and the Council's first response. This week we talk Dreamwave's Transformers, Lost Light #4, and Till All Are One #8!

The latest Twincast podcast picks up right away with toy talk focused on upcoming products for Transformers: The Last Knight. The Seibertron.com Twincast Podcast returns for 2017 with a show primarily featuring discussion of the latest Tranformers comic books from IDW Publishing. A discussion of Till All Are One leads off the show, with the cast giving their perspective on the Cybertron focused book. New ongoing series Optimus Prime comes next, with the first two issues already available for readers. The relaunched More Than Meets The Eye is here under its new title of Lost Light, and the highly anticipated first issue is looked back on with the characteristic speculation about the series rounding out the chat. The recently revealed Titans Returns Deluxe Kup, Topspin, Quake, and Krok take the show into toy discussion. Along with that, the recently released MP-10K BAPE Black Camo Convoy also comes up. Transform and Rollout: Not just for Mew anymore Dare to believe that NFR has survived to return for episode 4, as Megatron, Starscream and Soundwave Austen, Donald and Stephen take you on a journey through their latest round of gaming adventures. Stephen leads off New Business with the Recommended-for-Kairon dating sim visual novel Sprung, notable for being a DS launch title and getting snake eyes in EGM, which is somehow comparable to Phoenix Wright? Stephen continues with the PS2 version of Culdecpt (recently released in Japan on 3DS, coming out in America half past never) before finishing with the most unusual "game" in history: a time-travelling Microsoft Office training program starring the infamous Clippy.  Is it a long-lost Super Solvers classic, or should it belong in the edutainment trash bin next to Mario's Time Machine? Donald attempts to bring sanity to the proceedings with a collection of games that would make Ian Dury happy: "Sex" (or the lack thereof) in Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky; "Rock and Roll" (along with several other genres) in the XBLA rhythm game Rock Band Blitz (thus continuing our 4 episode-long string of rhythm games); and on "Drugs" is how he feeled while playing NWR's Game of the Decade Metroid Prime (via Metroid Prime Trilogy). Austen then summons his pale horse for the genre-mashing Darksiders 2; brings us closer to the Matrix with Transformers:  Fall of Cybertron (a game that truly lights that franchise's darkest hour); and wraps up with further observations from the Vita-outselling (though at only 40,000 copies that's not saying much...) The Last Story, which takes a turn for the Assassin's Creed rather unexpectedly along with elements of...Quest 64? Well, the law of averages dictates that something would eventually.  In what other game can you receive a bag of money just for sitting on a bench one minute; a moment later learn to swim with the use of magic frogs; and then later watch with glee as your generic, spiky-haired swordsman charges head-first at an all-powerful villain (seriously, why do they DO that?) just to be swatted away? After the return of Now Postal Now Posted, Whatcha Been Watching has a little bit of everything. Stephen has a spot of tea while visiting the friendly Doctor Who, a touch of reality TV with the ultra-sugary Cake Boss, and LARPing with the Dungeons and Dragons-inspired Journey Quest. Donald has a report from the biggest TV party of the week - The Price is Right 40th Anniversary Special, and Austen shows his animated side with the first season/collection Blu-rays of Transformers: Prime (Hey, North American animation!) and Persona 4: The Animation (apparently Yu Narukami Charlie's a jerk now that he's been given a personality and spoken dialogue.  Who knew?) A staggering Listener Mail shortage and the Persona 4 discussion leads to this week's Feature Discussion on reinvention and iteration. Is there a time to do it right?
