For me, I really enjoy the MPG trainbots. I haven't combined them and even broke one early on but got a free replacement. I just love their blocky-goofiness. As a masterpiece, they suck, but are fine for Chug. Is anyone getting the magic square Grimlock? I have all the recolors for the newage dinobots, minus clear and love them; however, the MS one just looks better in the dino mode. I'm tempted to get a set of MS dinobots for dino mode and use the newage for bot. Rich mentioned the constant upgrading that comes with buying mainline and I personally hate it. I really wish that Hasbro would have a collector line that is smaller than masterpiece. These figures could be the definitive screen representation of characters. I'd expect a premium price and everything that goes along with it: better paint, accessories, and articulation. There are some Studio Series figures out now that I think would work. The new Ultra Magnus is perfect. Studio Series Hot Rod is close but needs better paint. Kingdom Rodimus doesn't work because of the robot mode being off. Any thoughts? Would any of you be into something like this?   Finally, what is the most expensive figure you ever broke? I broke the new MP-44 toy version during the transformation the day I got him. The paint on the windshield panel was so thick that it snapped. Luckily Amazon Japan sent me a free replacement.   Anyway, thanks again! One of the main differences I've noticed with the pandemic entering its second year is my tolerance for small talk has just about been exhausted. And not the small talk with a rep on the phone or a clerk in a store. I actually still really enjoy that. No, it's the chit-chat with friends. I'm not sure if I think we should be talking about deeper topics, I've just become a reclusive curmudgeon, or what. I find myself thinking, get on with it already. Decades before he became a fat-cat football executive (and got banned from soccer), Michel Platini was known as one of the game’s greatest players—and his utter domination of Euro 84 was perhaps the most triumphant moment in a glittering career. But Platini was only one member of France’s enchanting midfield. Le Carré Magique, as it was known, also included Tigana, Giresse, and Fernandez. Under the guidance of a manager who was unafraid to bet on the talents of his three playmakers, the French stormed through the tournament, reaching a climax in the semifinal with Portugal.
