The Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast's 357th episode starts up with the first of several listener questions, this one about an ongoing and classic fandom argument on who really became Cyclonus. Then the cast very briefly talks about the recent promotional scene releases for Transformers One. A second listener question prompts a quick round-table about favorite Transformers that wear another, smaller Transformer on their chest. The limited recurring "40 for 40" segment picks up from there, with the Generations and Masterpiece lineups from the year 2014 overshadowing the featured movie lineup from Age of Extinction. A final listener question probes into the cast's print media collections, with an emphasis on guidebooks and reference material. As usual, the "Bragging Rights" segment closes out the episode.

On episode 340 of the Seibertron.com Twincast Podcast, the conversation kicks off with the reveal of Transformers Legacy: United Titan Class Tidal Wave at Cybertron Fest 2023 in Singapore. Contrary to the predictions Tidal Wave is not, in fact, a retool of the Kingdom Titan Class Ark. The conversation segues into another reveal from the same show, Origins Wheeljack, which features the 1984 debut character in his original Cybertronian vehicle mode. Speaking of cartoon depictions, the cast also briefly discusses the yet-to-be-revealed Studio Series 86 Commander Class Optimus Prime, and speculates on what the fandom can expect from this anticipated release. The show moves to in-hand thoughts on the recently shipped Transformers Legacy HasLab Deathsaurus, which has reached the entire casts' hands as of the show's recording. Moving on from new and upcoming toys, the crew reviews the third issue of Skybound Entertainment's Transformers comic book run, which are mostly positive with one notable holdout. Our regular "40 for 40" series, where each cast member notes their favorite Transformer from a given year of releases, takes on 1997, the second year of Beast Wars and only year of Machine Wars. The episode wraps with our regular "Bragging Rights" segment.

Due to some creative scheduling, our nonlinear history of Transformers is even more nonlinear than usual as we cover episodes 6 and 8 of G1. Some extremely iconic G1 stuff is established in these episodes, like the Dinobots. There's also some stuff that stuck in young fans minds so hard that it eventually BECAME iconic, like those colorful Starscream clones called the Rainmakers. And naturally the show can barely go five minutes without some kind of catastrophic animation error, like Skywarp being miscolored as both his teammates within the same scene. Anyway did you know that even with seat belts people die all the time in Space Bridge accidents? I just thought that was interesting. Noise Space | Discord
Episode 293 of the Seibertron.com Twincast Podcast starts out with a look at the recently revealed Generations Legacy Core Class figures Skywarp and Iguanus, with additional discussion about how further Pretenders characters could potentially fit into the Core Class lineup. After that, initial impressions of the revealed and order-able DK-2 Guard, a black repaint of Earthrise Ironhide, are discussed. The news of IDW Publishing no longer carrying the Transformers comic book license after 2022 is official, so the cast shares their thoughts on this development. Other news involving Rise of the Beasts and its companion toy line seem to indicate the toys will go ahead as planned without the movie, and a listener question helps guide the chat for this topic. The episode concludes with the recurring Bragging Rights segment as usual.
Andy and Mikey return for another week of Transfomers news and this week the Evergreen line get a new name as Authentic and new figures Wheeljack and Arcee. Legacy show 2 new core figures Skywarp and Iguanus, with seemingly a combing "build-a-weapon" feature for the size class and final product images of the Flametoys Windblade are shown. Plus what the lads as ever during the week.

Episode 278 of the Seibertron.com Twincast Podcast starts off with some catching up with former podcast crew member RodimusConvoy13, with no set topic and general talk about recent Transformers toys. Next up, we dive into the latest War for Cybertron Battle Across Time set with earth-mode Sideswipe and a throw back to Beast Wars II, Maximal Skywarp. With the reveal of Kingdom Tracks, we knew it would only be a matter of time until we saw Kingdom Road Rage unofficially revealed, so some very brief discussion occurs about it. Next, we discuss the new images of what looks to be Kingdom Deluxe Class Waspinator. It looks like we will be seeing more in the Premium Finish line with the latest reveal from Takara Tomy Mall, SS-02 Optimus Prime from the Bumblebee film and WFC-02 Megatron. With all that has been revealed recently, the crew discusses their thoughts on different character iterations throughout the years before the episode concludes with the recurring Bragging Rights segment.
Skywarp and Earth Mode Sideswipe are here to rock or disappoint your world! And your car insurance better include freaking spaceships.
We like to have fun here, and we keep ourselves busy talking about boys, boys, boys, but we regret to inform you that, contrary to what others may say, dudes do not in fact rock. We have come to this conclusion after watching “Enter the Nightbird,” which is a big ol’ steaming pile of YIKES. On this episode, the R.I.G. crew says hello and also goodbye to Nightbird, a sword-wielding QUEEN who kicks a ton of ass and deserves so much better. Gege gets into the nitty-gritty in a discussion of robot anatomy, David divulges some lore about the secret bond between Bombshell and Skywarp, and Jordan does his best to analyze how Megatron sees women. The gang also spots a new couple to keep tabs on in the form of Bluestreak and Optimus A.K.A. “BlueTimus.” Yes, we know we could do better. (CW: Discussion of domestic abuse) New episodes of Robots Into Guys come out on a monthly basis, so if you want to know what the crew’s up to, be sure to follow the official Instagram @RobotsIntoGuys. The inaugural episode of the Hardy Boys Unofficial Fan Podcast hosted by Luke. SkyWarp, the creator of the Hardy Boys fan website hardyboyscasefiles.com and the moderator of its forum, joins Luke to review the 2020 TV series The Hardy Boys on Hulu. The two discuss the setting, characters, and storyline, and they offer their takes on what the show did well and where it could have been better.
Episode 256 of the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast is all about the just released Transformers TV series War for Cybertron Chapter One: Siege, which is available to stream now exclusively on Netflix. The cast members provide their thoughts on the overall plot and its similarities to other Transformers fiction released over the past decade. The various supporting plots such as those involving Ultra Magnus, Bumblebee, Jetfire, Shockwave and others are also looked at, along with how they contribute to the acceleration in action and character development as the series progresses throught its six episodes. Extensive time is then spent on additional characters and their voice performances, with some like Starscream and Jetfire impressing while others such as franchise stalwarts Optimus Prime and Megatron left the cast feeling less than enthused. Other feedback is provided on production aspects of the show such as the quality of the animation, sound, score, other visual effects and even camera tricks used to add more transformation sequences into the story. The discussion of this latest TV series concludes with wishful thinking and speculation about the next chapter in the War for Cybertron trilogy, presumably knows as Earthrise given the toy line in stores now. After fielding a listener question about desires for the Generations Selects toy line-up, the show concludes with the recurring Bragging Rights segment where cast members boast about their latest Transformers toy and product acquisitions.
The cast discusses the new Target Exclusive Earthrise Seekers

Episode 254 of the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast provides an overview of the latest Transformers news, beginning with Generations Selects' latest upcoming offerings, Rotorstorm and Tigertrack. Both are repaints of previous War for Cybertron: Siege Deluxe Class releases Spinister and Sideswipe, and also have the distinction of being the namesake characters for two of the show's regular participants. In-hand looks at the quickly revealed and released Exhaust and Greasepit follows, with the Generations toy discussion concluding after that with a chat about Centurion and the weapons pack that comes with it. The featured discussion topic for the episode comes up next with in-depth - albeit mostly negative - opinions provided regarding the non-transforming action figures based on the Transformers, known as the Robot Enhanced Design or R.E.D. series of 6" "scale" toys. After comprehensive comparisons to similar lines such as Marvel Legends, Star Wars' Black Series and even Gundam Universe, a quick mention of the upcoming G1 Blaster reissue occurs. Next, impressions of the Transformers Collaborative crossover figure with Back to the Future are provided. The toy, Gigawatt, is a retool of the War for Cybertron Siege Sideswipe mold and the cast talks about its design as well as its questionable initial release where almost all of the toy's stock was purchased by re-sellers running automated software to secure orders. The recurring Bragging Rights segment concludes the episode.
Episode 253 of the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast starts out with the cast discussing how successful, or not, their hunts have been for the Target exclusive Skywarp and Thundercracker two-pack from the War for Cybertron: Earthrise lineup. Another Transformers crossover appears to have leaked out, with the available images showing a Transformers toy based on Top Gun character Maverick. Among the same set of images showing potential new upcoming products are a Cyclonus, Thrust, and Soundwave, with the cast providing their speculation on these slightly mysterious pictures. After that, the hosts touch on the release of a new Transformers video game trailer, followed by a quick reflection on the "Fan First Friday" for Transformers which featured exclusive t-shirts. A fair amount of time is then spent analyzing the just released Transformers #20 comic book and how it affects us based on the current state of our world. This eventually becomes into a look at authorial and artistic intention in media, but is capped off with a more lighthearted stretch where the cast sees just how many characters they can name in the large crowd shot at Swindle’s in the issue. The recurring Bragging Rights segment then ends another episode.

There's.... well, there's a lot of sighing in this episode. This is another one of the AKOM-animated episodes, and it... it looks pretty bad. Very bad even. So the challenge is, can we find the good in it?? Well, we found some!! It's got Chip Chase, so you know Jerzy ferreted some good out. And it's got some nice Skywarp action, so Hoover was pleased with that at least. What else was there to like? Episode 249 of the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast begins with a pair of two-packs that aren't new, but they are new to show discussion. Earthrise Skywarp and Thundercracker as well as a Decepticon Clone two pack, with Pounce and Wingspan, will be Target exclusives under the Cybertron Villians sub-line. Next up, we discuss the newly revealed Masterpiece Lamborghini, named Spinout which is a homage to diaclone Sunstreaker. It looks like the animated prequel that has been tossed around lately may actually come to fruition because a director has finally been announced, leading to a brief chat about how there are allegedly dozens of movies in the Hasbro universe on the horizon. We close out the night with an in hand discussion of the Netflix Ultra Magnus, featuring a surprise inclusion from one of Hasbro's other brands: Play-Doh.
Are you ready for some conflict resolution? Just as Earth's energy problems are going to be forever solved (again), the Decepticons are there to cause trouble! Cliffjumper lives up to his name by cliff-JUMPING to conclusions, and hey, it's Mirage again! And... the Insecticons, I guess......... After that, more analyzation of upcoming Transformers toys occurs starting with a talk about the painted version of MP-46 Blackarachnia shown at last week's Shizuoka Hobby Show. Generations: Siege repaints are discussed next with the podcasters sharing their opinions about Skywarp, G2 Sideswipe and Slamdance.
