Understanding your emotions is only one part of the equation, the next part is understanding and accepting emotional reactions to situations. The choices you make are no one elses responsibilty. I dissect the concept of blame shifting and ways to think through decision making in an effort to have better relationships with the people around you.
We conclude our talk on what you feel you can heal and talk about how men and women are taught to repress expresing their emotions from a young age and how to begin to over come the surpressive installed behavior we were all taught.
"What you feel, you can heal" is a book by author John Gray Ph.d I read pieces of chpt 4 and explain how understanding you feelings is what helps healing. Most people are not in touch with what they are feeling or do not truly express it to those around them. I discuss the importance of doing just that.
Your strenghts take you far in life but your weaknesses, once admitted and worked upon can take you further. I examine this process with some deep and comical thought.
Trauma can dramatically eraticate the foundation of how we view ourselves, and leave the baseline of how we view ourselves in shambles. I ask the question "What is your baseline?" Is it solid or could is use a foundation change?
In this new series as I attempt to write my book I talk about the subject of Trauma and how Trauma is Trauma, and how we should relate not debate when it comes to this subjective topic. I also layout some traumatic childhood events that lend to my own trauma
WANT LOVE? LISTEN UP!"I am in a 2-year relationship with a woman of virtue who cares for me and would make a great mother, but whom I don't love. 4-5 years after the breakup of the love of my life, I am still visited by my ex in dreams and despite all her many flaws, I wonder if I can ever move on. My life has seemed meaningless without my ex these last few years despite my numerous blessings (home, health, gf, job etc.). How do I move on? Why is virtue not enough for me? How do I feel human again?"

What are you "giving away" on social media, online, and in your everyday life that could hurt you? Christopher explains what you need to do to keep yourself and your family safe. "You don't have to create physical objects by your speaking. I don't have to say, ‘chair, chair, chair' to have the chair exist. It's here. I can touch it. I can sit on it. But love is different. States of being don't exist in physical reality. If you want love, you must speak it into reality, every day. If you stop speaking it, it will disappear.” Steve Hardison
