Justin is the founder and CEO of Yac, a voice collaboration tool for remote teams. Yac is an acronym of 'Yelling Across Cubicles.' He noticed over the years of working remote that the accepted culture of getting stuff done was to have meetings all day. He and his team started thinking about how to increase the amount of communication that happened during the day, without increasing the number of meetings. Yac is the end result of their combined efforts to make this happen. Yac is a byproduct of their partially remote, design and development agency based out of Orlando called SoFriendly. While it did come out of a desire to help remote teams feel more connected, they actually started by scratching their own itch. They have employees all around the world and found that they felt more connected to employees using voice chat versus just text alone. In his own words, 'Yac was invented as a way to have a happy medium between a Slack message and a Zoom call.' ------------------------------------------------ Follow Justin on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/itsthisjustin/ Check and try out Yac: https://www.yac.com/ ------------------------------------------------ Marti Sanchez is a world-citizen entrepreneur who loves to write about himself in third person. Christopher Engman is co-founder and managing partner of MegaDeals Advisory, and author of the book MegaDeals. Having started in ABM in 2007, Christopher Engman has more than earned the title of ‘the Father of ABM'. His book Megadeals cements his reputation as an ABM leader even further. He's been personally involved in hundreds of B2B deals, a number of which exceeded multi billion pounds. Christopher Engman's Megadeals Advisory assists scaleups and Fortune 500 companies in doing just that – making mega deals. About the book: Many of the most successful B2B companies in the world have a high concentration of revenue coming from a few top accounts. Often less than 50 accounts represent 80% of the total revenue even though the entire customer base can consist of many thousand accounts. Often the biggest accounts have very extensive contracts and big amounts associated. Very often each top client of the biggest companies in the world can have individual revenues beyond one billion USD per year each. In the world of Megadeals, the literature is very weak. There is a long list of books about B2B complex selling but the difference between a 100.000 USD deal and a multi BUSD deal is substantial. The book is a mix of theories and models blended with interviews with 60 of the top Megadeal sales people in the world.
