This week I head on a sartorial journey with Broadcaster Miquita Oliver. Growing up in West London and the niece of Neneh Cherry, Miquita was surrounded by the music world …she was recruited at the tender age of 16 to present Channel 4's cult Sunday morning pop culture show, Popworld, with Simon Amstell. In 2022 Miquita and her mother, TV chef and presenter Andi Oliver, featured in a BBC television series The Caribbean with Andi and Miquita. Starting out in Antigua, where they met members of their extended family, reconnected with their Antiguan heritage, and illuminated the island's history and culture…And most recently Andi and Miquita have appeared on Celebrity Gogglebox together.   What drew me to invite Miquita on as a guest is that she has had a lifelong passion for second-hand shopping which has crystallised in recent years into a commitment to buying almost exclusively second-hand … and her stories are both endearing and inspiring…she has an encyclopaedic knowledge of fashion.   I hope you will enjoy our chat as much as I did.

Best known as the bassist in Spandau Ballet, Martin Kemp, alongside his brother, Gary, formed one of the most successful Brit pop bands of the 80s selling over 25 million albums worldwide. In the late 90s, Martin swapped the stage for the small screen and joined EastEnders as bad boy Steve Owen. These days, Martin and his son Roman are regulars on Celebrity Gogglebox and he has just released his brand new book Ticket to the World: My 80s Story, an evocative memoir and joyous celebration of the culture of the decade. Happily, Martin is a huge fan of Italian food so Angela prepares a creamy mushroom & cavolo nero pasta. The dish features handmade tagliatelle, a mix of porcini and chestnut mushrooms (with a drop of Marmite), cream and grated Parmigiano. Fatima Timbo is a comedian, model and content creator, making waves in the industry about the treatment of people with disabilities. Fatima has achondroplasia, a form of dwarfism that has restricted her growth, and she has had her fair share of negativity from others over her 24 years and which she still gets today.  In Fatima's words, she now has an “invisible shield” and has found comedy and modelling to be some of her favourite things to do. She has been part of BBC Three's “Laugh Lessons”, where some of the best new comedians on the scene tell their story through sketches about their modern life, and more recently you may have seen her on Celebrity Gogglebox as part of Channel 4's Black to Front Project, part of the channel's commitment to improve black representation.  Fatima is passionate, funny and here to make a change and the pair talk about Fatima's life growing up, changing how you feel inside and how we all have something to offer the world. Jack joined BBC Radio 1 in September 2018, playing rock and alternative music from emerging artists. He now hosts the Future Artists show Monday to Wednesday 10pm – midnight and Radio 1's Indie show on a Thursday. Jack began his journey on Nottingham Trent University's student radio station Fly FM. After being appointed Station Manager, Jack lead the station to its best ever Student Radio Awards haul of nine nominations: five golds and one bronze. He won the first ever SRA Selector competition in his final year at university and got the chance to present on Ibero 90.9 in Mexico City. Sombreros, tequila and radio - doesn't get better than that!
