Dr. Frank Anderson is a world-renowned trauma expert, psychiatrist, and author, whose highly anticipated memoir, To Be Loved: A Story of Truth, Trauma, and Transformation launches on May 7, 2024 (Bridge City Books). It's a rare inside look at how a leader in the field endured his own heartbreaking yet powerful personal experience with trauma to then transform his life and heal from his tumultuous past. In To Be Loved, Dr. Anderson takes us through his own journey of growing up gay in a traditional Italian American home that was fiercely loving and culturally close-knit while at the same time unaccepting, abusive and riddled with secret shame and dark family secrets. At just the tender age of six, he was made to feel that something was “wrong” with him, as he forcibly endured the horrific reality of “conversion therapy” for six long years and was forced to be somebody he wasn't for decades. Trauma is universal and can happen to anyone, anywhere, with over 220 million people (70% of US adults) affected by various types of trauma in the US alone. Dr. Anderson can discuss how to: · Break the generational cycle of trauma. · Find meaning in self-acceptance. · Embrace your truth and heal in a deep, compassionate way. With a possible big screen project in Hollywood in the works, Dr. Anderson has also worked with dancer, choreographer and Host of “Dancing with the Stars” Julianne Hough and helped her develop a trauma-informed dance movement component for the Kinrgy Dance Program. Dr. Anderson has been featured on Daily Blast Live, Mindbodygreen, and more. "In a world where trauma experts can appear flawless, Dr. Frank Anderson's "To Be Loved" is a breath of fresh air and a testament to the power of authenticity. Dr. Anderson doesn't just preach about trauma healing; he lives it. His profound belief in 'trauma blocks love, and love heals trauma' isn't just a catchphrase; it's a philosophy he embodies, inspiring us all to approach healing trauma with authenticity and love." Daniel Packard is a U.C. Berkeley Mechanical Engineer and CEO of Permanent Anxiety Solutions whose research company engineered world's only permanent anxiety solution program where you only pay at the end of the program, once you have clear, measurable results. Daniel's passion for inventing and results came from his father. As a child growing up in Berkeley, CA, Daniel's father (who was a scientist and inventor) told a 10 year old Daniel two things that stuck with him for the rest of his life. His dad told him 'If something isn't working, invent something better.' And 'If you want to really make people's lives better...results matter.' After, staying in an abusive relationship too long, Daniel ended up with severe anxiety and PSTD. After spending 10 years and $100,000 trying solve his anxiety he learned that a trillion dollars is spent globally on mental health, but not getting people in pain permanent results. Remembering what his dad told him, that 'results matter' and because he was trained in engineering school to know how to engineer solutions to complex problems, Daniel took a stand against the mental health industry and started his own research company with the goal to see if it was possible to reverse engineer a Full Bio.rtf process from scratch that could solve anxiety permanently in a short period of time. Daniel and his team were not therapists or doctors or psychologists. They were not traditional experts, they were outsiders. Because they were outsiders they were open to discovering what the experts had missed. Based on this discovery Daniel and his team spent a total of 8 years, working with over 3000 people (from 5 continents) to develop, test and perfect an innovative 6-week program that in just 6 weeks solves all forms of anxiety permanently with an industry leading 90% success rate. This 6-week program called Nervous System Reset has helped hundreds of individual clients but also over 3000 people at over 300 companies and universities all over the world.

Margaret Robinson Rutherford Ph.D., a clinical psychologist with thirty years of experience, is also an author, TedX speaker, and podcast host. Her book, Perfectly Hidden Depression: How to Break Free from the Perfectionism That Masks Your Depression, has reached thousands here in the US, as well as having an international impact, with translations reaching from Korea to Italy, Turkey to Germany. Her highly popular podcast, The SelfWork Podcast, has been continuously rated as one of the best podcasts for mental health and depression. Dr. Margaret's known for her vibrantly engaging and theoretically well-crafted presentations, whether live or virtual. Whether her diverse audiences are made up of mental health professionals, construction workers, or office managers, her passionate message is that healthy mental and emotional lives can be created through becoming more transparent with one another. Sharing who you really are with those you trust is a huge step toward connection and good mental health. Rates of depression and suicide are skyrocketing. And there's something we can do! She's further challenging the mental health profession to question their overreliance on the official symptom checklist for diagnosis. Instead, we need to create normalcy around suicidal feelings, listen to each person's actual experience of their life, and respond with safety and compassion, rather than stigmatizing this very real and excruciatingly painful part of human existence

Amy's latest venture is Love, Amy - a Dating Coach service that marries the technology of modern day dating with a holistic view of human to human energy and connection. What is a Dating Coach? I'm different than most “Dating Coaches” because I take a holistic, inside-out look at who you are, what makes you uniquely YOU, your core values, and who you truly want to attract. I teach you the secrets to bantering online. Consider me your communication coach. I will help you determine who your best matches are and why and help you connect with them online. Think of me as your right hand wing woman. I will teach you the secrets to online banter and help you determine who your best matches are and how to communicate with them. We work together for the entire four months. You have total control over who you want to talk with, how the conversations are going, and who you want to delete. We're in it together in constant communication, so there are no surprises. You can call or text me along the way, for advice on anything from wardrobe suggestions to first date role playing to analysis of how a budding connection is going. Host: Jamie Neale @jamienealejn Discussing rituals and habitual patterns in personal and work life. We ask questions about how to become more aware of one self and the world around us, how do we become 360 with ourselves?
