Craig and Jennifer Dumnich—better known as Craig and Jenny D—help their clients succeed in business and wellness by using techniques that maximize energy, focus and productivity. They believe that being personally fulfilled and individually successful allow their clients and themselves to more effectively help the less fortunate. Through their Golden Wings Helping Hands charity, the Craniofacial Organization and the City Gala, they raise funds for those in need and finance innovative startups to give them an essential initial boost.   Show Notes: What is Craig and Jenny’s primary goal when working with a new client? Identifying and removing any barriers preventing their clients from achieving personal and professional growth. The “Success Matrix” and determining which areas of our lives are more or less successful. Why was working in corporate positions not conducive to Craig and Jenny’s success and wellbeing? The recession last decade led to continual layoffs and temporary positions, and the “employee mindset” is not flexible to everybody’s needs. What was the biggest challenge going from being employees to entrepreneurs? Finding the confidence to sell themselves rather than someone else’s product or service. Changing mindset regarding health, problem-solving, validation, and other hangups. How do Craig and Jenny help their clients identify the barriers obstructing their progress? By acting as outside observers and objectively pointing out stumbling blocks that their client might react negatively to if a friend, family member or partner tried brought up these issues instead. What toxic thinking patterns did Craig, Jenny and their clients have to overcome and how has their relationship with money evolved? Jenny brings up a case study to underline the four root causes affecting how you behave in all areas of your life: scarcity, worthiness, fear of abandonment, and need for safety. What cost do we pay professionally when we’re operating at a lower level of health and physical fitness? Being fatigued and in poor shape can significantly and negatively affect our focus and drive. How can we maintain positive health habits and fitness while on the road or during vacation? On vacation, it’s good and even healthy to take a break from your regular routine as long as you get right back on it upon your return. On a work trip, it’s a good idea to alter your eating habits in a way that improves your energy levels through the day (go vegan, even if only temporarily!). Why do Craig and Jenny work with the Golden Wings Helping Hands charity? They admire the organization’s willingness to empathize with those and need and extend a helping hand where others might pass them by entirely. How has achieving success in their coaching business allowed Craig and Jenny to give back to the community? More than just giving financially, they can also mentor and provide greater levels of institutional access. Paying goodwill and charity forward to everyone they meet, such as the baristas who make their coffee. Who have been Craig and Jenny’s most impactful people in their journeys to do well? Jenny: her grandfather. Craig: his father. Who have been Craig and Jenny’s most impactful people in feeding their drives to do good? Their family. What Craig and Jenny do when they are having bad days to get out of the funk: Get outside, find a new environment, walk or run. Their book recommendations: Craig: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill Jenny: Afformations by John Noah St. What are the worst and best pieces of advice Crag and Jenny have ever received? Jenny’s worst: That it’s a numbers game you have to be working all the time. Craig’s worst: Keeping your nose to the grindstone. Jenny’s best: Understand why you’re undertaking a project or assignment. Craig’s best: Focus is more important than intelligence. Places to find Craig and...

Joshua launched another business close to his heart after his father’s death due to malignant melanoma, the most serious type of skin cancer.  His company, Mana Healthcare Solutions became the sole distributor of a stem cell-based, medical-grade skincare line.  His efforts, along with his team, helped to take the skincare line public and brought healing to many patients suffering from dermatological ailments across the country.  Coincidentally, while launching this highly desirable product, Joshua had the opportunity to introduce it to several world-renowned physicians and their celebrity clientele.  Thus, gaining their trust and cinching his entrance into the world of entertainment. After making these pivotal connections, Joshua began working as a consultant for several brands in product placement in television, film, and print advertising.  His production credits include the 2016 & 2017 Official Daytime Emmy’s Gifting Suite; the 2016 & 2017 Oscar’s Viewing Party; the 2015 ESPYs Gifting Suite; the 2017 L.A. City Gala; and the 2017 Breeder’s Cup After Party. Joshua’s keen eye and experience have him identify and create synergies amongst unlikely partners that lead to relationships of mutual success and growth in revenue. Through strategic planning, product launch/brand revival, media exposure, and sales, Joshua’s clients experience lasting relationships and a healthy balance sheet from newly formed partnerships through win-win scenarios he creates.   In this episode of The 10 Factor find out: What it means to be a visionary How to leverage connecting for profit Getting over the value of providing connections What circle of influence can do for your personal and professional development How small the world really is and how your connections often intertwine Connect with Joshua T Berglan Website: livemanaworldwide.com Phone: 619-394-6725 JOIN our 10 Factor Community - become part of the family One-on-One Coaching, Small Group Mastermind, Private 10 Factor Training Academy Learn more: the10factor.com Apply: https://the10factor.com/apply Drop Tim an email. “You have to become a bigger, stronger version of yourself.” I get so many people telling me how hard it is to get started. That things don't just come easy for them like it seems to for others. The truth is, it doesn't come easy for anyone. It looks easy because you are looking at masters of their craft. They have already struggled, you just weren't there for it. For something to be easy, you have to put in the work. You have to overcome the adversity that comes along with that personal growth. That doesn't mean you have to sit in a corner and beat yourself up until you get it right. Instead, you can seek out someone who has already been there. You can get their advice, and uplevel your skills even faster. On this episode of Results Radio, I bring you someone who has dedicated themselves to helping others boost their skills no matter what industry they are in: Ryan Long. Ryan is an entrepreneur and speaker who came from a troubled and impoverished background. He suffered through abuse from his birth father, his stepfather, and even bullies. He grew up with a dream to be more, and started by owning his own nightclub in Hollywood. Although it changed his life financially, Ryan felt unfulfilled. He felt the need to do more to help the world. In 2014, Ryan started the City Gala in order to assist startups obtain seed funding so that they could launch into a full fledge business. The idea was to bring highly visible, and influential individuals to speak on behalf of the charitable organizations, and attract large donors and sponsors. Download this episode of Results Radio today and learn about City Gala, and how you too can overcome adversity to make success look easy. “Your why has to be so strong you can break through any barrier.” Highlights It's not about the money - it's what money can do for you. “Big dreams attract big people.” - Jack Canfield “It costs just as much to dream a small dream as it does a big dream.” - Bob Proctor “Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal.” - Earl Nightingale People have a hard time making decisions because they don't know who they are and why they want what they want. Decisions are everything. I am someone that was put here for a reason. The easier something appears means someone mastered overcoming adversity. Our entire life adversity is thrown at us. Become a compulsive learning machine. We should always be adding value to those we interact with. Remain steadfast and flexible in your goal. “Seek out people that have already accomplished what you are aiming to do.”

Born and raised in Southern California, Chandra has always been service oriented and dedicated to a life of philanthropy. When younger she volunteered weekly in convalescent hospitals, youth facilities and worked for summer camps and educational programs. Her experience with the Orange County Outdoor Science School for 3 years excelled her forward and gave her the opportunity of her first supervisory and program development role, at the age of 20.  She has worked with youth from all backgrounds and socio-economic status' for more than 17 years while developing the dream of Community Inspiring Today's Youth - The CITY. In addition, Chandra also played an integral role in the development, sustainability and structuring of state and federally funded programs and co-authored state and federal grants, resulting in grant funding of more than 13 million dollars for after school programs. During this interview, Chandra describes their 'teach a man to fish' micro entrepreneur program for youth and demonstrates how a few dedicated volunteers can make a huge impact in the community.  She also shares the top 3 things to consider if you're looking to start a similar program in your community.  The key to remember is to get started!  These kids don't need an MBA to start a business and change their financial future...and neither do you.  Find a mentor, and some people who believe in the same mission as you, map out your idea and get going!  The best way to learn is by doing it, as Chandra proves through her success with the CITY.
