Pastor Colins Nwosu continued our teaching series with The Lordship of Jesus (Part 2), further exploring what it truly means to submit to Christ as Lord. Reading from Romans 14:8–9, we were reminded that whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord because Christ died and rose again to establish His Lordship over all. Today's teaching emphasised that acknowledging Jesus as Lord goes beyond verbal confession; it requires a life of complete surrender and obedience. Using the account of Saul in 1 Samuel 15, we saw that partial obedience is ultimately disobedience. Although Saul was explicitly commanded to destroy everything, he kept the choice livestock and spared King Agag, proving that partial obedience is nothing more than complete disobedience. We learned that to God, rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Drawing also from James 1:22–24 (NLT), we were challenged to be doers of the Word and not hearers only, warned against looking into the mirror of God's Word and immediately forgetting what we have seen. True alignment with the Lordship of Christ means following His instructions completely, even when they challenge our preferences or personal desires. Pastor Colins concluded with a powerful reminder from missionary S. M. Zwemer: "Unless Jesus is Lord of all, He is not Lord at all." The call was clear and personal: Christ's Lordship must extend to every area of our lives, not just the parts that are convenient or comfortable. Confession: Lord Jesus, I surrender every area of my life to Your Lordship. Help me to obey You wholeheartedly, not selectively, and to build my life upon the solid foundation of Your Word. May my actions reflect my confession, and may Your will be done in me completely. Amen.
Pastor Colins Nwosu continued our teaching series with an engaging and interactive session titled The Lordship of Jesus, with insightful contributions from the congregation throughout the teaching. Reading from Romans 14:8–9 and Matthew 11:27, we established that whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord, because Christ died and rose again to be Lord of both the dead and the living. We learned that true lordship means absolute ownership. Acts 4:12 and Philippians 2:9–11 revealed that God has exalted Jesus above every name, establishing Him as the sole source of salvation before whom every knee must bow. Drawing from Luke 6:46–49, Pastor Colins further explained what it truly means to call Him “Lord.” Jesus asks, “Why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,' and do not do the things which I say?” True lordship demands obedience, not merely lip service. We discovered that building our lives on His Word is like laying a foundation on solid rock that no storm can shake. The message also reminded us that His yoke is easy and His burden is light for those who fully surrender to Him. Pastor Colins will continue this teaching at our Holy Communion Service next Sunday, and you should not miss it for any reason. Join us in person or listen online. Confession: Lord Jesus, I declare that You are the absolute Lord over my life, my family, and my choices. I refuse to give You mere lip service; I choose to align my actions with Your instructions and build my life on the solid rock of Your Word. I rest in You, knowing that Your grace is my strength and my security. Amen!
Pastor Colins Nwosu continued our teaching series The Trinity of the Godhead, diving into God The Father Part 2 to reveal the intimacy and accessibility of our Heavenly Father. Anchored in 1 Corinthians 8:6 (AMPC) and 1 John 5:7, we were reminded that through Christ, believers now have confident access to the Father. The teaching explored the heart of God as a loving Father who desires relationship, closeness, and fellowship with His children. Through the finished work of Jesus on the cross in Matthew 27:50–53, we saw that humanity's separation from God was broken, granting us direct access into His presence. The message emphasised that our relationship with God is no longer built on fear or distance, but on grace, mercy, and sonship. Drawing from Hebrews 4:14–16 and Romans 8:15, we learned that we no longer approach God with trembling, slave like fear. We see that the Holy Spirit has adopted us into God's family, empowering us to cry out, “Abba, Father,” an intimate and tender expression of a loving Dad. Through the beautiful illustration of the prodigal son in Luke 15:17–24, Pastor Colins highlighted the Fatherhood of God as compassionate, welcoming, and restorative. The sermon concluded by showcasing the heart of the Father: a God who does not wait for us to perform, but runs to embrace, kiss, and restore us the moment we turn back to Him. Confession: Lord, I thank You that the veil has been torn and I have direct access to Your throne of grace. I cast away all slave like fear and fully embrace my identity as Your child. I cry “Abba, Father” today, knowing that You run to meet me in my weakness, cover me with Your mercy, and celebrate my restoration. Amen!
Pastor Colins Nwosu continued our teaching series The Trinity of the Godhead, with today's focus centred on God The Father. Reading from 1 Corinthians 8:6 (AMPC) and Genesis 1:1, we established that all things originate from God and exist through His sovereign power and purpose. The teaching explored the nature and character of God the Father as Creator, Sustainer, and eternal ruler over all creation. From the very beginning in Genesis 1:1, we see God as the source of life, order, and existence, while Genesis 1:26 further revealed the divine counsel and unity within the Godhead during creation. Drawing from Exodus 3:14 and Exodus 20:5, we reflected on His self existent name, “I AM WHO I AM,” revealing a Father who is entirely self sufficient, yet deeply personal and protective of His relationship with us. Through Psalm 139:7–12, we marvelled at His omnipresence, realising that there is nowhere we can flee from His Spirit, as His dark nights shine as bright as the day to Him. The message concluded with a beautiful meditation on Exodus 34:6–7, reminding us that while He is a just Judge, our Father is compassionate, gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in love. Pastor Colins encouraged us to deepen our reverence for God the Father, trust His nature completely, and grow in our understanding of His love, authority, and faithfulness. Confession: Lord, thank You for being my Father, Creator, and Sustainer. Help me to know You more deeply, trust You more completely, and walk daily in the confidence of Your love, mercy, and unfailing presence.
Pastor Colins Nwosu began a new teaching series titled The Trinity of the Godhead, leading the church into a deeper and more enriching understanding of our relationship with the Triune God. Drawing from several scriptures, we explored the biblical foundation of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit existing distinctly yet perfectly united as One God. From the baptism of Jesus in Matthew 3, we saw all three persons of the Godhead revealed together: the Father speaking from heaven, the Son being baptised, and the Spirit descending like a dove. This teaching emphasised that the Trinity is not merely a theological concept, but a revelation of God's nature and His desire for relationship with humanity. From the absolute unity of creation in Genesis 1:1–3 and John 1:1–5, to the ongoing ministry of the Comforter in John 14:26 and John 16:5–11, we see the perfect harmony and cooperation of the Godhead at work. Pastor Colins explained that understanding the Trinity strengthens our faith, deepens our worship, and enriches our walk with God because we are invited into fellowship with the fullness of who He is. The message also pointed us toward unity, reminding us from John 17:21 that just as the Godhead exists in perfect oneness, believers are also called into unity and communion with God and with one another. Confession: Lord, thank You for revealing Yourself to me as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Deepen my understanding of who You are, strengthen my walk with You, and help me live daily in fellowship with the fullness of Your presence and love.
Pastor Colins Nwosu led the church in a deeply interactive session titled The Woman's Desire & The Man's Rule. The teaching and contributions explored God's original design for relationships, marriage, companionship, and responsibility before and after the fall of man. From Genesis 2:18, we were reminded that God created woman as a suitable helper and companion, establishing partnership and mutual purpose from the beginning. However, Genesis 3 revealed how sin distorted harmony, introducing struggle, tension, and conflict into relationships that were originally designed to reflect unity and order. The message also brought balance through Ephesians 5, emphasising that biblical leadership is not domination but sacrificial love, responsibility, and care. While wives are called to honour and respect their husbands, husbands are equally commanded to love, protect, nourish, and cherish their wives as Christ loves the Church. The session encouraged both men and women to understand God's design beyond culture, pride, or personal bias, and to build relationships rooted in love, honour, wisdom, and mutual submission to God's principles. Confession: Lord, help me to reflect Your wisdom, love, and purpose in every relationship. Teach me to walk in humility, honour, responsibility, and genuine care for others according to Your design
At our Interactive Midweek Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu shared on the subject God's Masterpiece. Reading from Ephesians 2:10, we were reminded that we are God's workmanship, intentionally created with purpose and designed for the good works He planned for us long ago. The message reinforced that our lives are not accidents or afterthoughts. God carefully crafted each person with divine intention, and because we are His masterpiece, we are valuable to Him and deeply cared for by Him. Drawing from Jeremiah 29:11, we were further reminded that God's thoughts toward us are good and filled with hope and purpose. The message also challenged us to live in a way that reflects the One who made us. From Acts 10:38 and Matthew 5:14–16, we saw that God created us not merely to exist, but to do good, shine as lights, and bring glory to Him through our actions. Galatians 6 and 1 Timothy 6 encouraged us not to grow weary in doing good, but to use our lives and resources meaningfully. Ultimately, as God's masterpiece we must understand that we were created for a purpose: to let our light shine through our actions so that others may see our good works and give God all the glory. Confession: Lord, I thank You for making me Your masterpiece. I am not an accident; I am Your handiwork, created for beauty and purpose. I receive the grace to be rich in good works and to shine my light brightly, so that through my life, You alone receive all the glory.

At our Special Interactive Sunday Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu delivered this thought-provoking message titled Why Sit We Here Until We Die?, drawing from 2 Kings 7:1–20. The story of the four lepers challenged us to confront the danger of remaining in places of fear, stagnation, and hopelessness. Faced with famine and uncertainty, they chose to take a step of faith rather than remain passive. Their decision not only led to their survival but also positioned them as carriers of good news to the entire city. The message reminded us that divine opportunities often require courageous action and a willingness to move forward despite uncertainty. We were further encouraged by Hebrews 4:2, as we explored why many hear the Word but do not profit from it: the message must be mixed with faith to produce results. Hearing God's promise is not enough; we must combine it with active belief and decisive action. Just as the lepers acted on possibility rather than paralysis, we too are called to respond to God's Word with faith and initiative. When we rise from complacency and step into obedience, we position ourselves to experience divine provision and become channels of blessing to others. Confession: Lord, I refuse to remain in stagnation or die in silence; I receive the courage to act in faith today and choose to move at Your Word, knowing that as I step out, You will make a way for my total restoration.
Pastor Colins Nwosu brought us God's Word in a message titled The Cost of Salvation, reminding us that the gift of salvation came at an immeasurable price. Reading from John 3:16 and Matthew 26:39, we reflected on the depth of God's love in giving His Son and the surrender of Jesus in Gethsemane as He chose the Father's will over His own. Salvation was not cheap. It required sacrifice, obedience, and the ultimate offering of Christ's life so that humanity could be redeemed. Drawing also from Psalm 8:3 to 6 and Matthew 28:1 to 7, we were reminded that the resurrection is the victory that confirms the power of that sacrifice. Through Christ's death and resurrection, humanity was restored to honour and purpose. The message concluded with the encouragement from 1 Corinthians 15:58 to remain steadfast and committed in the work of the Lord, knowing that our labour in Him is never in vain because the price of our salvation has already secured the victory. Confession: Lord, help me never take the gift of salvation for granted. Let my life reflect gratitude, obedience, and unwavering commitment to Your purpose.
At our Interactive Midweek Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu continued our teaching series In Search of Character (Part 5). Reading from Genesis 6:8 and Galatians 5:22–23, we reflected on the life of Noah, who found favour with God because his life stood apart in integrity and obedience. The service was highly interactive as members of our congregation shared insights and reflections on what it truly means to live as people of character in everyday life. We learned that character is revealed through the fruit of the Spirit expressed in practical living. Love, patience, faithfulness, self control, and goodness shape the kind of life that honours God and influences others. The message emphasised that character is not about perfection but about a steady and sincere commitment to doing what is right. As quoted during the teaching, Richard Christensen reminds us that character grows through the consistent effort to choose what is right. Confession: Lord, help me grow daily in the fruit of the Spirit so that my life consistently reflects godly character in every situation.
At our Interactive Midweek Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu continued our teaching series In Search of Character (Part 4). From Genesis 6:1-9, we reflected on the story of Noah, a man who stood out in a generation that had largely abandoned godly standards. Even in a culture that had normalised corruption, Noah's life showed that integrity is still possible. Ecclesiastes 7:29 reminds us that God created humanity upright, yet people often choose their own paths. We were reminded that character is not about perfection, but about a consistent commitment to doing what is right. Proverbs 31:30 points us beyond outward appearances to the deeper value of reverence for God, while Galatians 5:22–23 describes the fruit that should grow in our lives when the Spirit leads us. Love, patience, faithfulness, and self control are not simply ideals but practical evidence of a transformed life. In a world fascinated with image, God still looks for substance. Confession: Lord, shape my life so that my choices, attitudes, and actions consistently reflect the character You desire to see in me.

At our Interactive Midweek Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu continued his exhortation on A Man's Heart Part 2, teaching that God's primary focus is not outward appearance but inward condition. From 1 Samuel 16:7, we were reminded that while people look at the external, the Lord examines the heart. The battle within the heart is real, as Galatians 5 explains the constant tension between the flesh and the Spirit. Victory therefore begins internally before it manifests externally. Building on Romans 12 and Philippians 4, the church was taught that transformation requires intentional renewal of the mind and disciplined thought patterns. A heart that seeks, loves, and delights in God wholeheartedly positions a believer for divine approval and direction, as seen in 1 Chronicles 28:9 and Matthew 22:37. What occupies the heart shapes character, decisions, and destiny. When the heart is aligned with God, the life reflects His will, purity, and power. Confession: My heart belongs fully to the Lord. My thoughts are renewed and aligned with His will.
At our Worship Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu taught on the subject A Man's Heart, emphasising the central role of the heart in shaping decisions, desires, and outcomes. Drawing from Proverbs 19:21 and Jeremiah 17:9, we were reminded that while many plans reside in the human heart, it is only the counsel of the Lord that prevails. The heart, though powerful, is vulnerable and must be continually surrendered to God to avoid self deception and misplaced desires. Through scriptures such as Romans 12 and Philippians 2, the church he explained that a transformed life begins with a renewed mind and a submitted heart. True alignment comes when our desires delight in the Lord, producing humility, selflessness, and Christ like character. Even in affliction or opposition, God's covering remains sure, as no weapon formed against a yielded heart can prosper. A heart surrendered to God becomes a vessel for His plans, protection, and lasting victory. Confession: My heart is yielded to God's will and purpose. The Lord's counsel prevails in my life.

At our Premium Worship & Prayer Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu led the church in a powerful exhortation centred on the unmatched potency of God's Word. Drawing from Hebrews 4:12, we were reminded that the Word of God is alive, sharp, active, and effective - not mere letters, but divine substance with the ability to penetrate, transform, and prevail. Through scriptures in John 1 and Matthew 24, we saw that the Word is eternal, unchanging, and inseparable from God Himself. What God has spoken cannot fail, fade, or fall to the ground; heaven and earth may pass away, but His Word remains forever settled. The message further established that God has magnified His Word even above His Name, and that His Word provides direction, illumination, strength, and victory for the believer. We learnt that the Word is both weapon and defence; a hammer that breaks resistance, fire that consumes opposition, and armour that enables us to stand firm. As we prayed, faith was stirred to embrace our identity in Christ: fortified, established, visible, and victorious. We close with the following Confessions: I am a fortified city I am an iron pillar. I am a city set on a hill I shall not be hidden My words are like fire My words are like hammer I am a child of God.

At our Retro Praise Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu brought this powerful and practical message titled “Timothy, The Real Thing.” Using Philippians 2:19–22, he described Timothy as a rare believer - loyal, genuine, and deeply committed to the things of Christ. Unlike many who sought their own interests, Timothy consistently served with purity of heart and proven character (Phil. 2:22 NKJV). Pastor Colins showed how Timothy's journey started in Acts 16:1–3, shaped by a godly mother and grandmother, and strengthened as he followed Paul closely in ministry. Pastor Colins emphasised that character is what makes a believer “the real thing.” Quoting Helen Keller: “Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet” he explained that true character is formed through discipline, sacrifice, consistency, and the work of the Spirit. Galatians 5:20–23 highlights the fruit of the Spirit as the markers of Christlike character. He concluded that like Timothy, every believer is called to live beyond reputation - to be authentic, dependable, and devoted in service to God and others (1 Cor. 9:19–23 MSG). The real thing shows in character. Prayer: Lord, build in me real character. Help me live with integrity, consistency, and devotion like Timothy. Let the fruit of the Spirit shape my life so I can be the “real thing” in my generation. Amen.
Message Title: …After That: The Story of Job Minister: Pastor Colins Nwosu Text References: Job 42:16 (NLT); Job 1:1 (NLT, MSG); Job 1:20 (CEV); Job 2:8–10 (CEV); Job 19:25–26 (NIV); Psalm 20:7–8 (BBE, NCV); Job 42:10–11 (CEV) At today's Interactive Midweek Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu taught on “…After That: The Story of Job”, reminding us that the life of Job is the clearest picture of how God writes glorious endings after painful seasons. Beginning with Job 1:1, Pastor Colins highlighted Job's character - a man who was upright, devoted, and God-fearing. Yet life dealt him unimaginable blows. Still, even in sorrow (Job 1:20 CEV) and confusion (Job 2:8–10 CEV), Job refused to curse God; instead, he worshipped. Pastor Colins explained that unwavering faith is what carried Job through. Like Psalm 20:7–8 teaches, men trust in chariots and horses, but those who trust in the Lord stand upright after others fall. The message climaxed with Job's restoration in Job 42:10–11, where God turned his captivity, doubled his blessings, surrounded him with favour, and restored honour to his story. Pastor Colins reminded us that Job lived long and well after that (Job 42:16). Prayer: Lord, I trust You with my story. After every challenge, let Your restoration speak. Turn my captivity, renew my strength, and write a better ending than my beginning, just as You did for Job. Amen.
Pastor Colins Nwosu taught on “The Three-fold Goodness”, revealing God's complete desire for His children; to prosper spiritually, physically, and emotionally. From 3 John 1:2, he reminded us that God's goodness is not one-dimensional. His will for us is total well-being. That our soul prospers (spiritual health), our body thrives (physical health), and our endeavours flourish (material or emotional health). True prosperity begins within, as a renewed and obedient heart aligns with God's principles (Isaiah 1:19), leading to fruitfulness in every area of life. Pastor Colins emphasised that divine prosperity is not by luck but by faithfulness and discipline (1 Corinthians 4:2). As we grow in obedience, consistency, and love (John 13:34–35), we experience the full flow of God's goodness — a life marked by favour, open doors, and stability (Isaiah 45:1–3). The key is balance: developing our spirit through the Word, maintaining health and integrity in the body, and walking in love and excellence in relationships. God's three-fold goodness equips us to live purposefully, attract grace, and make lasting impact wherever we are. Prayer/Confession Point: Lord, thank You for Your three-fold goodness at work in my life. I declare that my soul prospers, my health flourishes, and the works of my hands are blessed. I walk in obedience, faithfulness, and love, enjoying divine favour and open doors this season in Jesus' Name, Amen.
At today's Interactive Midweek Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu continued in the Real Peace series with the message The Gift of Peace. Drawing from John 14:27, he reminded us that peace is not something we manufacture, it is a divine gift from Christ Himself. Unlike the fragile and fleeting peace the world offers, this peace is enduring, sustaining, and unshakable even in life's storms. Pastor Colins highlighted from Galatians 5:22 that peace is also a fruit of the Spirit, cultivated in believers who walk closely with God. Looking at Matthew 8:23–27, he showed how Jesus demonstrated His authority over the winds and waves, proving that real peace is not the absence of trouble but God's presence and power in the midst of it. He also reminded us from Matthew 5:9 that peacemakers are called the children of God, underscoring the responsibility to carry this gift into our relationships and environments. He closed with Matthew Henry's timeless quote: *“Peace is such a precious jewel that I would give anything for it but truth,”* reminding us that real peace flows only from God's truth. This teaching reminded us that peace is not passive; it is active, powerful, and transformative. It is God's gift to His children, designed to keep us steady, joyful, and victorious in all circumstances.
At our Midweek Interactive Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu led a deeply engaging and insightful discussion titled “Male & Female.” Drawing from Genesis 1:26–28, he emphasised that both man and woman were created in God's image and blessed with purpose and dominion. The conversation explored God's original intent for the roles of male and female, highlighting how each was uniquely designed to complement the other. Referencing Genesis 2:15 and 2:18, Pastor Colins explained that man was placed in the garden to work, tend, guard, and keep the earth, while woman was created as a suitable, adaptable and complementary helper. He also drew on Ephesians 5:22–25 to show the beauty of mutual submission, love, and respect in relationships. He challenged both men and women to understand and embrace their God-given roles with wisdom, purpose, and grace. Scripture References: Genesis 1:26–28 (NKJV), Genesis 2:15 (NIV, AMPC), Genesis 2:18 (AMPC), Ephesians 5:22–25 (NKJV)
At our Midweek Interactive Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu shared a powerful word titled: "A Servant Heart"
At our Midweek Interactive Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu taught on “The Value of Insight”, exploring how true success isn't just about knowledge but the divine ability to understand and apply it rightly. Drawing from Proverbs 4:7 (NIV, ESV) - “Wisdom is the principal thing… get understanding (insight)!”, he emphasised that insight is what sets people apart in life, leadership, and destiny fulfilment. Through scriptures like James 1:5 (ERV), 1 Kings 3:7–9 (NKJV), and Daniel 1:3–4 (NKJV), we saw how insight empowered biblical figures like Solomon and Daniel to excel beyond their peers. Insight is God's gift that gives clarity in confusion, precision in decisions, and excellence in execution. Pastor Colins encouraged us to pray for insight in every area of life; spiritual, relational, and professional, because with insight, even the most difficult paths become purposeful and productive
At today's Interactive Midweek Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu shared a teaching titled “The Purpose Driven Life,” continuing the theme from Sunday's message by our Senior Pastor that Purpose is the Cure for Inner Emptiness. The session was rich with insight, drawing on contributions from Pastor Femi Paul and also active participation from the congregation. Together, we explored how living with divine purpose helps us overcome the void that often plagues the human soul, especially in a world driven by distractions and shallow pursuits. Referencing John 4:34, Ecclesiastes 5:10, Luke 2:49, and Matthew 4:4, Pastor Colins emphasised that purpose gives meaning to our daily lives and aligns us with God's plan. As Jesus was driven by doing the Father's will, we too must embrace a life that is spiritually intentional. The conversation reminded everyone that inner emptiness cannot be filled by material things but by living out the assignment God placed in our hearts.

Episode Summary: Everyone's talking about AI like it's some kind of CX fairy godmother—“Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo! Your NPS just went up 50 points!” Spoiler alert: it doesn't work like that. In this episode, Colin and Ryan are joined by Frederic Durand, CEO of Diabolocom, and Collin D. Ehret, Senior Enterprise Sales Director (yes, another Collin… brace yourself), for a no-fluff, practical, and slightly irreverent discussion about what it really takes to implement AI in your customer experience. NYC singer-songwriter and jazz performer Nick Cesares joins Literally Heinous to talk about how mentorship from Phil Collins (yes, Tarzan Phil Collins) and reality TV have shaped his journey as a musician. We talk about the songwriting and production process, reminisce about the show where we first met, and swap stories about life in NYC. I make my case for why I have every right to judge new transplants—even though I'm one myself—and we debate whether complaining to public offices makes you a Karen. His latest single “Lavish” is out now and you can catch him live on 3/27 performing with City Love in Brooklyn
Continuing the message “Love & Sacrifice”, Pastor Colins Nwosu led us in an engaging and insightful session, with active participation from the congregation. We began with John 3:16 (NKJV) – "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son..." and then dove deep into 1 Corinthians 13:1-7 (NKJV), exploring love by the Holy Spirit's inspiration. With contributions from Pastorate and the congregation, the study was truly interactive - you should join us on Every Wednesday for our Interactive Bible Study and watch the Word come alive! "Love suffers long and Love is kind." Selah!
Pastor Colins Nwosu brought us God's word today in a message titled “Love & Sacrifice”, drawing from John 3:16 (NKJV) – "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son..." He reminded us that love is not found on February 14 but in John 3:16! True love isn't shaped like a heart; it is shaped like a cross. Referencing 1 John 4:7-11 (NKJV), he emphasised that love is not just a feeling but a sacrifice.
In Part Two of Ian's chat with Colin Blunstone, the spotlight turns to his brilliant solo career spanning nearly 60 years. The episode also includes some great music and expect some more “deeper cuts” from Colins solo catalogue. We also focus on his extremely underrated songwriting skills and his famous appearances on The Alan Parsons Project albums. “In many ways, Ennismore was the beginning of me as a writer” Colin Blunstone “Old and Wise is one of my favourite songs that I've ever recorded” Colin Blunstone
Recorded LIVE at our Interactive Midweek Service, Pastor Colins Nwosu shared a teaching titled "The Grace of God". He drew from Titus 2:11-14 (NKJV and ERV), highlighting how God's grace brings salvation and teaches us to live in a way that honors Him. Pastor Colins explained that this grace isn't just a gift but also empowers us to say "no" to ungodliness and "yes" to a life of purpose, awaiting Christ's return. The grace of God, he emphasized, guides us to live with integrity, self-control, and devotion, shaping us to reflect God's love in every aspect of our lives. With insightful contributions from our brethren, this is sure going to bless you, download, listen and do the work of an evangelist by sharing.
Recorded LIVE at our MidWeek Interactive Service, please join us onsite or online next Wednesday for a wonderful time in God's Presence. Today, Pastor Colins continued the special series titled "The Kingdom, Power & Glory!" and concluded with Matthew 16:19 (MSG). He emphasized that we have complete and free access to God's kingdom, with the authority to open any door and remove barriers between heaven and earth. What we declare on earth aligns with heaven, allowing us to live out God's will here and now. We are called to represent and manifest God's Kingdom on earth, living in alignment with heavenly principles, demonstrating His power and glory in our daily lives.
Sermon Series: The Substance of Faith Lead Scripture: Hebrews 11:1-2 (NKJV) Pastor Colins engaged the congregation on the ongoing topic, "The Substance of Faith," with powerful insights and contributions. Key takeaways included: - Faith isn't the absence of fear but acting in spite of it. - "He who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He rewards those who diligently seek Him." - Faith vs. Foolishness: How do we distinguish the two? Where do we draw the line? - Connection is key: "If you don't connect, you cannot be connected." - The foundation of true faith is obedience.
Preacher: Pastor Colins Nwosu Sermon Title: The Substance of Faith Lead Scripture: Hebrews 11:1-2 (NKJV) Hebrews 11:1-2 MSG, AMPC Hebrews 11:6 NKJV, MSG Today, Pastor Colins illustrated faith using the simple analogy of a chair. Just as we confidently sit, trusting it will support our weight, we are called to exercise even greater faith in God, our Creator. True faith rests assured in God's power and reliability, knowing He never fails.
In today's special service, Pastor Colins led us in powerful prayers for our nation, calling on God's promise to hear and heal our land if we humble ourselves and pray. As we worshipped His Majesty, our praise rose like sweet-smelling fragrance before the Lord. The atmosphere was charged with expectation, as we stood on the assurance that when we seek His face, God will forgive our sins, hear our prayers, and heal our nation.

Collins speaks at length in praise of Lady Catherine and states that though deemed proud by many, he has only seen her amiable. Mrs Bennet proclaims that more People of her class should be like her and follows to ask if she has any children. Colins informs the Bennets that she has only 1 child, a girl, though beautiful, is of a sickly constitution. He goes on giving further praise about Lady Catherine, and eventually Mr Bennet is left very content in knowing that that his cousin is indeed as absurd as he had hoped. They then go to the other room, and Mr Bennet invites Mr Collins to read allowed to the family and it comes out that Collins never reads novels. After looking a little more, he finds some sermons. For Amy Somerville, life happens in the transitions. Amy was in the real estate business for 18 years with RE/MAX — as a realtor, broker, team leader, franchise consultant, and coach. She readily admits that throughout it all, she was not a public speaker. But after nearly two decades in business, Amy needed to help her young family transition to the next stage of their lives. She chose to "take one for the team” and begin a very public-facing position running the professional development department. Within two years, she transitioned from senior vice president at RE/MAX to an independent consultant to an employee with Buffini and Company, whom she lovingly describes as "monsters" in the high-end real estate coaching space (I agree).Just a year later, while attending a real estate conference in New York, she was approached by eXp Realty CEO Glenn Sanford, a fan of Jim Collins, whose Good to Great book series offers incredible organizational management principles. One of Colins' principles says you may not know your "what" or your "why," but you are better positioned to take a leap in business when you find your "who."Sanford, who owns Success Enterprises, which happens to publish Amy's favorite magazine, SUCCESS, told her that she may be his "who."And shortly thereafter she transitioned again, becoming the new CEO of Success Enterprises.“It's heavy to carry a brand that has such a reputation and such an impact on so many people, and me included, so it's wild," she said. With its reputation for excellence, Amy is energized by the challenge of carrying the 127-year-old media group to its next level — by pursuing her own mission to LIVE — lead, inspire, provide value, and empathize. With her energy, focus, faith, and fortitude, I have no doubt that SUCCESS is in good hands. I was honored to interview her and believe you will feel the positivity and intention in everything she says during this Chiseled podcast.Amy is a source of strength and inspiration, with which I am sure you will agree after listening to this week's episode. Want to contact Amy? Listen to the end to get her email address so you can give her a buzz.
