Donald Trump, however, is a common foe: Establishment Republicans are not about to prosecute a Biden or a Clinton to the fullest extent of the law simply because a Democrat goes after Trump. In the ways that count, Donald Trump is still an outsider, and the insiders are all eager to see him punished. His convictions are a satisfying revenge not only for Democrats but for the many old-line Republicans he has humiliated, too. Trump is no revolutionary, however—he's simply a defiant individual, who can't be assimilated into the leadership class because he's just too self-oriented and self-directed. He's a class traitor, or rather a scoffer. But he's also the tribune of Americans who do reject the nation's bipartisan leadership class for deeper political reasons. Humiliating Trump, perhaps hobbling his campaign or even condemning him to die in prison, doesn't solve the problem that his powerful enemies face. In fact, successful lawfare only makes their problem worse, because their problem is that much of the American public no longer views the leadership class and the institutions it controls with respect and deference. Seeing the law used to strike down Trump only confirms the impression of his supporters that the whole system is rotten. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the racism against Herschel Walker from those in the media was reprehensible. The pseudo-conservative media and Mitch McConnell all blamed Donald Trump for Walker's loss just like they blamed the Tea Party a dozen years ago. Establishment Republicans act as if they are one election away from making a huge contribution to the nation if it weren't for conservatives getting in their way. None of that is true. Then, the case from North Carolina currently before the U.S Supreme Court (Moore v. Harper) involves the Constitution being suspended by democrats extra constitutionally changing the voting rules in several states. The U.S Constitution is clear that the electoral process is set by each state's legislature doing it according to their constitution. No state court or governor can supersede the federal constitution. Later, the IRS issued a second warning to American taxpayers receiving more than $600 on PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, and Venmo and requires them to file a 1099 form as independent contractors. This has nothing to do with billionaires and is yet another lie from the Biden Administration; these agents are going after low and middle-income Americans earning $600 or more through any of these apps.
