This incident allegedly took place while they were onboard a yacht in the Caribbean. The lawsuit comes amid an ongoing sex trafficking inquiry. The allegations against Christian Combs are not only concerning for his personal reputation, but they also come at a time when authorities have been investigating his father, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, for alleged involvement in sex trafficking. Last week, Homeland Security agents raided his homes as part of the investigation. With the spotlight on the Combs family, it remains to be seen how these lawsuits will progress and whether they will have any impact on the ongoing sex trafficking investigation. As victims come forward and seek justice, it is essential for the legal system to ensure a fair and thorough process. These cases highlight the pressing issue of sex trafficking, shedding light on a disturbing criminal activity that often remains hidden behind closed doors. The courage of those who come forward is commendable, and it serves as a reminder that everyone deserves justice and protection. As the legal battles continue to unfold, it is important to remember that these are allegations and that individuals should be given the opportunity to defend themselves in a court of law. The outcome of these cases will determine the fate of those involved and, more importantly, send a message about the accountability and standing against sex trafficking in our society.

Revelers can expect Appalachian and Swiss music, decadent foods, a parade illuminated by candle-powered lampions, and the opportunity to don colorful, homemade masks to scare away Old Man Winter (and compete for prizes). Welcome to the daily304 – your window into Wonderful, Almost Heaven, West Virginia. Today is Thursday, Jan. 4 The latest U.S. Census reveals some good news for West Virginia. Charleston Restaurant Week returns on Jan. 30--yum! And the town of Thomas is ranked as the country's No. 1 hidden gem as well as fourth best mountain town…on today's daily304. #1 – From METRO NEWS – Recent population numbers released by the U.S. Census Bureau show an overall population decline but some trends show change is gradually coming. WVU economist John Deskins said 4,700 people moved to the state between July 1, 2022, and July 1, 2023. The net migration number is up from about 2,000 last year. Recent major economic development announcements have fueled that trend, according to Deskins. “That's two years in a row now we've seen more people move into West Virginia versus the number who moved away,” Deskins said. “I think it's very encouraging, and we have to keep it up.” A growing economy becomes a beacon for companies that are expanding or looking for a new home. A growing economic climate creates opportunities for workers and the capacity for businesses to grow. Slam the Gavel welcomes Rob and Jaime Jolicouer back to the podcast. Rob and Jaime were last on the podcast Season 4, Episode 12. They have been married for 18 years and have been providing a loving, stable home for their teens in North Carolina. Their nightmare with DSS began in May/early June 2020 when Jaime reported a person who had been a family friend to Thomasville Police Department for inappropriate behavior with their then 16yr old daughter as well as the man's own step daughter (We will call him Mr. A). Naturally, they had to contact DSS Davidson County, where they had been living at the time. However, they were questioned, given drug tests, and were told that their daughter would need to go in for an exam and questioning. Because of the relationship with the alleged perpetrator, they would not be able to accompany their daughter at all. It would have to be the DSS caseworker, Staci Gray, or her supervisor Kim Craver, who would take her. NOTHING ever came of it, they simply NEVER showed up. Their son who was 15 at the time, had always suffered from social anxiety. But after the shut downs, it became severe when he tried to go back to school. Jaime made a doctor's appointment for him, so they could get a referral to a psychiatrist. The doctor never gave a referral. He wanted their precious son to go to Moses Cone Mental Ward for an Emergency Mental Evaluation. Naturally, their son who was too anxious to deal with a school environment, panicked at the idea of a hospital. He was in a full blown panic mode, so his parents refused to force him. While waiting for a second opinion and the referral they had asked for in the first place. But when Randolph County, DSS showed up that is when their NIGHTMARE truly began. Over the last year and a half, Rob and Jaime have gained a true understanding of just how TWISTED and CORRUPT these MONSTERS truly are. FALSIFIED urine drug tests, which Jaime proved were false, while describing how they perform a urine drug screen on parents (while re-traumatizing these victims), she herself would never believe this was happening. NOW she and Rob are LIVING in a nightmare that will not end. Rob and Jaime discussed the latest in their case. Their two children are now in a foster home together and closer to home. But their children will never be the same. Their son, once a happy child is now bitter. Once CPS removes a child from their fit, loving parents, THEY WILL NEVER BE THE SAME. This legalized child trafficking of their family has been so egregious that Jaime has missed out on helping her daughter pick out her prom dress; a MILESTONE, missed. NONE OF THIS SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE. They are also being DENIED their own TRANSCRIPTS. Rob and Jaime stated to warn others that, "court appointed attorneys work FOR THE CITY." The taxpayer needs to know.To Reach Rob Jolicouer : Facebook Messenger Rob Jolic rljolicoeur725@yahoo.comThis episode of Slam the Gavel is sponsored by CPSprotect Consulting Services. Much to learn on this podcast about the devastating affects CPS has when removing a child from loving, fit parents as written in the June 6th, 2018 letter to Trump when separating children from their parents at the border, "The American Academy of Pediatrics HAS CONDEMNED THESE POLICIES, saying that "highly stressful experiences, like family separation, can cause irreparable harm, disrupting a child's brain architecture and affecting his or her short- and long-term health. This type of prolonged exposure to serious stress- known as toxic stress-can carry lifelong consequences for children." Yet CPS has no problem disrupting families on American soil.To Reach Rob Jolicouer : Facebook Messenger Rob Jolic rljolicoeur725@yahoo.comSupportshow(https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)http://www.dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.com/Support the showSupportshow(https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)http://www.dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.com/

Will soil health work on your farm? That is a question that farmers often ask related to soil health-building principles and practices, particularly in relation to multi-species mixtures and diversified enterprises. Brian Downing of Crooked Row Farm is a second-generation farmer located in Randolph County in central North Carolina. He shares his perspective on farming by the square foot and making soil health work on his farm. Faced with a soil compaction resource concern, he began experimenting with cover crop mixtures, a diversity of livestock and crop species, and enhancing the carbon currency on his farm. Brian highlights the need to understand what is happening on your farm by the square foot and to realize your farm has its own micro-economy that requires investments and savings in carbon and soil health. Additionally, farming and soil health accounts require sound recordkeeping to know where, how, and if wealth and health are growing and accruing as part of a stable micro-economy that naturally includes deposits and withdrawals. Learn more and hear the conversation on our website www.4thesoil.org or wherever you get your podcasts! As always, we encourage you to do your part to build soil health on your farm, in your garden, and in your landscape.
