Let's talk about the elephant in the room, and the 5 questions you MUST ask your next lover. Leonarda Minutillo is a poet, writer, teacher, mom, and speaker (even in ASL). She studied at York University in Toronto with an Honours BA with Physical Education /Psychology; B.Ed at University of Toronto; Deaf Ed at York University; and then, with an International Rotary Scholarship attended Gallaudet University in WDC, the only university in the world tailored to Deaf students. It was a dream come true. Leonarda is now making a big career shift slowly leaving the classroom and stepping into the role of writer and poet where she has not only found great healing but also a long-awaited connection to her intuition. After publishing her first poetry book, "The Day I Bought a Teddy Bear and a Vibrator", Leonarda says the whole process has been incredibly transformational. In episode 608 of the Fraternity Foodie Podcast, we find out what inspired Leonarda to start writing poetry and how that helped to reclaim her voice, how learning to listen to her intuition changed the trajectory of her life, how college students can channel creativity to heal from heartbreak or self-doubt, how she defines self-love in a world where people often seek validation from others, what are the 5 conscious questions to ask a potential lover so you can take care of yourself, what is the P.I.E. Principle, how studying at Gallaudet University shaped her perspective on communication and connection, how young people learn to see endings as beginnings, what role does community play in healing and self-discovery, how transitioning from teaching to writing and speaking full time taught her courage, and what advice she would give her younger self. Enjoy!

What happens when a theater kid with a knack for sound engineering becomes the legal guardian of creative minds everywhere? In this engaging conversation with Gordon Firemark, known professionally as "The Podcast Lawyer," we explore the fascinating journey of a professional who defies the typical lawyer stereotype.Gordon reveals how a chance suggestion from a college professor led him from theater production to law school, ultimately creating a practice that perfectly blends his creative background with legal expertise. Rather than adopting the grinding schedule many attorneys fall into, he's crafted a career that prioritizes family dinners and personal boundaries while still serving his clients with excellence. The discussion dives deep into the challenges creators face in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, particularly with AI and content protection. Gordon offers invaluable insights on how to protect your creative work without feeling caged by legal concerns: "If a creator feels they're in a cage, we need to look at what can change to free them." His perspective on AI-generated content is particularly thought-provoking as he explains why "the value is in the original work of human authorship" and how creators can navigate these murky waters.Beyond professional advice, Gordon shares personal revelations about finding balance, the importance of therapy, and how having children transformed his approach to work. His candid admission about seeking help from a Buddhist monk therapist during difficult times offers a refreshing glimpse at vulnerability from a successful professional.Whether you're a podcaster, content creator, or anyone navigating the intersection of creativity and business, Gordon's parting advice is gold: "Think of it like a business, even if you're in it as a hobby." Welcome to The Morning Drive – Where Firearms, Freedom, and a Little Frustration Collide. It's Teddy Bear Day — but let's be real, Rogue Nation, we never stopped carrying teddy bears. We just swapped button eyes for car loans, streaming subscriptions, and empty political promises. In this episode of the Morning Drive, Jason tears apart the myth of “comfort equals security” and shows how grown-up teddy bears keep us soft, compliant, and dependent. From false safety nets to corporate traps, we'll expose the fluff and get serious about independence. You'll learn: • Why comfort is the cage and growth is the key. • How to audit your own “teddy bears” and cut the fluff. • A tactical challenge to replace fake comfort with real competence. Stop hugging the stuffing. Start building freedom. Live free. Train smart. Question everything. Train. Build. Reclaim. Welcome to the Rogue Nation. This isn't just another show — it's part of the comeback. The Rogue Nation is built on independence, self-reliance, and questioning everything. We don't just talk about freedom — we train for it. #2A #GunRights #FreedomMonth #MorningDrive #QuestionEverything #LiveFree #TRB #TRBNation #FreedomIsntSafe #SocialGunControl Locked and Loaded by: Gideon Optics – trb.fyi/go – Use code trb10 to save 10% Aegis Gun Care – trb.fyi/boomlube – Use code boomlube to save 10% Support the Mission: Shop Amazon Merch Store YouTube Channel Membership Connect with Us: The Rogue Banshee Website Instagram: @TheRogueBansheeMedia Facebook | X/Twitter: @TheRogueBanshee Host: Jason Schaller Remember to subscribe, rate, and share this episode! Today Josh and Drusilla are joined by filmmaker Owen Kline (Funny Pages) to discuss his grandfather's film Who Killed Teddy Bear? (1965). From Wikipedia: “Who Killed Teddy Bear? is a 1965 American neo-noir crime thriller film,[3] directed by Joseph Cates and starring Sal Mineo, Juliet Prowse, Jan Murray and Elaine Stritch. The film was written by Arnold Drake and Leon Tokatyan.[4] The film follows a New York City discotheque hostess who is stalked by a sexual predator. Though it contains no nudity, the movie touches on taboo topics such as pornography, voyeurism, incest, and lesbianism. It also became notable for showing Times Square and 42nd Street in its seedier era.[5] Also discussed: Frankie Cosmos, Ghost World, Daniel Clowes, OK Soda, The Public Enemy (1931), 30s gangster films, Pieces (1982), Girl Group Sounds: One Kiss Leads to Another, Paul Bartel's Private Parts, Paul Morrissey films, Warhol Girls, the career of Robert Cates, a lot of background on Who Killed Teddy Bear, and more.
