    Ivy Insights

The Yours Chewly Podcast with Claire is a breath of fresh air in the world of wellness and nutrition podcasts. Claire's approach to topics such as body image, intuitive eating, and wellness is refreshing and relatable. Every episode offers something valuable, and I find myself gaining new insights or perspectives no matter the topic. I am extremely grateful for this wonderful resource that has helped me on my own journey towards a healthier relationship with food and my body.

One of the best aspects of The Yours Chewly Podcast is Claire's ability to provide reasons and explanations for her viewpoints, rather than just relying on affirmations. This makes the podcast not only enjoyable to listen to, but also educational. I appreciate that she breaks down concepts and topics in a way that is relatable to all types of people, making it easier to apply these principles in everyday life. The guests she brings on are also fantastic, bringing different perspectives and expertise to each episode.

The worst aspect of this podcast is difficult to pinpoint because it truly offers so much value. However, if I had to choose one thing, it would be that some episodes could dive deeper into certain topics. While they provide a good overview and introduction, there are times when I wanted more in-depth discussions or practical tools for implementing intuitive eating or body positivity in my own life.

In conclusion, The Yours Chewly Podcast with Claire is an amazing resource for anyone looking to break free from diet culture and develop a healthier relationship with food and their body. Claire's positive attitude, informative content, and relatability make this podcast a joy to listen to. Whether you're new to intuitive eating or have been on the journey for a while, this podcast provides valuable insights and encouragement every step of the way. I highly recommend giving it a listen!
