Das bekommst du mit: Warum du Resets nutzen solltest, um Bewegungseinschränkungen zu lösen: Indem du z. B. mit simplen Bewegungen wie dem Cross Crawl deine Kniebeuge verbesserst. Du merkst direkt, ob ein Reset wirkt, wenn du deine Bewegung danach testest – ein Gamechanger für deinen Alltag und dein Training.
