Music Artist, David Vaters New Christmas Holiday Classic, “Christmas Eve Forever”Christmas Holiday New Classic. A Holiday Tune for EveryoneChristmas Eve ForeverLISTEN NOWhttps://ffm.to/mx3avqo.oprChristmas Eve Forever By Talented David Vaters Sets to Be the New Christmas Holiday ClassicTis the season — for seasonal music. If you’re a little tired of the traditional song collections consider switching it up with new release from critically acclaimed and talented singer, songwriter David Vaters titled Christmas Eve Forever, a Christmas love song that has it all, Love, Santa and wishes come true. This song is destined to be the new Christmas Holiday Classic and the soundtrack should help spice up the Christmas spirit for you. This year, blockbuster songwriter David Vaters turned his prodigious talent to holiday tunes, coming up with a top-notch original song for the season. From November onwards, Christmas songs become ever more inescapable. You’ll hear them at any Christmas party, while you’re doing your Christmas shopping, and pretty much any time you turn on a TV or radio. When it comes to making your own Christmas playlist, you’ll probably want a perfect festive blend of tried and tested favorites and slightly less familiar yuletide tunes. Christmas Eve Forever has both in droves, so put on your Santa hat and get fully into the Christmas spirit. What makes a truly great Christmas song? There are plenty of good ones that are purely celebratory, but the real classics dig deeper into the full breadth of emotions we experience at Christmas. Even an absolute belter like 1973's Merry Xmas Everybody by Slade has complex undertones - it served as a demand to forget about the grim economic circumstances of the time, have fun and, "Look to the future now / It's only just begun."Sometimes Christmas songs become so familiar that we can grow immune to their inherent sadness, like with Wham!'s evergreen Last Christmas. But, as we'll find out, it's a crushing song of heartbreak but Christmas Eve Forever has an entire new concept of Love, Santa, wishes come true and more. ,ON SPOTIFYhttps://open.spotify.com/artist/42zvXH27ceRmSxYCik5rtO About VatersDavid Vaters passion as a singer/songwriter is something he could not hold back any longer. With years of honing and perfecting his songwriting skills, working with great players on two continents, David decided to release Volume 1 & 2 of his most recent songwriting as a new solo artist. David Vaters has it going on! CASHBOX MAGAZINE CANADA.Over 25 million streams and views on digital music platforms in just 2 years!Between the potency of his richly detailed songwriting, his intensely emotional, soulful vocals David Vaters is a true musical treasure. Clearly drawn from his life experiences and personal beliefs with a reliance that resonant with his growing fan base.He also has a gift for story telling & writing love songs that move the soul. David's view is that we are all imperfect and only by the grace of God that we can make it in this imperfect world. He is a member of the Nashville Songwriters Association, GMA and Canadian GMA.THE LATEST FROM DAVID VATERSCanadian born David Vaters released his first single RED SEA from Volume 3 - A Voice in the Wilderness on July 18th, 2019. All things taken into consideration, it actually sounds like his twentieth." Music Critic Rick Jamm -Jamsphere.comHuffington Post, stated, “David's music is creative and original, suffused with an ardent spiritual awareness rare in today’s music industry.”CCM Magazine featured David in an interview recently describing him as, - Something new, all over again! The upcoming ‘Volume 3’ boasts most of the same impressive line-up as its predecessor, a collaboration that had critics calling ‘Volume 1 & 2’ “nothing if not mature, deftly crafted and powerful.” Like that album, ‘Volume 3’ will be part of Vaters’ ‘A Voice in the Wilderness’ collection of volumed records. “If this is the first album of his out of the starting blocks, at least in a titular sense, imagine what gems are likely to follow,” raved Dave Franklin of Los Angeles - The Plug.Great songs on this album, delivered by David Vaters in a Bowie type approach which really punches through. The backing vocals remind me of the sort of sound the Beatles had. Apart from drums and keyboards which are excellent, the Cd chugs along nicely without any disappointment. Very good, especially enjoyed the vocals and the songs. Nicely put together offering! Well done!David Markee - Former bass player for Eric Clapton"A very honest singer-songwriter album, with a Dylan-esque delivery of heartfelt lyrics to God, to family, to friends...very refreshing to hear."Bob FarrellGrammy Award - Songwriter/Producer"What a total breath of fresh air! This record is unique and original, and full of an element seemingly missing in music in general, it is the honest heart cry of a man birthed from the soul of David Vaters, this recording is full of songs about real life. our struggles and victories, and even the grief of saying goodbye.""It is my pleasure to recommend this collection of songs from one of the most original artist I've ever produced." For with a strong hand the Lord has brought you out of Egypt.10 You shall therefore keep this statute at its appointed time from year to year. 11 “When the Lord brings you into the land of the Canaanites, as he swore to you and your fathers, and shall give it to you, 12 you shall set apart to the Lord all that first opens the womb. All the firstborn of your animals that are males shall be the Lord's. 13 Every firstborn of a donkey you shall redeem with a lamb, or if you will not redeem it you shall break its neck. Every firstborn of man among your sons you shall redeem. 14 And when in time to come your son asks you, ‘What does this mean?’ you shall say to him, ‘By a strong hand the Lord brought us out of Egypt, from the house of slavery. 15 For when Pharaoh stubbornly refused to let us go, the Lord killed all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both the firstborn of man and the firstborn of animals. Therefore I sacrifice to the Lord all the males that first open the womb, but all the firstborn of my sons I redeem.’ 16 It shall be as a mark on your hand or frontlets between your eyes, for by a strong hand the Lord brought us out of Egypt.”

2 Chronicles 16:1-13 (ESV) Asa's Last Years 16 In the thirty-sixth year of the reign of Asa, Baasha king of Israel went up against Judah and built Ramah, that he might permit no one to go out or come in to Asa king of Judah. 2 Then Asa took silver and gold from the treasures of the house of the Lord and the king's house and sent them to Ben-hadad king of Syria, who lived in Damascus, saying, 3 “There is a covenanta]">[a] between me and you, as there was between my father and your father. Behold, I am sending to you silver and gold. Go, break your covenant with Baasha king of Israel, that he may withdraw from me.” 4 And Ben-hadad listened to King Asa and sent the commanders of his armies against the cities of Israel, and they conquered Ijon, Dan, Abel-maim, and all the store cities of Naphtali. 5 And when Baasha heard of it, he stopped building Ramah and let his work cease. 6 Then King Asa took all Judah, and they carried away the stones of Ramah and its timber, with which Baasha had been building, and with them he built Geba and Mizpah. 7 At that time Hanani the seer came to Asa king of Judah and said to him, “Because you relied on the king of Syria, and did not rely on the Lord your God, the army of the king of Syria has escaped you. 8 Were not the Ethiopians and the Libyans a huge army with very many chariots and horsemen? Yet because you relied on the Lord, he gave them into your hand. 9 For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to give strong support to those whose heart is blamelessb]">[b] toward him. You have done foolishly in this, for from now on you will have wars.” 10 Then Asa was angry with the seer and put him in the stocks in prison, for he was in a rage with him because of this. And Asa inflicted cruelties upon some of the people at the same time. 11 The acts of Asa, from first to last, are written in the Book of the Kings of Judah and Israel. 12 In the thirty-ninth year of his reign Asa was diseased in his feet, and his disease became severe. Yet even in his disease he did not seek the Lord, but sought help from physicians. 13 And Asa slept with his fathers, dying in the forty-first year of his reign.

Loving Leah Genesis 29:15-35   15 Then Laban said to Jacob, “Because you are my kinsman, should you therefore serve me for nothing? Tell me, what shall your wages be?” 16 Now Laban had two daughters. The name of the older was Leah, and the name of the younger was Rachel. 17 Leah's eyes were weak, but Rachel was beautiful in form and appearance. 18 Jacob loved Rachel. And he said, “I will serve you seven years for your younger daughter Rachel.” 19 Laban said, “It is better that I give her to you than that I should give her to any other man; stay with me.” 20 So Jacob served seven years for Rachel, and they seemed to him but a few days because of the love he had for her. 21 Then Jacob said to Laban, “Give me my wife that I may go in to her, for my time is completed.” 22 So Laban gathered together all the people of the place and made a feast. 23 But in the evening he took his daughter Leah and brought her to Jacob, and he went in to her. 24 (Laban gave his female servant Zilpah to his daughter Leah to be her servant.) 25 And in the morning, behold, it was Leah! And Jacob said to Laban, “What is this you have done to me? Did I not serve with you for Rachel? Why then have you deceived me?” 26 Laban said, “It is not so done in our country, to give the younger before the firstborn. 27 Complete the week of this one, and we will give you the other also in return for serving me another seven years.”28 Jacob did so, and completed her week. Then Laban gave him his daughter Rachel to be his wife. 29 (Laban gave his female servant Bilhah to his daughter Rachel to be her servant.) 30 So Jacob went in to Rachel also, and he loved Rachel more than Leah, and served Laban for another seven years. Jacob's Children 31 When the Lord saw that Leah was hated, he opened her womb, but Rachel was barren. 32 And Leah conceived and bore a son, and she called his name Reuben, for she said, “Because the Lord has looked upon my affliction; for now my husband will love me.” 33 She conceived again and bore a son, and said, “Because the Lord has heard that I am hated, he has given me this son also.” And she called his name Simeon. 34 Again she conceived and bore a son, and said, “Now this time my husband will be attached to me, because I have borne him three sons.” Therefore his name was called Levi. 35 And she conceived again and bore a son, and said, “This time I will praise the Lord.” Therefore she called his name Judah. Then she ceased bearing.   SERMON NOTES   We must Remember God Loves The Downtrodden V31 - When the LORD saw that Leah was hated, he opened her womb, but Rachel was barren Romans 5:8 but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Spies Like Us Numbers 13:25-14:10 Report of the Spies 25 At the end of forty days they returned from spying out the land. 26 And they came to Moses and Aaron and to all the congregation of the people of Israel in the wilderness of Paran, at Kadesh. They brought back word to them and to all the congregation, and showed them the fruit of the land. 27 And they told him, “We came to the land to which you sent us. It flows with milk and honey, and this is its fruit. 28 However, the people who dwell in the land are strong, and the cities are fortified and very large. And besides, we saw the descendants of Anak there.29 The Amalekites dwell in the land of the Negeb. The Hittites, the Jebusites, and the Amorites dwell in the hill country. And the Canaanites dwell by the sea, and along the Jordan.” 30 But Caleb quieted the people before Moses and said, “Let us go up at once and occupy it, for we are well able to overcome it.” 31 Then the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we are.” 32 So they brought to the people of Israel a bad report of the land that they had spied out, saying, “The land, through which we have gone to spy it out, is a land that devours its inhabitants, and all the people that we saw in it are of great height. 33 And there we saw the Nephilim (the sons of Anak, who come from the Nephilim), and we seemed to ourselves like grasshoppers, and so we seemed to them.” The People Rebel 14 Then all the congregation raised a loud cry, and the people wept that night.2 And all the people of Israel grumbled against Moses and Aaron. The whole congregation said to them, “Would that we had died in the land of Egypt! Or would that we had died in this wilderness! 3 Why is the Lord bringing us into this land, to fall by the sword? Our wives and our little ones will become a prey. Would it not be better for us to go back to Egypt?” 4 And they said to one another, “Let us choose a leader and go back to Egypt.” 5 Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the people of Israel. 6 And Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, who were among those who had spied out the land, tore their clothes 7 and said to all the congregation of the people of Israel, “The land, which we passed through to spy it out, is an exceedingly good land. 8 If the Lord delights in us, he will bring us into this land and give it to us, a land that flows with milk and honey. 9 Only do not rebel against the Lord. And do not fear the people of the land, for they are bread for us. Their protection is removed from them, and the Lord is with us; do not fear them.” 10 Then all the congregation said to stone them with stones. But the glory of the Lord appeared at the tent of meeting to all the people of Israel. 1.  We must replace fear with courage b/c of God’s faithfulness. (Luke 12:32, Numbers 14:24) 2.  We must remember what God has done in the past. (Numbers 14:2-4; 9, Exodus 16:3, Psalm 77:11-12) 3.  We must see opportunities instead of obstacles.  (Numbers 13:30, Judges 7:2)

Isaiah 38:10-20 (ESV) 10 I said, In the middlea]">[a] of my days     I must depart; I am consigned to the gates of Sheol     for the rest of my years. 11 I said, I shall not see the Lord,     the Lord in the land of the living; I shall look on man no more     among the inhabitants of the world. 12 My dwelling is plucked up and removed from me     like a shepherd's tent; like a weaver I have rolled up my life;     he cuts me off from the loom; from day to night you bring me to an end; 13     I calmed myselfb]">[b] until morning; like a lion he breaks all my bones;     from day to night you bring me to an end. 14 Like a swallow or a crane I chirp;     I moan like a dove. My eyes are weary with looking upward.     O Lord, I am oppressed; be my pledge of safety! 15 What shall I say? For he has spoken to me,     and he himself has done it. I walk slowly all my years     because of the bitterness of my soul. 16 O Lord, by these things men live,     and in all these is the life of my spirit.     Oh restore me to health and make me live! 17 Behold, it was for my welfare     that I had great bitterness; but in love you have delivered my life     from the pit of destruction, for you have cast all my sins     behind your back. 18 For Sheol does not thank you;     death does not praise you; those who go down to the pit do not hope     for your faithfulness. 19 The living, the living, he thanks you,     as I do this day; the father makes known to the children     your faithfulness. 20 The Lord will save me,     and we will play my music on stringed instruments all the days of our lives,     at the house of the Lord.

The Faith of Hezekiah 2 Chronicles 32:7-8 (ESV) 7 “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or dismayed before the king of Assyria and all the horde that is with him, for there are more with us than with him.8 With him is an arm of flesh, but with us is the Lord our God, to help us and to fight our battles.” And the people took confidence from the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.   2 Chronicles 32:19-21 English Standard Version (ESV) 19 And they spoke of the God of Jerusalem as they spoke of the gods of the peoples of the earth, which are the work of men's hands. The Lord Delivers Jerusalem 20 Then Hezekiah the king and Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, prayed because of this and cried to heaven. 21 And the Lord sent an angel, who cut off all the mighty warriors and commanders and officers in the camp of the king of Assyria. So he returned with shame of face to his own land. And when he came into the house of his god, some of his own sons struck him down there with the sword.   Romans 5:3-5 English Standard Version (ESV) 3 Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, 4 and endurance produces character, and character produces hope,5 and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
