O Governo do Estado de São Paulo, por meio da Procuradoria Geral do Estado (PGE/SP), lançou nesta segunda-feira (8), na capital, novo edital do Acordo Paulista, voltado para débitos de ICMS (Imposto sobre Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços), IPVA (Imposto sobre a Propriedade de Veículos Automotores), ITCMD (Imposto de Transmissão Causa Mortis e Doação) e multas aplicadas pelo Procon, que estejam inscritos em dívida ativa.

Confira nesta edição do JR 24 Horas: Uma fiscalização do Procon em São Paulo apontou que apenas 25% dos estabelecimentos no estado seguem o protocolo de proteção às mulheres em casos de assédio ou situações de risco e violência. 131 locais foram fiscalizados pelo órgão de defesa dos direitos do consumidor. Nesta semana passaram a valer as novas regras da Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar (ANS) para o funcionamento dos planos de saúde. A Resolução Normativa nº 623/2024, publicada em dezembro do ano passado, exige mais organização e respeito às solicitações dos consumidores por parte das operadoras. Entre as novidades, os planos de saúde devem oferecer canais de atendimento que funcionem bem e com facilidade de acesso. As operadoras de grande porte devem manter atendimento 24 horas, todos os dias, tanto pelo telefone quanto pela internet. Já as operadoras de pequeno e médio porte devem oferecer atendimento de, no mínimo, 8 horas por dia em dias úteis. Para situações de urgência e emergência, todas as operadoras devem garantir canal de atendimento telefônico funcionando 24 horas por dia, inclusive aos fins de semana. Os consumidores que utilizam planos de saúde têm direito a prazos máximos para agendamento de consultas, exames, terapias e internações – em procedimentos de alta complexidade, por exemplo, de até 21 dias úteis. But since he was in part recounting a long and thoughtful conversation in Pennsylvania with master-sculptor Alan Ball, first featured with his master-painter wife Marion on Episode 20 of our podcast, we invited Alan to come back to have the discussion in real time—“for the record,” so to speak, and sans paraphrasing. As always, he graciously and eloquently shared his thoughts and insights as one of the deepest thinkers about this passion we share.Now, when anyone talks about digital sculpting in the historical as opposed to the fantasy category of miniature figures today, the name Nello Rivieccio inevitably comes up.
