#FontdeMisterisIB3

Dan Illes is a real‑estate professional and infrastructure strategist with experience in utility management, urban development and municipal‑private collaboration. Over the past decades, he has worked on multiple multi‑unit residential developments, helped implement sub‑metering systems and engaged with municipal partners to optimize infrastructure and service delivery. Dan brings a unique lens at the intersection of real estate, utilities and urban planning. On this episode, we discussed: Water Sub‑metering: It's not just about splitting utility bills. It changes occupant behaviour, creates more equitable cost‑allocation and can increase net operating income for multi‑unit assets. Infill Development: Urban infill offers huge potential — location benefits, sustainability, existing services. But you'll face tougher site access, regulatory complexity, community resistance and more constrained site layouts. Municipal Challenges: Cities often wrestle with adding units because of parking and lot size requirements and noise studies.
Carbonschuh ja oder nein, also?
The heart has been the subject of mythology for humanity for centuries. Egyptians believed that in the afterlife, your heart was weighed against a feather and if all your life's sins didn't outweigh the feather, you could join Osiris in the afterlife. If it was heavier, your heart was consumed by Amuut, a demon, and your soul disappeared forever. Ancient Greeks believed that the heart was the anchor of the soul and instinctively thought it was the source of heat for the body. Cultures all over the world recognized the importance of the heart, before even realizing how crucial it was to survival. Today's case is about matters of the heart, both literally and figuratively. A heart surgeon's wife is murdered in her locked house, shot through her heart in the middle of their nasty divorce and when the police find mounds of evidence, it all seems to lead them nowhere.Join Katie and Whitney, plus the hosts of Last Podcast on the Left, Sinisterhood, and Scared to Death, on the very first CRIMEWAVE true crime cruise! In January 1999, Miriam Illes was gunned down in her kitchen while on the phone with a friend. There were no witnesses. No fingerprints. And the few pieces of physical evidence—an oversized shoe print, a cigarette butt, and a homemade silencer—seemed to point nowhere. Her estranged husband, Dr. Richard Illes, was a respected heart surgeon with a thriving career, a new girlfriend, and a bitter custody battle underway. He also had an airtight alibi—until investigators started pulling at the seams. It was a murder that some called “almost perfect,” but ultimately it unraveled under the weight of its own misdirection. Anonymous letters, planted evidence, and a chilling unfinished manuscript brought one man's elaborate plan crashing down. Was it a brilliant cover-up? “Identify and eliminate waste and pollution at source, circulate products and materials at their highest value for as long as possible and regenerate natural systems. So, put back at least as much or more than you take out from the natural ecosystems on which we depend. And do all that by design.”This podcast is no stranger to innovation that drives positive change. We've met people who are making electric transport easily accessible in Africa and those using VR to enable medics to reach patients in disaster zones. But what if we could redesign the whole economy to make it waste-free and sustainable for the future? The Ellen MacArthur Foundation was founded in 2010 by the sailor Ellen MacArthur, with the aim of driving forward a circular economy. Traditionally, we think of the economy as linear: we start with extracting raw materials, which we then make products, use those products for their lifespan, and then they are disposed of as waste. The circular economy takes a different approach, with all of the materials extracted and used designed to be recycled, re-used or fed back into the economy at different stages. This involves a different way of thinking at design stage In this special episode of The Third Angle, Paul sits down in the studio to speak to Joe Illes, Circular Design Programme Lead at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation. He tells us about the work he is doing to promote the circular economy, and talks about the main things designers should keep in mind when designing something truly sustainable.Explore the rest of the episodes in the series, where we go on location to meet some of the companies helping to shape a better world. Andreu: [1:17] D'acord. [I àudios!] Currently, his research focuses on cognitive and psychiatric illnesses, including conditions like Huntington's disease. Offer: Magnesium is integral for 600+ biochemical processes in the human body. The common misconception is that consuming more magnesium will automatically improve health and well-being. The truth is that there are various forms of magnesium, each of which is essential for a variety of physiological processes. Most people are inadequate in all forms of magnesium, while even those considered "healthy" typically only ingest 1 or 2 kinds. Consuming all 7 of magnesium's primary forms is the key to accessing all its health benefits. That's why we packed 7 forms of 450mg of elemental magnesium into each serving of Wild Mag Complex.
