As you've been hearing in Clare FM's news bulletins, Bon Secours Health System is creating 300 new jobs at its state-of-the-art private hospital in Ballysimon, Limerick, set to open its doors later in 2025. This significant expansion, which will see the hospital double its workforce, will include a wide range of roles across several medical and non-medical disciplines, with a particular focus on nursing and specialised medical teams. As part of the recruitment drive, the hospital is seeking skilled healthcare staff for a variety of positions to support its expanding services and the provision of quality care to a growing number of patients in the Mid-West region. To discuss this further, Alan Morrissey was joined by CEO of Bon Secours Hospital Limerick, Jason Kenny. Photo (c) anyaberkut from Getty Images Pro via Canva.com

Adam Peaty, Laura Kenny, Jason Kenny et al getting the Manga treatment. We even squeezed in her first OOH work of note at Meanwhile for Lifeshare - a clothing charity - that ran during fashion week just before Christmas. And we had a brief chat on the special build for TravelSupermarket featuring a heavily stacked supermarket trolley. So good.Rachel, thank you so much for coming on and being your wonderful charming talented self. We loved it (and the pies!).

Max Fawcett VS Take Back Alberta's David Parker. David Parker's meteoric rise to fame in Alberta with his hardline Take Back Alberta lobby group that ousted Jason Kenny and they are setting their sights on turning Alberta into its own country. Max is the Lead Columnist for Canada's National Observer, and his values are diametrically opposed to David's. Max and David have been sniping at each other online for a solid 3 months as David makes a move to take over the Alberta government's executive (he will). David is a hardline evangelical Christian Max is not. David loves fossil fuels and gets paid by Oil and Gas employees and lobbyists. Max is an eco-friendly academic who wants a hybrid model of oil, gas renewable energy. David thinks Harvard degrees are useless and experts are propaganda peddlers Max thinks his doctor knows more than him and likes experts David believes he's on a mission from God to restore faith-based religious conservativism to Alberta. Max? Not so much. Former Fixer David Wallace joins us (David bagged the interview) and we cover a variety of topics. Education pension vaccines mandates Jesus Christ Religious extremism Homeschooling Why not? People have different values and if the world is a marketplace of ideas, let's get in on the table today.

We're back with a WHOLE bunch of #LEARNING today!David Moscrop (WAPO/Globe & Mail) to help break down a weird 48 hours in Canada. - Jason Kenny is out as the Premier of Alberta. Is Alberta WAY more Liberal than we think? Is Kenny just too stupid for the job? Are we seeing the end of conservativism in Canada?? Does Jason Kenny get a job at No Frills now? Will he get access to his Grinder account back? - The #BattleOfAlberta is so fucking back it hurts! The Flames won, Tkachuk made Evander Kane his BIATCH, and the video is incredible. - #TopGun Sequel? You in? Moscrop can't wait, and Dean has a problem with that - Justin Trudeau is ABSOLUTELY trying to regulate the internet and free speech. The Canadian governing body, the CRTC, says they will, so we should probably be concerned - Jordan Peterson and Pierre Poilievre did a podcast about catering to and protecting 'Anglo-Saxons' because they can't stop saying the quiet part out loud.
Who can it be now? Could it be Richard James and Jamie Anderson with special guests Dean Jackson and Jason Kenny from Huub? Could it be Randomeister-in-Chief Chris Dale with a random episode from the Worlds of Gerry Anderson? Could it be the magnificent Podsterons? Why, yes it is! andr.sn/podcast

As a comedy show our tone is light/juvenile, so we try not to cover topics that feel too raw and emotional. However, we certainly feel comfortable making fun of the idiots who deny the reality of residential schools. That's what this episode is all about, from Jason Kenny to evil Priests, we discuss the history denying fools clinging onto a misguided utopian view of a truly traumatic past. Warning we discuss historical quotes that use language that is no longer acceptable.
This week Matt & Sammie help you unlock your sporting prowess with brand new Olympic events, and pitch innovative, engaging features for the audience. This episode is dedicated to Jason Kenny. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
Jason Kenny has just won his eighth cycling medal at the Tokyo Olympics to become Great Britain's most decorated Olympian of all time. At the age of 20, Jason won his first Olympic gold, alongside Sir Chris Hoy, in the team sprint at the Beijing Games in 2008 and was one of the figureheads of the highly successful Great Britain Cycling Team at their home Olympics in London four years later, taking his career haul to three golds medals in the sprint and team sprint. But it was in Rio that Jason really wrote his name into British Olympic folklore, winning three more titles, in the team sprint, sprint and keirin.**Thank you to Lotus Cars for being our very special parter for this Olympics series. Lotus has created the new cutting edge Olympic bike to be raced by Team GB at the Tokyo Olympics RIGHT NOW! The very bike that Jason was riding as he picked up his 8th Olympic gold medall. Jason did another Make a Wish to Dawn when he told her she was going to be able to interview and meet her favorite drag queen of all time and crush, Rosé. For 5 months she raved about her while watching Season 11, and then developed a weird teen crush on her male counterpart, Brosé. She cried on the air when she was told she had this opportunity, and obsessed about it for a week. She bought new clothes, did a spray tan, wore an uncomfortable corset and pair of very expensive shoes, and after all of that was told Rosé reinjured her ankle and couldnt perform. This is what happened the next morning.

Who is Jason Kenny some say he's a Canadian Donald Trump, Well, NOT quite! However, he's going to shake up Canadian politics
On this edition of Counterpoint, Alex is joined by: JOHN MRAZ FORMER LIBERAL WAR ROOM DIRECTOR WITH SEVERAL DOZEN ELECTIONS WORTH OF EXPERIENCE. BILL HUTCHISON FORMER BROADCASTER, LONGTIME JOURNALIST, PROFESSOR AT SENECA Topics include: Jason Kenny is Alberta's Premier but he is, without question, a very big problem for Justin Trudeau. They are not in anyway and love or even respect. He once compared Trudeau's depth to a finger bowl- but he joins 4 other right leaning Premiers all unified and fighting a tax that will be a ballot box issue for Trudeau. The Alberta election was without question one of the ugliest. Mud slinging, personal attacks and activist campaigning from 3rd party groups like lead now. And yet, like we saw with the Ontario election, the attacks and mudslinging was not just rejected, but tuned out. We know that the fear mongering is well under way with the Trudeau liberals who promised to remain positive and yet now calls its opposition “nazi's”.. They can go law, but this election should serve as a warning. No? War of words ramping up between Doug Ford and the Public sector unions. And if it is a fight they want, they will get it. But it can't be understated how ugly this could get. And there is plenty of spin on all sides, but these reports coming out of peel that 200 teachers have been cut is disingenous. It's not a cut. These are teachers that are called “surplus” teachers. And they are essentially contract workers who know every yr the board may not be able to bring them back on. The Ford government is taking its fight against a federal carbon pricing plan to the court of public opinion with a new advertising spot that highlights added costs at the pump and the heating bill. The PC's were against partisan ads when the Liberals did it. Now they are doing it.

Guest - Duane Bratt, political science Professor and Chair in the Department of Economics, Justice, and Policy Studies at Mount Royal University With Kenney as Premier, what will the future be for oil in the province or even for the prospect of pipelines through the province? Welcome to Rebel Roundup, ladies and gentlemen – and the rest of you – in which we look back at some of the very best commentaries of the week by your favourite Rebels. I’m your host, David Menzies. Gerald Butts tried valiantly to, well, cover his butt the other day regarding Lav—Scam. Did he succeed? Ezra Levant joins us with his analysis. Some high-profile UK and Canadian politicians recently proclaimed their love for a free press. Just one caveat: apparently, the media has to follow an appropriate narrative in order to earn their love. Sheila Gunn Reid has all the details. Jason Kenny thinks that the importation of Somalis to Brooks, Alberta has been a resounding success story that needs to be duplicated in other Alberta jurisdictions. Keean Bexte recently travelled to Brooks to interview residents and just wait until you hear what some of them had to say… And finally letters. I’ll share some of your responses to my commentary regarding the federal government’s refusal to say how much they’re spending on accommodating refugees at two Toronto hotels. Um, whatever happened to the Trudeau Liberals’ promise to be transparent?
