First, he sits down with George Washington Law Professor and FOX News Legal Analyst Jonathan Turley to discuss the significance of the FBI's raid of former President Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence. They break down whether the FBI went too far, if the Justice Department may attempt to prosecute the former President, and what effect this may have on the 2024 presidential election. Then, Will switches gears to speak with the winner of 16 Sports Emmy Awards and seven Edward R. Murrow Awards, FOX Sports journalist Tom Rinaldi. Should Major League Baseball be using Field of Dreams to celebrate its sport? On top of not being a good movie, it revels in the nostalgia of a time when Blacks couldn't play baseball and women couldn't vote. Despite that, MLB's Field of Dreams game between the White Sox and Yankees was a box office smash with a pure Hollywood ending. So then, why afterwards did MLB decide to promote the 2022 Field of Dreams game rather than the man who delivered the silver screen walk-off and should be the face of baseball - White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/jake-williams5/message

Eddie Pepitone and Ted Alexandro discuss the U.S. leaving Afghanistan and MLB's Field of Dreams game in Iowa.
The New York Yankees woke up from their nightmare at MLB's Field of Dream and are now the hottest team in baseball. Winners of 7 straight, including a 3 game sweep of their rival Boston Red Sox, my Yankees now find themselves in the top AL Wild Card spot, and in a prime position to make a run at the AL East Title over the seasons final 40 games. With the way this season has gone I had never thought they'd be here. Less than four weeks ago they were humiliated in 4 games at Fenway Park falling to 9 games behind Boston. Despite all that, here they are, and they took a unique path to get here. In this episode, I talked all about the unlikely heroes and Italian stations who have carried the Bombers to this point, and how they can sustain this for the remainder of the season and ride it into the postseason. I also touched on some talking points from Jets training camp as they saw a big offseason acquisition go down with a season-ending injury. The long, highly publicized search for a new host of Jeopardy was over…and now it's not. On Friday, news broke that Mike Richards, the show's embattled executive producer who had taken the job as Alex Trebek's successor, was backing away from the podium amid heavy backlash. Before Richards announced his resignation as host, the guys discussed the highly dubious process the resulted in him getting the spot and the issues that we now know ultimately led to his undoing. Plus: MLB's Field of Dreams game was a home run for everyone involved, and with WWE's SummerSlam on Saturday night in Las Vegas and AEW rumored to be debuting a certain famous Chicago-made star on Friday, it's shaping up to be a huge weekend for wrestling. Hosts Alex Lauzon and Michael Russell check out Kevin Kisner's win, and the biggest winner of the week (1:56).
