If this week was a moving truck, you can't shut the door. It is so full. But because I already have written down everything I've got to do, it doesn't feel quite as mental.

I'm a really big fan of dressing well, of people turning up and honouring the people that are present. Stand up, dress up, show up.

The 2024 election and beyond has left the Democratic party in shambles. The ideas, the messaging, the people have become toxic. It's been a bit crazy and I'm about to start another crazy week. If you've got a lot going on, look after yourself. Your energy is a decision.

I arrived back from China to a really busy week! It got me thinking about my reset and how I need to be super gentle to my physical self.

Travel is such a privilege. You learn so much about yourself when you travel, you learn about other people, you learn about other cultures. Where you'd most like to go to? Who would you have to go with and what would you like to do?

When you do nothing, all kinds of shit bubble up. When was the last time you had no plans? Block out space and plan nothing—just see what happens.
