Il y a dix ans que la ville de Lubumbashi en RDC a vu naître une initiative privée de mémoire, c'est le musée familial Yabili, situé dans la commune populaire de Kamalondo, au sud-est de la ville. Ce lieu de mémoire propose aux visiteurs non seulement un voyage à travers les cinq générations de cette famille modeste, mais aussi quelques faits marquant de l'histoire de la RDC depuis l'époque d'avant la colonisation. Il est aussi un espace de recherche. De notre correspondante à Lubumbashi,Au numéro 1 de l'avenue Basanga de la commune Kamalondo, Marcel Yabili a transformé la maison familiale vieille de plus d'un demi-siècle en un lieu de mémoire.J'ai fait le musée, il montre le parcours de ma famille. Un parcours difficile à faire parce que vous racontez les secrets de la famille... Sans limite.L'exposition commence par des cartes de l'Afrique d'avant la colonisation. Une histoire qui rime avec celle de la famille de Marcel :Coté paternel, j'ai un grand-père qui est né en 1873. Il grandit et on arrive dans les années 1880, il avait environ sept ans et, à ce moment-là, il y a la pénétration arabe et l'esclavagisme.Une histoire de famille liée au prince AlbertEt puis, il y a cette carte du Congo belge de 1909, année de la première visite au Congo du prince Albert.Sur le tronçon entre Lubumbashi et Kilwa, il avait un cheval et le grand-père Léonard travaillait dans les fermes. Et il était pris comme palefrenier pour brosser le cheval du prince Albert.Sur une autre façade sont affichées une dizaine des photos en noir et blanc des parents, enfants et petits-enfants. Victor, le papa Yabili et Albert, l'oncle maternel, sont posés côte à côte. Marcel explique l'origine du prénom de ce dernier :Victor et Albert ont un lien avec la guerre. Victor est né en 1916. C'était l'année de la victoire sur les Allemands et on a pu prendre le Rwanda, le Burundi jusqu'à la ville de Tabora. Et les enfants qui sont nés en 1916, on les a appelés Victor. Maintenant, en 1919, c'était l'armistice. Et c'est l'année où Léonard a son premier garçon. Il pensait toujours au prince dont il avait brossé les poils de son cheval, donc il l'appelle Albert.Des timbres sur la conquête spatialeEn face de la maison familiale est construite une salle ouverte au public. Marcel Yabili poursuit la visite...Nous sommes à Audeta, c'est la deuxième partie du musée. Ici, c'est pour les autres familles et les expositions.Et en dix années d'existence, le musée a organisé plusieurs expositions dont on retrouve encore des extraits. Marcel se souvient des plus inédites :Je vous montre ici. Le Congo avait des timbres-poste et on avait fait des timbres sur la conquête spatiale en 1969. Il y avait donc ce certificat comme quoi le drapeau du Congo flotte sur la lune. Aussi, on a fait une exposition sur la filière du coton, parce que le Congo était le plus grand producteur du Coton, avec plus de 150 000 tonnes par an. Tanzania signed a $2.2-billion contract with a Chinese company to build the final section of a railway line aimed at linking the country's main port with its neighbours. The 2,561-kilometre line will link the Indian Ocean port of Dar es Salaam to Mwanza on Lake Victoria, with eventual spurs to Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda and Uganda. President Samia Suluhu Hassan, says the construction of the final section of the Standard Gauge Railway from Tabora to Kigoma in western Tanzania would be completed in 2026, nine years after it began. She says the new railway would reduce cargo transportation costs between the Dar es Salaam port and the DRC from a minimum of $6,000 per tonne to about $4,000 once it becomes fully operational.

Ni kwa mantiki hiyo shirika la Umoja wa Mataifa la Mpango wa maendeleo duniani, UNDP nchini Tanzania kwa kushirikiana na Taasisi ya Utafiti kwa maendeleo, IRDP kampasi ya Mwanza na Dodoma, walimeng'enyua itifatki katika lugha rahisi ili wafanyabiashara wadogo na wa kati waweze kuelewa na waweze kunufaika. Sasa mafunzo ya kuelimisha yameanza na miongoni mwa mafunzo hayo yamefanyika mkoani Arusha nchini Tanzania na wanufaika wameelezea manufaa katika Makala hii iliyoandaliwa na Sawiche Wamunza, Mkuu wa Mawasiliano UNDP na kusimuliwa na Happiness Pallangyo wa Radio washirika Uhai FM ya Tabora nchini Tanzania. 

Umoja wa Mataifa kupitia mashirika yake lile la idadi ya watu na afya ya uzazi, UNFPA na la kuhudumia watoto, UNICEF  huko nchini Zambia unatekeleza mradi wa kuchochea kasi ya kutokomeza ndoa za utotoni, GPECM. Mradi unalenga kulinda na kuendeleza watoto wa kike na barubaru ili kuzuia mimba na ndoa za utotoni na hatimaye wafikie malengo ya juu ya ustawi kielimu, kiuchumi na kijamii. Barani Afrika pekee, mradi huo umewezesha wasichana milioni 7.9 katika mataifa 12 katika kipindi cha kuanzia mwaka 2016 hadi 2019 na bado unaendelea kuleta nuru kama ilivyo huko Zambia ambako matunda yanaanza kuonekana. Miongoni mwa wahudumu hao ni Sedelia Abdulahi  ambaye simulizi yake inasomwa hapa studio na Happiness Pallangyo wa redio washirika Uhai FM ya Tabora nchini Tanzania. Nats.. Huyu ni Sedelia Abdullahi, mhudumu wa afya akitembea katikati ya vibanda ambavyo ni wakazi wa wakimbizi wa ndani hapa kambini Bambassi nchini Ethiopia. Yeye ni shujaa wa watumishi walio mstari wa mbele na anasema… hapa kuna takribani wakimbizi wa ndani elfu 12 wanaoishi hapa. Watu wamekimbia mapigano kwenye makazi yao. Na kama uonavyo wamekimbia bila kubeba kitu chochote na wako kwenye hali ngumu, hasa wanawake na watoto ambao hali zao ni mbaya.” Asemacho ni dhahiri, vibanda ni vichakavu, halikadhalika mavazi na hata kando kwenye mafiga moshi unafuka kwa mlo ambao hauna virutubisho vya lishe. Akiendelea Bi. Abdullahi akiwa kwenye kituo cha afya, pamoja na mama na mtoto anasema….nikiwa mtumishi wa mashinani, lengo langu ni kubaini watoto wenye utapiamlo na kuwapatia huduma kila siku. Baada ya kipimo anampatia mama kipakiti chenye mlo wenye virutubisho na mama anamlisha mtoto wake. Wakati wa ziara ya nyumba kwa nyumba alikutana na mtoto Asanti mwenye umri wa miaka miwili na kumpatia matibabu ya utapiamlo, na sasa mama yake aitwaye Assefu Kabede anasema, “Alipoanza kuugua alianza na kuhara, kisha mwili ukavimba, akawa anawashwa na kulia mno. Lakini sasa nashukuru Mungu anaendelea vizuri” Kauli hii ni ya kutia moyo kwa Bi. Abdullahi ambaye anasema….. kuona watoto wanatabasamu na kucheza baada ya kupona magonjwa mbali mbali ni malipo tosha na inafurahisha. Ethiopia ni miongoni mwa mataifa duniani ambako wananchi wake hawana uhakika wa kupata chakula kutokana na mizozo na ukame uliosababishwa na mabadiliko ya tabianchi.

Siku ya afya ya akili duniani ambapo Umoja wa Mataifa unasema kunawahudumu wawili tu wa afya ya akili katika kila watu 100,000 na athari za kijamii na kiuchumi za janga hili ni kubwa mno. 2. Mradi wa Umoja wa Mataifa nchini Sri Lanka wainua uchumi wa watu wa jamii ya watamili na kusaidia kujenga amani. 3. Makala ni mkoani Tabora nchini Tanzania ikimulika ni vipi mfumo wa maisha unatumbukiza vijana kwenye tatizo la afya ya akili. 4. Mashinani tunabisha hodi Jamhuri ya Congo kuangazia mradi wa Umoja wa Mataifa ulivyoepusha watoto kujisaidia haja kubwa nyuma ya madarasa. Karibu!

Ločica ob Savinji ima skriti biser, in to je nedokončani rimski legijski tabor. Graditi naj bi ga začeli v letu 170 našega štetja, leto dni pozneje pa so ga že zapustili. To je lep primer klasičnega rimskega vojaškega, legijskega tabora tistega časa. Šlo je za zidan tabor, v obliki igralne karte z zelo izrazito poveljniško stavbo, bolnišnico in zidanimi barakami za dve kohorti od desetih. Tabor je kamenček v mozaiku poznavanja markomanskih vojn v poznem 2. stoletju našega štetja, ki jih štejemo za začetek tako imenovanih barbarskih vpadov v rimski imperij. Tabor kaže, kakšna je bila organizacija rimske vojske in njene logistične sposobnosti pri graditvi vojaških objektov. Druga italska legija je postavila svoj prvi tabor v Ločici ob Savinji in se je na to v nekaj letih preselila celo dvakrat in postavila še dva dodatna tabora ob Donavi v današnji Avstriji. Laine palīdzēja saprast principus, pēc kuriem vadāmies izvēloties šos dziedājumus, ņemot verā gan liturģisko laiku, gan dienas tekstus un Mises nodomu. ' Šodien pārrunājam piecus dziedājumus, kuri nemainās. Kādi ir šie dziedājumi un kāda ir to loma Misē, to uzzināsi šajā raidījumā.

Umoja wa Mataifa umetuma timu ya wataalam wa kiufundi kufanya kazi na serikali ili kutathmini uharibifu na kusaidia ujenzi wa soko jipya. -Sekta ya nguo inachangia kati ya asilimia 2 na 8 ya gesi chafuzi duniani. Uzalishaji wa kilo moja ya vitambaa unatumia zaidi ya nusu kilo ya kemikali na hutumia maji safi mengi. Duniani kote dola bilioni 460 hupotea kila mwaka kwa ajili ya utupaji wa nguo ambazo bado zinaweza kuvaliwa. Kwenye makala-mkoani Tabora ambako wakulima wanasema wameamua kuhamia katika kilimo cha mazao ya muda mfupi kutokana na ukame walioushuhudia katika siku za hivi karibuni japo pia bado wanakumbana na changamoto nyingine za pembejeo. Mashinanini tupo Uganda katika wilaya ya Adjumani ambako takribani wasichana wanafunzi 500 waliolewa na wengine kupata ujauzito katika kipindi cha miaka miwili ambapo shule zilikuwa zimefungwa ili kuudhibiti ugonjwa wa Covid-19. Lakini Shirika la Umoja wa mataifa la kuhudumia watoto, UNICEF kwa kushirikiana na serikali ya Uganda na wadau, hawakuwatelekeza watoto hawa kama anavyoeleza Dkt. Sammy Poro ambaye ni Mtaalamu wa Maendeleo ya vijana balehe katika ofisi ya UNICEF mjini Gulu kaskazini mwa Uganda.

  Kutokana na athari za mabadiliko ya tabianchi kusababisha ukame katika maeneo mbalimbali ya dunia, kusababisha kupungua kwa mvua za masika, baadhi ya wakulima wa  wilaya ya Uyui mkoani Tabora, nchini Tanzania wanasema hawajasazwa katika kukumbana na athari za mabadiliko hayo kwani hata mvua za masika walizokuwa wanazitegemea kukuzia mazao yao, zimekuwa za kusuasua. Kwa sababu hiyo wameamua kujikita katika kilimo cha muda mfupi katika bustani ndogondogo ili waweze kujikumu kimaisha  lakini bado wanakumbana na changamoto nyingine ikiwemo kukosa mbegu na pembejeo, na kulazimika kutumia sumu nyingi ambazo ni hatari kwa mazingira na afya.  Hamad Rashid wa Redio washirika Tanzania kidstime fm kutoka Mkoa wa Morogoro amesafiri hadi Magharibi mwa Tanzania Kata ya Ibelamilundi Wilaya ya Uyui Mkoa wa Tabora na kuzungumza na wakulima.

Dunia hivi sasa imegubikwa na picha za mapigano huko Ukraine, lakini taifa hilo si sehemu pekee duniani inayokabiliwa na mizozo. Barani Afrika nchini Sudan, mapigano ya mara kwa mara ya kugombea maji na ardhi ya malisho kati ya wakulima na wafugaji yamekuwa yakisababisha majeruhi na wakati mwingine vifo, mabadiliko ya tabianchi yakizidisha hali mbaya zaidi.   Hata hivyo Umoja wa Mataifa kupitia mfuko wake wa maendeleo ya kilimo, IFAD na serikali wameweza kuketisha wakulima na wafugaji na angalau kuleta amani. Ni kwa vipi? Happinnes Pallangyo wa radio washirika Radio Uhai FM iliyoko Tabora nchini Tanzania anafafanua katika taarifa hii iliyofanikishwa na IFAD.  Taswira ya wanawake na watoto wakichota maji kutoka kwenye mabomba ya maji.   Pembeni nako kuna kisima cha maji kwa ajili ya mifugo.   Kulikoni katika taifa hili lenye mivutano itokanayo na uhaba wa maji na malisho?   Awdeeyer Abdullah Omer ambaye ni mfugaji anasimulia.  Anasema “zamani hali ilikuwa ni ngumu. Kabla ya ujenzi wa kituo hiki cha maji, tuliteka maji kutoka kisima kichafu. Wakati mwingine hakuna maji kabisa. Tulilazimika kutembeza punda wetu hadi mbali sana. Lakini sasa tunashukuru kuwepo kwa kituo hiki cha maji.”  Ujenzi wa kituo hiki ni miongoni mwa majawabu kutoka IFAD ili kuzuia mapigano ya wakulima na wafugaji.   Mabadiliko ya tabianchi yanakausha siyo tu maji na mimea bali eneo la malisho linasinyaa na wakulima wanashindwa pia kulima.  Nats.. Dkt. Mohammed Ahmed Hassan, Mtaalam wa IFAD anasema walifanya utafiti wa njia za wanyama ambako huko walijenga vituo vya maji ya kunywa kwa ajili ya wanyama.  Halikadhalika, IFAD na serikali ya Sudan pia walianzisha na kufadhili kituo cha utatuzi wa mizozo na ujenzi wa amani ambapo mizozo kati ya wakulima na wafugaji inapoibuka, basi hufika kituoni kwa ajili ya mashauriano.  Katika kipindi cha miaka 5 kituo kimoja huko Kordofan kimetatua zaidi ya mizozo mikubwa 35 ikiwemo katika eneo la Om Rowaba.  Meya wa mji huo Hassan Yaseem  El Hassan ambaye pia ni mshiriki kwenye kituo hicho anafafanua.  “Tunajaribu kuleta mafanikio kwa pande zote na kufanikisha makubaliano.”  Tangu mwaka 2018, mradi huu umewezesha ujenzi wa zaidi ya 190 vituo vya kuhifadhi maji vinavyosaidia zaidi ya kaya 78,000 kwenye eneo hilo la Sudan.  Wafugaji hawa wa kuhamahama penginepo watalazimika kuendelea kukabiliana na mabadilliko ya tabianchi, lakini suala la kugombea maji limesalia historia.
