G E T L I V E A L E R T S: TheBusinessOfVideoPodcast.com A testimonial is having someone saying something about what you did or didn't do for them. It is a different way to add a bit of flare to get your business out there. Testimonials are the best way to capture the experience a person has had with you. Unless they are very entertaining, they should be around 15 seconds. To get the best testimonials, you need to ask the right questions. You need to think about what you specifically want to get from the testimonial. Ask what follow up questions they may have to help give you future leads. The trick is to have a set of 4 to 6 questions and ask them in a row and now you have several clips at your disposal. You want them to say what comes to their mind first. If they begin to think it looks less natural. When getting the testimonial and think about how this will help your client. If someone does not want to be on camera still ask if you can use the audio or even just to have it to transcribe it later. Always have a mini tripod and mic on you for on the spot testimonials. You want to be prepared to let them know where the testimonial will be seen. If you need the testimonial bad enough, you can offer to let them edit out what they do not like. If you missed the moment to get a testimonial on video, just stick with a text-based testimonial. You can also put a testimonial requirement in your contract.

No more than two voice actors for your branding. More than that will get confusing. In Adobe Audition there is a setting to chose between a male or female voice. Pitch shifting will help you to get your voice deep. But if you want a deep and full voice you want to use EQ. Tommie Traffic is the founder of Video Ads Academy with over 15 years experience in digital marketing. As a result of spending north of $50M, his advertising strategies have been used to catapult one company to #134 on the INC 5000 in 2 years, scale multiple 7 and 8 figure brands, and even used by top growth hackers in Silicon Valley. G E T L I V E A L E R T S: TheBusinessOfVideoPodcast.com It does take more effort to create a video ad that will drive traffic on YouTube, and you need to play the long game on YouTube. The customer value is so much higher on YouTube compared to other social media platforms. YouTube ads just provide a more profitable client. Every type of product or service will do well. It all boils down to your message and offer. Do you have an offer that your market wants/needs at a high level? Can you create a message to make them see the wants/needs? Remember traffic is a commodity. It is more about what you are selling than the length of your video ad. You want to create conversations with your messages. Your sequence and content all depend on what your product is. Is what you are selling a big or small commitment to your clients? You can use Ad words and Google shopping for your videos. You can target your video ads to run on certain YouTube channels.
We are talking with Jeremy Vest who is the video marketing director for brands and coaches several of the video marketers you see on stage. His customers have over 2 billion organic video views and over 10 million subscribers. Jeremy is the founder of Vidpow and Video Marketing World. G E T L I V E A L E R T S: TheBusinessOfVideoPodcast.com The best thing you can do on Youtube is to be an individual than a brand. People like people and a brand is not a person. Having a human voice for your channel, it is so much easier to grow your channel. They are coming to your channel to see YOU and not exactly what you are teaching or showing. You need to really understand what your goals are. The goals need to also be realistic. Remeber, views do not equal sales. Set up a tracking on your conversion so you can offer more than just a number of views that did not bring in any sales. You need to provide value to get people to care about your video. You want to communicate within the first 30 seconds what your channel is about and what you will provide the viewer. You need the strong hook then let them know why they need to listen to you. You want your Call To Action at the beginning of the video. The call to action needs to be relevant to your video. If the goal is to sell something, you are not going to ask them to subscribe. You need to be consistent with your ask and know exactly what you want. Content marketing is not the same as advertising. You need to give someone a reason to click and watch your video. Your video should be as long as people are engaging in it.

YouTube videos can be a great way to get exposure for your business. YouTube can be a great portfolio for you. If "YouTube" is in the link more people are willing to click on it from an email as opposed to some random unknown link. You have to produce excellent content! For video where continuity is important like magic tricks, filming and editing can take some time to create a great and smooth video. If Your content and quality are not good, you will not grow your YouTube channel.

Craig Carpenter hangs out at the intersection of creativity, technology, and determination where he creates tools and resources for uncommon brands. G E T L I V E A L E R T S: TheBuisnessOfVideoPodcast.com G U E S T ' S L I N K: RelayThat.com Giving people the visuals to go out and test different samples and see which works. For visuals, KEEP IT SIMPLE! You want a simple, clean design that has a purpose. You can resize it to another channel with just one click, in real time. You will see instantly your graphic in templets for multiple social media channels. Visuals need to be engaging and start a conversation. You need to honor the platform you are posting on and make it look less like an ad. Many people are taking old blog posts and turning them into visual content. Look for main bullet points from the blog and create 3 to 5 different visuals. It is so much easier and less time consuming to repurpose old content instead of creating new content. If you do not understand design, you do yourself a disservice when you try to create your own graphics or logo. Many people tend to overthink the design process. Relay That removes the "I will know it when I see it." You see several different layouts of your visuals. This helps designers save time not wasting their skills and creativity on just changing sizes for social media banners that are always changing.

Next, start looking at apps that you can download to help with production. With BeScript you can use those nice camera lenses to shoot on your phone! WHAT MOBILE APPS SHOULD YOU BE USING? For recording, Film Like A Pro and Movie Pro. Film Like A Pro has a super simple interface. You have many presets that help you quickly shoot in the style to your liking. Movie Pro has an actual editor built into it, but use this one more for just shooting. For editing Luma Fusion allows you to edit similar to Adobe Premiere Pro. You can also use Premiere Clips. This is good for creating a rough draft before cleaning it up when you have time. These apps are very easy for EVERYONE to use. The apps mentioned above work on both iPhone and Android. First get the gear you want to use. Second, you need to make sure you have enough room on your phone. Make sure the notifications are off so you do not get disrupted during your shooting. Have bullet points on what the video will be about. DON'T SAVE YOUR VIDEO TO YOUR PHONE! When you save your video to your phone, it compresses it and you lose the quality of the original video. You may want to have two audio sources when recording then you have two choose from in case something happens with one.

Virality keeps going even after your marketing budget is spent! You are getting a major word of mouth traffic for good leads. AT WHAT POINT DO YOU KNOW WHEN YOUR VIDEO HAS GONE VIRAL? When your video goes BEYOND your normal reach. You are getting views and shares from people not part of your following. For your video to go viral, make sure it is RELEVANT! HOW DO YOU CONSTRUCT A VIRAL VIDEO? Do research on the videos that are going viral and reverse engineer the video on how it went viral. There are 6 principles to follow when trying to construct a viral video. Platform Specific Authentic Relevant Emotion Newness & Wowness Factor Timely Do not plan a reaction to parts of your video because the audience will know, be true to your brand because they will see through it. You DO NOT want the viewer saying, "Wow that was a great video!" You WANT them saying, "Wow!! I have to share this with Johnny and Karen!" Find what the conversation is online and throw it in there. ALWAYS BE 100% HONEST! Honest about who you are and be honest with your viewers.

Jeff Sieh from Social Media Examiner and Manly Pinterest Tips will give you tips and trick in how to overcome those annoying creative roadblocks. Everyone's creative process is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. G E T L I V E A L E R T S: thebusinessofvideopodcast.com S H O W S P O N S O R: BizTubeAcademy.com WHAT IS A CREATIVE ROADBLOCK? When you sit there staring at a blank screen and you know you have to create content but you just do not know what to create, you may have a creative roadblock. Sometimes a creative roadblock comes about when you are just burnt out, but you have to break through because your content needs to go out. It is not a good thing to rely on guests because you could lose them during the interview and then you will be stuck with having to fill the time. WHAT IS A GOOD PROCESS TO WORK THROUGH A CREATIVE ROADBLOCK? TAKE A BREAK! Get up from your computer, take a walk, take a nap, maybe just create something for another project, business or personal. Just play around with your application you use to create your content to give you ideas during your creative roadblock. A professional HAS TO work through those roadblocks! When you go for a walk, go to clear your mind instead of going to look for inspiration, it will be easier to find. You have to be proactive with your creativity. Be creative in other areas away from your computer screen. Keep a record of ideas as you come up with them so you do not lose them for later. When you have a creative roadblock go a do something different, but try to make it something not on a computer and not dealing with social media. Having a style guide will make it easier to make future content to keep them looking like you. This can help with fewer choices and you could hand it off to an assistant to create your content. If you find yourself at a creative roadblock, do some research on other businesses in your field and see what they are up to. We are not talking about stealing but study what they are doing and how could something like that work for your business. It is a good thing to survey your audience for ideas. They will not stick around if you are not giving them what they need. Instead of using the same free stock photos that EVERYONE is using, try and stand out and find something different. Be more concerned with interacting with your audience than trying to go live everywhere.
Ross Brand joins us in this episode to talk about ways your coaching/consulting business can leverage live video to get an edge on your competitors. B E C O M E A B O V I N S I D E R: http://thebusinessofvideopodcast.com S H O W S P O N S O R: https://vidsummit.com/ WHERE DO YOU START WHEN YOU WANT TO CREATE A SHOW? Some who start on mobile may develop some BAD HABITS. Start off with interviews so you are not alone trying to figure out what to say. You can bring on experts to build up interest and a following, you can even bring on customers to talk about their experiences. You learn to listen and the best questions come from something your guest says and not what you planned. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SHOW AND PROMOTING YOUR BUSINESS? There are 3 paths to making money with your show. #1: You can get on and directly sell your products/services #2: You provide value, have a conversation, and build a relationship relationship with your followers/clients. #3: The most effective is the portfolio method. How people can find out more about you. find out more about you. People really should put more time into method #3. This is how people will find out if you are a great match for them. The value of going live, you can show you know what you are talking about and show you are passionate about it. You show you can react in real time to things. Need to learn how to repurpose your live show to get others to find you on replays. You do not need to break through the noise and get thousands of views if that one view is that customer you are looking for, it was effective. WHERE IS YOUR CALL TO ACTION? With BeLive, you can put your call to action in the lower third, and you do not always have to even mention it. Have different call to actions throughout your broadcast. Coaches and consultants have many ways during a broadcast to demonstrate how they can impact their clients. You need to position your broadcast, even if you got very little viewers. REPURPOSE, REPURPOSE, REPURPOSE!!! HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT TO SAY WHEN ON CAMERA? There is nothing wrong with just going on and introducing yourself your first time going live. Talk a bit about yourself and wrap it up quick, and as you do more shows go longer and longer. You start getting into your content more and delivering it to your viewers. If you are new to live broadcasting, script what you want to say in the beginning and end. Have notes and build off of that. DO NOT wait for more people to join!!! HOW DO YOU BALANCE YOUR SHOW BETWEEN LIVE VIEWERS AND REPLAY VIEWERS? Pick which one you will prioritize. But for the replay viewers, your audio becomes important. For your live audience, put their comments up on the screen. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BEST LIVE STREAMING TOOLS? BeLive.tv Get a good microphone, don't forget about the replay viewers! Have some headphones to keep out the noise. DO YOU WAIT TO REPOST AND REPURPOSE YOUR CONTENT? Try to drive people to Facebook 24 to 48 hours, but after that, it does not really matter. It is not a huge game changer.
Tom Martin outlines how to write titles and tags that take the top spot on the YouTube search engines. There's a lot of gurus out there with cool ideas but Tom Martin works with the facts. B E C O M E A B O V I N S I D E R: http://thebusinessofvideopodcast.com/ S H O W S P O N S O R: http://tubertools.com/ WHAT DOES NOT WORK FOR YOUTUBE OPTIMISATION? Never mislead people with your title, tags, or thumbnail for discovery. Do not promise something you cannot or do not deliver. WHAT TACTICS DO WORK? Make sure you do the basics correctly. Make sure you are consistent with your content's metadata. Keep a handful of tags the same that go along with your brand. With all the competition, that consistency will help you in search and will grow a relationship with those searching for you. Hashtags are not that important on YouTube. For long channel names, you could abbreviate it to shorten it. The key words are really more for the algorithm. Put your most important words first. The title needs to be SHAREABLE! If you cannot sum up and come up with a sharp short title for your video, you need to work out the point of your video more. People love "How to" videos and list like "The Top 5 Ways..." WHAT IS THE OPTIZIMATION CHECKLIST? Is it something people want? Is it something people will share it? Is it funny, crazy, really smart? Have a really shareable title. Make sure your title, thumbnail, and video all contribute to the same story. Have a description that is keyword rich and tags that are relevant. Get your videos transcribed. Hacks will just mislead your audience and hurt the retention rate. Just don't look for them. You can look at your analytics and realize your video is different than the way you originally optimized for. Take that data and rework your metadata. You are looking to make credible videos, not looking to create a hit video! Although some may become hits. When it comes to tags, do not make it too many or too little where people are turned off by it.

G E T L I V E U P D A T E S: TheBusinessOfVideoPodcast.com T O D A Y ' S S P O N S O R: TuberTools.com WHAT IS AFFILIATE MARKETING? The idea of selling a product for someone else. Your job is to drive qualified traffic to whatever is paying you. YOU ARE THE PERSON DRIVING THE TRAFFIC! Affiliate marketing is EVERYWHERE. You can get paid from clicks to sales. People will still buy even though they get items for free. You can drive traffic with videos, SEO, and email lists. You need to pay attention to WHO is watching and WHY they are watching your video. The magic words to get people to go to your site are "Download" and "Print." HOW ARE YOU CHOOSING THE KEYWORDS FOR THAT VIDEO? THE TRIGGER WORD METHOD! Go into Google Ad Words You are going to find out who should be looking for the words but doesn't know they need to be looking for it. THE GLOSSARY METHOD Will have specific people searching for certain keywords. Find the weird stuff people are looking up and take advantage of those keywords. Make some actionable and printable lead magnet from your video. You need to ask, "Who else wants this?" "How can we find people who don't know they need this?" It is a lot better to go for related topics as opposed to the exact words all your competitors are using. HOW DO YOU STRUCTURE A CHANNEL TO DO BUSINESS THIS WAY? One channel per viewer! Keep your different subjects on different channels. Really hone in on what the viewer wants.

Avery Ratz will share his strategy to 5x your Facebook Video Ad campaign! Do you wanna get results with Facebook Video Ads but you're confused by the ad platform, the strategy, and basically, how to manage an ad campaign? Then this is the show for you! thebusinessofvideopodcast.com tubebuddy.com IS IT WORTH BUILDING AN EMAIL LIST FOR YOUR VIDEOS? Only 2 to 5% will see your video on Facebook. You would need 10 times more on your Facebook page to get the same reach as email. HOW CAN VIDEO REPLACE A FACEBOOK PAGE? If you are not engaging people on Facebook you will get it to less and less people. Video is the most engaging thing on the Internet. Facebook will push content that will engage people. WHAT IS WORKING WITH FACEBOOK VIDEO RIGHT NOW? The leads funnel would be people who might have liked your Facebook page, they are friends of people who know you. For sales, you want to target people who already know who you are, they are on your email list. Awareness is everyone else that fits into your niche. If your video is too engaging you are hurting your process because it may stop them from moving on to the landing page. A slide show is the best way to create a video with some music. It is engaging enough to get people to move forward. WHAT OTHER VIDEOS DO WELL WITH FACEBOOK ADS? Your content videos will be viral. People are still seeing it and sharing. You will get an organic reach for free. Content that grabs people in with the first 5 seconds and the thumbnail brings more viewers. Show that the content is interesting in your thumbnail. HOW DOES FACEBOOK FIND THE BEST PEOPLE TO WATCH? Facebook knows EVERYTHING you do on Facebook and anything that has Facebook on it. Facebook has the ability to target thousands of people. Facebook has data on every single website that has the Facebook pixel on it. Facebook is even able to tell when and how long you spend reading and looking. You need to try to figure out how to reach people in the most cost efficient way possible. You are going to be charged less in targeting them through interest targeting and more for behavioral targeting. HOW WOULD WE STRUCTURE A VIDEO AD CAMPAIGN? Reverse the entire process. Start at the bottom of the funnel. If you already have people you know who want to start with them so they can buy right away. Now you move on to people who are not on your email list. You need to get these people to your website. You need to teach people why they should choose you, what makes you different, why they should care about you. You want people to hear about you from you first. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BEST USES OF YOUR BUTTONS ON YOUR ADS? The only posts that have buttons are ads. If you do not have one, people will not automatically see it as an ad and pass it up. If you do not use "learn more" or "sign up," you are paying more!

From Facebook to YouTube to Periscope and Twitch, Live stream video has taken the internet by storm and today we're talking with Jonathan Tripp a live stream show producer who's going to share his insider tips on how to produce, host, and promote a successful live stream show. Stay in touch with Jonathan: http://jonathantripp.live http://jonathantripp.com/ http://thebusinessofvideopodcast.com/ Show sponsor: http://biztubeacademy.com/ WHAT ARE THE THREE PILLARS TO A SUCCESSFUL LIVE STREAM SHOW? Pre-production, production, and post-production You have to remember there is more to going live than just going live. PRE-SHOW: Before the button is pressed to go live, you need to do some prepping. Keep it simple and do not spend too much time here. This helps the production to go smoother and less stress for you! POST-PRODUCTION: After the show has aired, you now need to actually do something with the content you just created. Don't just let the recording sit there! HOW IMPORTANT IS PREPPING/PROMOTING FOR A SHOW? It is EVERYTHING! It is okay to ad-lib a little bit, but when you have a predominate guest you DO NOT want to make it up as you go along. The guest only has so much time to spend with you. Make every word and question count! Have an outline for your show. WHAT WOULD YOU INCLUDE IN THE OUTLINE? The introduction with the title of the show and guest's name. PRACTICE YOUR GUEST'S NAME!! Have the order of events, and even put your questions on there. If there is anything you may want to include in the show, put it in there. ARE GRAPHICS NECESSARY FOR A SHOW? When it is done correctly it is a HUGH addition to your show but is it a necessity, no. Find the happy medium with graphics that compliment your show. Your show is progressing as it goes, but it should always come back to the outline. Content first, then technology! It is important to understand the technology you plan on using. Use Wirecast for the switcher and you can take it along with you. Tool to pay attention to: switchboard.live WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SHARE AIRTIME WITH A GUEST? As a host, you like to talk, but you need to learn how to work with your guest. Let the guests know the questions and how you would like a response, like a back and forth and how long they may have. You should ask your guest if there is anything they would like to and like not to talk about. WHERE DO YOU KEEP YOUR FOCUS WHILE PRODUCING YOUR SHOW? If you are producing your own show, you need to look at EVERYTHING! When you are talking, look at the camera. Remember, you learn by doing! HOW DO YOU REPURPOSE YOUR SHOW? Have you ever wanted to make videos that make sales? Brandon Lucero is a video marketing machine and he's going to be sharing some insider tips on the show today. From generating leads with video to flat out closing sales, Today's episode is poised to be incredible! www.soldwithvideo.com www.youtube.com/user/soldwithvideo HOW DO YOU GET LEADS FROM YOUTUBE? Keywords!! Find those keywords that are being searched the most AND relevant to your topic. Make sure you learn where the customer is in the buying process when they search for those keywords, you don't want to sell too soon. Do Not always use the same generic Call To Action. HOW DO YOU SELL TO THEM? For some customers, they are looking for the "How to," videos. For others, they need to learn "WHY" they are choosing a business to work with. Get emails when you are doing non-local work to build that relationship and bring them over to a Facebook group. WHAT MAKES A KEYWORD WORTH TARGETING? If you are just starting out, look for the keywords that have around 200 - 500 searches. You do not have the authority yet to get ranked using the bigger keywords that established channels get, ones that YouTube recognizes as an authority. You can grow faster starting out small. FACEBOOK VIDEOS VS YOUTUBE VIDEOS? On YouTube look for leads generated from them videos and click through rates. On Facebook look more for views and watch time. More interested in qualified audiences. HOW DO YOU DETERMINE WHAT CALL TO ACTION TO USE? Do not feel like short small videos are the place for a call to action. Use them as touch points and bring them to another page to re-target them. YouTube is all about getting the email address! WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO START A CHANNEL FROM SCRATCH AND START MAKING MONEY? You do not need a lot of people to make money. You just need a service or product that people are looking for. Give value and solve their problems. Once you have them on your list, survey them! WHAT DO YOU ASK ONCE YOU GET THEIR EMAIL? It is important to know at what stage they are at, whether in their business or buying stage of a service/product. Ask them why they are watching your content. Where are they spending most of their time? Uses surveymonkey.com to create the survey.

When you create an ad to attract the people you want to work with, also make it so it repels those you DO NOT want to work with. You need to have a clear Call To Action! WHO SHOULD BE USING YOUTUBE ADS? If you have a business or agency If you are a creator who needs to grow their audience REMEMBER: You are investing in getting your message out there, not paying for subscribers. You are investing in your audience and growing it. WHAT ARE SOME COMMON MISCONCEPTIONS WITH YOUTUBE ADS? That everyone finds them annoying and skips them when they are able to. 80% of the people will skip the ad, 10% will watch up to the very end, 3% will actually click on the video, and 1% will turn into leads and customers. That 1% is what makes YouTube ads profitable! WHICH AD FORMAT IS BEST? Discovery ads and in-stream ads, not a fan of the ads you cannot skip. Most watchers are not happy they are stuck watching an ad instead of the video they searched for. If people choose to watch your ad they will be an even better customer! HOW DO YOU CREATE AN AD PEOPLE DO NOT SKIP You have to call out your audience/market right away. Speak to their pains and desires in the first 5 seconds. If you have the correct strategy anyone can have success with YouTube Ads! You need to connect with your audience to have success. A converting offer is a huge help, but you do not need to have it first. If you have a cold audience, some kind of landing page with a free gift. With a warm audience, you can send them straight to your store. HOW ARE YOU TRACKING AND MEASURING THESE CAMPAIGNS? With Google Ad Words. In this episode, we talk with the one and only Nick Nimming about whether it is still possible to have success on YouTube. youtube.com/nicknimming Tubertools.com GET LIVE ALERTS: businessofvideo.com How can YOUR business take advantage of the opportunity on this social medium? IS IT TOO LATE TO HAVE SUCCESS ON YOUTUBE? Absolutely not! YouTube could just be getting started with the technology that is and will be available to many. It is a very wise thing to create video content to help grow your business, whether you are trying to become an influencer or drive traffic to your products or services. WHAT ARE SOME FACTORS FOR A SUCCESSFUL YOUTUBE CHANNEL? #1 is VALUE!!! Lead with value, and it doesn't matter what kind of value you are offering. #2 is taking it SERIOUSLY!! Then you will make content that will please your audience. #3, learn how to rank your videos, learn how the platform works when getting your content out there. Realize that there is a place for YOU! Don't go out trying to make a viral video, create a video that answers the questions people keep asking in your industry. Become their expert. Be passionate about what you are doing! WHAT ARE SOME ANCILLARY FACTORS FOR YOUTUBE? Learning how to rank your videos. Know how people search for your information online and use that same language. What phrases are they using? Is there a video that already pops up in the search? HOW CAN YOU GET YOUR VIDEOS DISCOVERED? Share your videos!! Get them discovered in several different places on the Internet. Where you share depends on the type of content you are creating. Find the communities that circle around these topics. You have Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, and web forums. AVOID only showing up when your videos go live!!! You want to become a part of your viewers' lives. Being top of mind, but also being a part of the community you are trying to serve. If you are a business, you cannot measure your success to the "cat videos" on YouTube. They are different videos and have different purposes! REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT TRYING TO CREATE A VIRAL VIDEO FOR YOUR BUSINESS!! EDUCATE AND INFORM!! WHAT IF THERE IS ALREADY A VIDEO IN MY INDUSTRY? This is not a bad thing, you still need to create your video. Everyone has a different voice, the videos will be different. If someone else is doing it, then that means there is a market for it. OPTIMIZATION OR CONTENT? If you are putting out a lot of content and no one is finding it, then you need to spend the time to optimize your videos along with creating your content.
Looking to run a successful Kickstarter campaign? Our guest Anthony Ambriz will show you what to and not to do when running your Kickstarter campaign. "Stop trying to build products you think are cool, and start building products the market you are trying to service thinks is cool." WHAT IS KICKSTARTER? https://www.kickstarter.com/ Simply put, it is a way you can start a business. It is a campaign that gives you a way to raise money in order to sell your products and get your business off the ground. You need to have a working prototype in order to sell there. You can set your goal for as long as you would like, but be strategic about it. WHAT IS THE RIGHT WAY TO APPROACH A KICKSTARTER CAMPAIGN? You have to be SMART when you start your Kickstarter campaign. Starting is great, but you need a strategy too! You have to build your product for Kickstarter. You need to validate your idea works for the Kickstarter audience before you start spending tons of money. Emurse yourself in Kickstarter, look at what campaigns and products are doing well there. Live in your market! You have to build your email list before you launch your campaign. WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND CAMPAIGNS ARE ON KICKSTARTER OUTSIDE OF A PHYSICAL PRODUCT? A big category is Gaming! There are many board games and video games that have a huge market. WHAT WOULD BE THE IDEAL PROCESS TO START ON KICKSTARTER? First, you have to build that market avatar. Look at the types of people that go on Kickstarter. What do they like to do? What do they buy the most? How do they spend their time? After you have built the avatar, you need to put it through several qualifiers to see if it can sell on Kickstarter. It has to be MASS MARKET! WHAT DO SUCCESSFUL CAMPAIGNS HAVE IN COMMON? There really is not enough data yet to figure this out, the way things sell on Kickstarter are not always consistent. Kickstarter takes around 5% of what you earn on their site, and if you are unable to raise your goal, you get nothing. Kickstarter does this to keep people from not filling orders that they have promised those who have contributed to their campaign. WHO IS ANTHONY AMBRIZ? Stringing 10-second videos together throughout the day is definitely something marketers need to take a serious look at. HOW DO STORIES WORK IN SNAPCHAT? There are many different ways to tell a story on Snapchat. You could tell a story with a beginning, middle, and end. Or you could use it to give viewers a glimpse into your business. HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR STORY SHOULD LOOK LIKE? We are all famous to a group of people, so it all depends on your audience. Speak to your audience!! Give your customer the information and entertainment they are looking for. "IT IS OKAY TO SERVE THE PEOPLE WHO LOVE YOU! Remember your message has value and there are people who want to hear it.
