This is part 2 of a 2-part conversation with Lisa Perry on the topic of nuclear weapons. In part 1, Lisa and I focused on 3 specific nuclear weapons policies that were created to keep us safe, but might actually be putting us in danger. Here in part 2, we focus on the role culture can play in changing these policies and look to history for examples of how culture and public opinion influenced our leaders. We also discuss social media, the future and Lisa gives some details on what to expect from the next season of her podcast, At the Brink.ABOUT LISA PERRYLisa is the Communications Director for The William J. Perry Project and the host of the At The Brink podcast. Lisa is the granddaughter of former Secretary of Defense William Perry and has dedicated her career to sounding the alarm about the modern threat of nuclear weapons for the post Cold War generations. Lisa is committed to empowering the public by breaking down the complex issues surrounding these weapons. Her show, At the Brink, is about humanity's most terrifying weapon and the stories of those who have shaped its history. Today is part 1 of a 2 part conversation with Lisa Perry on the topic of nuclear weapons and US nuclear policy. In this part of our conversation, I ask Lisa to describe 3 of the biggest concerns facing our current nuclear posture in the United States. We also talk about how Lisa became interested in nuclear weapons and the prospects of nuclear winter. My hope going into this was that we would record a sort of broad strokes overview of the current nuclear outlook in the US and why it deserves our attention. The goal was to create a resource for people who either don't think nuclear weapons are a concern anymore, or for those that don't know much of anything about them in the first place.I will just note that part 1 is somewhat long and dense with information. But don't be intimidated! I've provided chapters at the bottom of these notes that you can use to break up your listening. If asked, I would recommend listening through one “Nuclear Policy Concern” per day. So, essentially breaking this up into thirds might be a good idea for many listeners or viewers. In part 2 next week, we have a more conversational-style discussion on nuclear weapons, including the role of culture in changing policy, what our future might look like and much more.ABOUT LISA PERRYLisa is the Communications Director for The William J. In today's episode, I speak with Anthony Magnabosco. Anthony is a skeptic and atheist from San Antonio, Texas who has been practicing and promoting Street Epistemology since 2013. Anthony has had several hundred chats (many of them on camera and uploaded to his YouTube channel) on a variety of claims including Gods, ghosts, karma, law of attraction, and a variety of social and political topics. He is also a Founder and the current Executive Director of the new nonprofit organization called Street Epistemology International. Anthony has given dozens of talks and workshops on Street Epistemology at conferences and events domestically and internationally. We spend our time in this episode discussing Street Epistemology, which is essentially a form of dialogue that involves asking questions to better understand the foundations on which a belief is built. Koerri Elijah is a digital content creator from Kenosha, Wisconsin. He came to national attention during the Kenosha riots of 2020, following the Jacob Blake police shooting. He received this attention because of his coverage of what was happening on the ground during the riots. His video streams from Kenosha became a reliable source of information for people in Kenosha, the United States and likely around the world. In this episode, Koerri and I discuss the events of Kenosha and how they elevated his platform, the importance of being true to and thinking for yourself, holding unpopular opinions, how Koerri has difficult conversations, consuming information and coming to your own conclusion, BLM, Antifa and the future of journalism, among other topics. **This episode was recorded on December 5, 2020**LINKS:http://www.koerrielijah.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/KoerriElijah/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/Koerri.elijah/Twitter: https://twitter.com/KoerriElijahYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/KoerriWashingtonOh Word With Koerri ElijahSpotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/0EAhCxaSutyXGRVXG6JsDjApple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/oh-word-with-koerri-elijah/id1103053249Play Legit PodcastSpotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/1bhiqwm8yZcBZteQhNuws8Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/play-legit-podcast/id1513569976YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/PlayLegitNetworkKoerri Eiljah on Unity Now!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P4LOnicwk5k&t=192sWGTD Article: https://www.wgtd.org/news/protest-information-gap-filled-kenosha-facebook-live-streamertheEWpodcasthttp://ericwhte.comTwitter: https://twitter.com/ericwhteInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/eric.whte/Newsletter: http://ericwhte.com/newsletter/
Today, I am very pleased to share a conversation with friend, author, podcast host, researcher and counselor, Zach Rhoads. Zach is the host of the podcast “The Social Exchange.” “The Social Exchange” features conversations with prominent thought leaders like Michael Shermer, Johann Hari, Anthony Magnabosco and many more. Zach is also the author of the book, “Outgrowing Addiction,” written with Dr. Stanton Peele, where they make the argument that the disease model of addiction is wrong while also presenting an alternative to the most common addiction rehab program, Alcoholics Anonymous. His book, “Outgrowing Addiction”, and the shortcomings of the mainstream view on addiction are the main topics of focus for this conversation. Here, we discuss the problems with AA and also touch on where it gets things right. We talk about Zach's views on the disease model of addiction and why he believes it's incorrect. We also touch briefly on Zach's own history of addiction to heroin, how he outgrew his addiction, and the role his experience played in developing his ideas about addiction, among other topics.Outgrowing Addiction: https://amzn.to/2MsbrSWThe Social Exchange Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-social-exchange/id1333527133Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/1gVfFVRrsxHmBPJHvlmlW0?si=_vzb9JdwQW2rhthgJBPE3AYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7UKA-74CZdv-MimwmK4V0QZach Rhoads Twitter: https://twitter.com/rhoadsodaLife Process Program (an alternative to AA): https://lifeprocessprogram.comZach Rhoads and Dr. Stanton Peele discuss Dax Shepard: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=THb8OBXERRktheEWpodcast newsletter signup: http://ericwhte.com/newsletter/Twitter: https://twitter.com/ericwhteInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/eric.whte/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCw27qaF6r_XdQrzREV21QSAhttp://ericwhte.com/
In today's episode, I speak with the father of one of my best friends, Patrick Kilbride, or PK. Patrick Kilbride was a successful sales executive in the hotel industry for 30 years. He moved from Florida to California and finally Hawaii – where he opened the Grand Wailea Resort. He also worked for Hyatt hotels and Ritz-Carlton and was highly trained in customer service. Today, Patrick is an avid volunteer, particularly for children, and he currently serves many non-profit organizations on Maui including Kiwanis Club, Maui Food Bank, The Homeless Resource Center, Waipuna Chapel, Back Pack Buddies and Kid's Hope. In this episode, we talk about PK's at times rough childhood, which is detailed in the book “Kick Her Again She's Irish” by Mary and Colin O'Reiley. We talk about the struggles he faced growing up, the role humor has played in his life, how he managed to overcome the residual effects of his childhood later in life and the things for which he is grateful, among other topics. This was a very fun conversation for me to have and I hope that it can be a source of inspiration for you as we end the year, or whenever you happen to listen to this. “Kick Her Again; She's Irish” by Mary and Colin O'Reiley https://amzn.to/38o3xBBInterview with Michael Lavery and “Whole Brain Power”: http://ericwhte.com/podcast-002-michael-lavery/“Whole Brain Power”: https://amzn.to/2WB9xROtheEWpodcast YouTube: www.youtube.com/channel/UCw27qaF6r_XdQrzREV21QSAtheEWpodcast Newsletter: http://ericwhte.com/newsletter/Sample Newsletter: https://t.co/4Z2mQT1ppr?amp=1theEWpodcast Website: http://ericwhte.com
Today I am sharing a discussion I had with my friend and collaborator Toby Davis. Toby is the host of the podcast “Truth in Dialogue with Toby Davis” and is a volunteer for the UnityNow! podcast, a project with which I'm also involved. For UnityNow!, Toby is one of our two team leads and is also one of the hosts in our host rotation. UnityNow! is a podcast that, as you'll hear soon, is all about the Unity movement. Started in July of 2020, the Unity movement was a last-minute attempt to get a liberal and conservative on the ballot for the 2020 presidential election, running as team. The movement, started by evolutionary biologist Bret Weinstein, was created to bring better representation back into American politics. Essentially, it was an attempt to bring people together in a country where people seem to be dividing at an alarming rate. The plan for 2020 didn't work, but our efforts continue. This bringing together of the political left and right is why I wanted to have Toby on this show. Toby is on the right, I am on the left and in this episode, I think we do a great job of meeting in the middle. I think that's all that really needs to be said as preview. I hope you enjoy this conversation and find it useful.Truth in Dialogue with Toby Davis: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMep_kMwucKSMdL2vV87odgToby Davis on Twitter: https://twitter.com/TobyD54Articles of Unity website: https://articlesofunity.orgUnityNow! Today's episode is a conversation with Dr. Edward Watts. Dr. Watts is the Chair of the History Department at University of California San Diego and author of “Mortal Republic: How Rome Fell Into Tyranny”. In today's episode, Dr. Watts and I discuss this book and look for similarities and differences between the Fall of the Roman Republic and the current moment in the United States. Dr. Watts shares his thoughts on what history can teach us about the future, why Rome is a good model for thinking about the possibilities in the US, why compromise and consensus are important to the healthy operation of government through the lens of the Roman experience, how political violence contributed to the downfall of the Roman Republic and why we should pay attention to the eventual acquiescence of the Roman people to the rule of authoritarians. We also discuss the risks presented by political polarization and other topics.Dr. Edward Watts: https://history.ucsd.edu/people/faculty/watts.htmlMortal Republic: How Rome Fell Into Tyranny: https://amzn.to/3peOilOMichael Tomasky's book "If We Can Keep It: How the Republic Collapsed and How it Might Be Saved": https://amzn.to/3kapiIJThe French Revolution: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5R8ZBm6_H9A&t=3601s

In today's episode I have the pleasure of speaking with Jèan P. Jèan P is a Canton, Ohio based rapper and he recently released a new album called “Say What You Mean”. “Say What You Mean” is 14 tracks of honest and lyrical hip hop that like Jèan, doesn't pretend to be anything it's not. I highly recommend checking the album out on Spotify or wherever you listen to music, even if you're not a fan of hip hop. It's unlike most hip hop that's played on the radio or in the mainstream, and as you'll hear in this conversation, he has a true love for the culture and his artistry fully embodies his desire to be open about who he is as a person. Links to find the album to stream or to purchase are in the show notes for this episode. If you stick around until the end, Jèan also gave me the green light to include his song "JJ", which has an accompanying music video on YouTube for anyone interested. Jèan is an old college friend from Ohio University so you'll hear us talk about our experience in school here a little bit and we also riff on how his artistry has evolved since our college days up to now. For reference, his album “Still Dreaming” came out in 2012, the year I graduated. We start the podcast off talking about his new album “Say What You Mean” and the evolution of his creative process. We also discuss what it was like losing his parents at a young age and how he used the support system he had to grow into the person and artist he's become. We spend time talking about his job as a mailman during coronavirus, social justice, the teaching capabilities of hip hop and other topics.Stream "Say What You Mean" on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/album/6x36GhNA6z3M7lr9ZcoKcJPurchase on Bandcamp: https://jeanpthemc.bandcamp.com"J.J." In today's episode, I speak with Eamon Armstrong. Eamon is a public speaker, writer, podcast host and former Creative Director for Fest300. His podcast, Life is a Festival, is one of my personal favorites. Eamon's interview style is something I have been taking notes on for myself since the start of theEWpodcast and I highly recommend listening to Life is a Festival if you haven't already heard of it. On his show, Eamon interviews festival leaders and deep thinkers from around the world including Jamie Wheal, Marian Goodell, Jordan Hall and many others. Eamon also hosts the Psychedelic Therapy podcast through Maya Health, where he interviews guests around the topic of, you guessed it, psychedelics and therapy. Initially, the intent of this conversation was to look at what aspects of festival culture might be amplified in society today to help us navigate this difficult moment that is 2020. It's no secret that currently in America, we have lost our sense of community and it was my intention in this conversation to gain insight from Eamon's depth of experience at festivals, places where community is key, to find out what could be done to get that sense of community back. This didn't exactly happen. As you'll hear, the majority of this conversation is spent talking about mental health. And it's a great conversation that covers both Eamon's and my own personal histories with mental health struggles, the role of psychedelics in recovery, the importance of actually doing the work and much more. About two thirds of the way into this discussion, we do manage to get the conversation back on its original tracks and all goes just fine, until it doesn't. At one point towards the end of the conversation, I attempt to make a point that I had been excited to make as I prepped to speak with Eamon. In fact, during my prep I had imagined the flow of how our discussion might go and this particular point that I attempt to bring up was supposed to be a big deal. But, it falls flat with Eamon. At this point, we were creeping up on the 90-minute mark which we had initially scheduled as our time limit. If you make it this far into the episode, you'll hear as I try to end the interview because we've reached 90 minutes in a not-so-subtle attempt to get out of what I perceived to be an awkward situation. What happens next was totally unexpected and i think actually made the podcast better, if not slightly more uncomfortable for yours truly. This podcast as a project, started as a growing experience for myself and since that has not changed, I have decided to leave the ending of this conversation mostly untouched, where you'll get to hear some of this growth happen live. I think I will just leave it at that and let you discover what happens if you decide to stick around till the end. Many thanks to Eamon for being an awesome human and bringing his A-game. As you'll hear, I have looked up to Eamon and his work for a while now and he did not disappoint.https://www.eamonarmstrong.comLife is a Festival: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/life-is-a-festival/id1443178401The Psychedelic Therapy Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/life-is-a-festival/id1443178401The Body Keeps the Score: https://www.amazon.com/Body-Keeps-Score-Healing-Trauma/dp/0143127748Steppenwolf: https://www.amazon.com/Steppenwolf-Novel-Hermann-Hesse/dp/0312278675/Finite and Infinite Games: https://www.amazon.com/Finite-Infinite-Games-James-Carse/dp/1476731713/Donate to Burning Man: https://donate.burningman.org
In today's episode, I sit down with Jay Wick. Jay is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and host of the Coming Into Focus podcast. This is actually Jay's second appearance on theEWpodcast and I was very happy to have him back. In this episode, Jay and I start off by discussing the new Netflix documentary, The Social Dilemma, and examine some of the ways social media affects each of us individually. We also discuss the political polarization of today and Jay puts on his therapist hat to talk about how to improve disagreements. This conversation was a ton of fun for me and I hope you find something useful out of it. I've got a lot of love for Jay and I think his quality as both a therapist and a friend shine brightly in this conversation. In today's episode, I speak with Vanessa Dylyn. Vanessa is a documentary producer and writer. Here, we discuss her documentary “The Divided Brain” released in 2018, which is based on the Dr. Iain McGilchrist book titled, “The Master and His Emissary: The Divided Brain and the Making of the Western World”. In the book, McGilchrist uses psychology, neuroscience and reflections on society and culture to make the case that the Western World has become overly reliant on the left hemisphere of the brain. Why does that matter? Well, in short, the left hemisphere is considered the more analytical and detail-oriented side of our brains. It helps us narrow our focus. The right hemisphere is responsible for allowing us to view the bigger picture. McGilchrist argues that because western societies have placed so much emphasis on the left hemisphere to construct our world, we now face crises such as climate change, extreme political divisiveness and economic inequality. In Vanessa Dylyn's documentary "The Divided Brain," these ideas are examined.“The Divided Brain": https://thedividedbrain.com“The Master and His Emissary: The Divided Brain and the Making of the Western World”: www.amazon.com/Master-His-Emissary-Divided-Western/dp/0300245920/Matter of Fact Media: www.matteroffactmedia.comRSA Animate: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFs9WO2B8uIABC interview: https://www.abc.net.au/radionational/programs/allinthemind/the-divided-brain/8895804Iain McGilchrist interview with Jonathan Rowson: www.thersa.org/globalassets/pdfs/blogs/rsa-divided-brain-divided-world.pdftheEWpodcast: http://theewpodcast.com/podcast-027-vanessa-dylyn-and-the-divided-brain-documentary/

Today's episode is a very special one for me. It is with my mom, Dr. Cristiana White. In this episode, we chat about her journey from the Dominican Republic, where she was raised and started her psychology education, to the United States, where she would raise a family, find work in her field and continue her education. We discuss her love for psychology, and her work as a social worker and guidance counselor. We also talk about our relationship and we discuss a period of difficulty we experienced that lasted for several years, starting in about 2006. One of the takeaways from this part of the conversation that I think is worth noting is the role of memory in relationships and how two individuals can remember a significant event totally differently, depending on their interpretation. Today's episode is a conversation with Dr. Edward Taub. Dr. Taub is a professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a behavioral neuroscientist. He developed a family of techniques, known as Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy, or CI Therapy for short, that have been shown to be effective in improving the rehabilitation of movement after stroke, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy in young children, multiple sclerosis and other neurological injuries. He has also developed a form that is efficacious in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia. I first read about Dr. Taub in the Dr. Norman Doidge book, The Brain That Changes Itself, and was honored to get to spend a little time chatting with him directly about his work. In this episode, we discuss the questions and experiments that led Dr. Taub and his colleagues to eventually create CI Therapy, including how they applied what they learned from their experiments with monkeys to humans. We discuss the importance of patients continuing to seek improvements outside of therapy, the reasonable expectations and limitations of CI therapy, among other topics relating to this work. In this episode we chat about Mikey's experience surviving a helicopter crash while filming in Guatemala and his subsequent recovery which included a trip to Burning Man that would influence his current area of focus. We talk about his upcoming documentary Heart Beat and the podcast he is also working on, in addition to exploring some real world examples of how sound is being used to heal various types of problems with the body. We discuss the positive effects of music festivals on personal wellbeing and explore what it is about certain types of music that can be healing. We spend the end of the episode riffing on various things related to sound including sound baths, rock music and more. Included below are some links to various things we talk about in this episode including Mikey's TedEx talk, which I encourage you to check out for more information about his experience. I think we can all probably relate to having been impacted in one way or another by sound, whether in the form of good music or experiences like sound baths, so it was a lot of fun to get into some of the science behind these things with Mikey.Mikey on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/boidycam/Heart Beat Documentary on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/heartbeat_documentary/Heart Beat Documentary online: https://www.heartbeatdocumentary.comMikey's TedEx talk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NOFfuLoHoMoMeasuring vibrations of cells: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2214180416300654Listening to music to improve memory: https://www.forbes.com/sites/evaamsen/2020/04/09/listening-to-study-music-during-sleep-may-improve-test-scores/#4adf06703a40Rewiring the brain through music and dance (dystonia) TedEx: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DwkHK3rfKO0
Barbara Arrowsmith-Young is the founder of the Arrowsmith Program, an assessment process and a suite of cognitive exercises designed to stimulate and strengthen weak areas of cognitive functioning that underlie a range of learning difficulties, which has been delivered for 40+ years throughout the world. Her work, begun in 1978, has been recognized as one of the first examples of the practical application of neuroplasticity which, simply put, is the ability of the brain to change and rewire itself over one's lifetime. As the Director of Arrowsmith School and Arrowsmith Program, she continues to develop and refine programs for students with learning difficulties. Her vision is that all students struggling with learning will have the opportunity to benefit from cognitive programs utilizing the principles of neuroplasticity, programs that change the brain's capacity to learn and open to these learners a world of possibilities. The genesis of the Arrowsmith Program's cognitive exercises lies in Barbara Arrowsmith-Young's journey of discovery and innovation to overcome her severe learning disabilities. Her inspirational book ‘The Woman who Changed Her Brain' has become an international bestseller and a third edition updated with new research was published in December 2019. Barbara is the recipient of the 2019 Leaders and Legends Innovation Award from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto for her outstanding contributions to education in Ontario.https://arrowsmithschool.org/https://barbaraarrowsmithyoung.comhttp://theewpodcast.com/podcast-021-barbara-arrowsmith-young-and-neuroplasticity-and-learning-difficulties/
Today's episode is 100% in the personal triumph category. In this episode I speak with my friend Rachel Weisser. Rachel is currently a health coach and a budding personality on Instagram. Here we talk about her personal journey which includes years of mental health struggles, alcoholism and attempted suicide. We discuss all of these points in her own story here and if you're like me, a person who has struggled with all of these things as well, I think you'll find Rachel's openness particularly refreshing and inspiring. One of the things I love about Rachel is her willingness to share her journey publicly on Instagram. She is not shy to talk about her past and current struggles and is also very open with normally taboo topics such as her use of medication and sobriety, which we also talk about here. If you are interested in having strong and honest people on your Instagram feed, I recommend giving her a follow. I will just note here that if you are currently struggling with suicidal thoughts or other mental health issues, this episode may have some triggers for you. Please do not be shy to reach out to a friend or mental health professional if you don't feel well at any point during this conversation. That being said, I find this episode to have an empowering message and I hope that is what is taken away from it by anyone listening.Rachel on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vagabondwellness/http://theewpodcast.com/podcast-020-rachel-weisser-and-bouncing-back-from-a-low-point/
Today's episode is a special collaboration with Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County. In this episode, I discuss the program and the effects of the stay-at-home orders with three different individuals involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters here in San Diego. Part one of this episode features a conversation with Lorie Zapf. Lorie is the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County and a former Councilwoman here in San Diego. Lorie and I spend our time discussing the current state of the program during the lockdown and what the future might hold as we come out of it. Part two is all about the mental health effects of both social isolation and mentorship on children. For part two I speak psychologist Dr. Becca Hadar. And in part three, I speak with current Big Julius Johnson about the specific challenges facing his relationship during lockdown and how he and his little have made the most of an otherwise lousy situation.http://www.sdbigs.orghttp://www.instagram.com/sdbigshttp://theewpodcast.com/podcast-019-big-brothers-big-sisters-san-diego-and-the-stay-at-home-orders/
In today's episode I chat with Lindsay Petermann. Lindsay is an artist and an art therapy guide. She shares about her experience growing up in a religious cult, the addictions that grew from the pain of unresolved childhood traumas and how art therapy helped her heal. Lindsay's story is truly an inspiration that speaks to the power people have to change their brains.https://artbyzeebrz.comhttps://www.instagram.com/artbyzeebrz/http://theewpodcast.com/podcast-018-lindsay-petermann-and-life-after-childhood-in-a-cult/
In today's episode I chat with Marbs and Evan Casey. Marbs and Evan are my good pals and the faces behind Desert Hearts Black, a sub-label of Desert Hearts. If you're not familiar, Desert Hearts is a house and techno music festival, record label and at its core, a community. This episode is pretty much all about the quarantine but I promise you won't leave depressed. I was eager to get these two on my show because for one, they're both amazing humans from whom I've learned a lot about what it means to live lovingly and they exude that light throughout our conversation, as I knew they would. Secondly, I thought their current situation would be intriguing to explore because the quarantine has affected them both so differently. Marbs is a full time DJ who has seen his main source of income evaporate, like many others during this strange time. And Evan is currently working shifts as part of the team at a Trader Joe's in Los Angeles. Both are still label heads for Desert Hearts Black. This is as close to a Venn diagram as I'll probably ever get on this show. We compare and contrast their experiences throughout the episode and look for a silver lining to it all. We also discuss what it's been like for them to learn the ins and outs of video streaming, how they view this temporary new reality of having to restrict connection with their community to online spaces and other topics. Desert Hearts has been using the video streaming platform Twitch during the lockdown and just the week before this episode will be released, decided to move their weekend festival to the platform. Because of the lockdown, the festival was not permitted to occur and moving it to Twitch allowed them and the community to get as close an experience to the real thing as currently possible with the technology available. Unfortunately we do not touch on that experience but I will just note that it was incredible. Everything this crew does comes from a place of love and if you don't know about them, I think you'll see what I mean by listening here.Desert Hearts Black: https://deserthearts.us/blackDesert Hearts Black Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/desertheartsblack/Desert Hearts Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/deserthearts/Desert Hearts Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/desertheartsrecordsDesert Hearts Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/desert-hearts-recordstheEWpodcast: http://theewpodcast.com/podcast-017-marbs-evan-casey-on-quarantine-silver-linings/Mrs. Casey's Greetings: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbCDfjcGyWMu9aALXwBrIzw
