Jesse followed the dreams of his father, James, who wanted to create the best basketball facility in Canada, mixed with his own of developing Canada's best talent. The Athlete Institute is home to Orangeville Prep who competes in the Ontario Scholastic Basketball Association (OSBA) and the Grindsession USA. The Athlete Institute attracts global talent, with players from across Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia, and Africa. The Athlete Institute has seen 6 players make an NBA roster since 2016. The Institute is a part of the Pretty River Sports and Entertainment umbrella, along with CrossFit Orangeville, Core5 Fitness & Lifestyle, Purple Owl Pilates, BioSteel All Canadian Games, Bear Cub Coffee and the Athlete Institute Football Club.  Jesse Tipping graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BA in Liberal Studies, he played 5 years of Varsity basketball. I can't say enough about these guys!  Adam Hoffman, Matt Lipkins, and Scott Tyler are the founding members of The Shadowboxers, but if you were to ask any of them who's the lead singer, they will tell it's all three of them. Like a great Lifetime movie, their mutual love for classical music brought them together while attending Emory University all pursuing different degrees. Their friendship and harmonies are about as tight as it gets.  Together with bassist Carlos Enamorado and drummer Cole McSween, they've forged a cohesive sound based on a shared reverence for the strong, taut harmonies of Simon & Garfunkel, D'Angelo, and The Beatles. Now signed and produced by Justin Timberlake, I can assure you that big stages are in their near future.
