Entre le Kosovo d'hier et l'Europe d'aujourd'hui, Luana Bajrami sonde les espoirs de la jeunesse. Rencontre. On avait repéré Luana Bajrami comme pousse montante du cinéma, via des seconds rôles marquants chez Céline Sciamma, Bruno Podalydès ou les Nakache/Toledano. Il y a trois ans, l'actrice était passée derrière la caméra avec Là où rugissent les lionnes, chronique d'adolescence kosovare inattendue de maturité au vu d'une réalisatrice qui entrait à peine dans la vingtaine. Avec Notre monde, son second film, Bajrami retourne dans le pays de ses origines familiales, pour en remonter le temps et se replonger en 2007 quand le Kosovo était sur le point d'accéder à l'indépendance. Logique alors, qu'elle y raconte celle qu'essaient de prendre Zoé et Volta, deux jeunes femmes fuyant l'ennui d'un village rural pour aller faire des études à Pristina. Plus que dans la plupart des cas, Notre Monde s'affirme comme une œuvre de jeunesse. Pas tant à cause d'un âge que partagent à la fois Bajrami et ses personnage que par le très juste portrait générationnel qu'esquisse Notre monde, film qui va au delà du Kosovo quand il raconte à la fois l'hier d'un pays de l'est négligé vu d'ici, que l'aujourd'hui d'une jeunesse entravée, où qu'elle soit, par les pratiques et le conservatisme de l'ancien monde, écrasant la possibilité de prendre son envol. Beau film maniant autant l'initiatique que le politique quand il met en parallèle construction de deux jeunes femmes et reconstruction d'un état, Notre monde sait faire se rejoindre l'individuel et le collectif, pour un état des lieux plus global que prévu quand il interroge les yeux dans les yeux autant un passé qu'un présent toujours aussi incertain. Ramazan je bil tudi telesna sprostitev, ki je našemu telesu pomagala spočiti se od vsakodnevnega uživanja hrane in pijače. Okrepili smo svojo zavest o Vzvišenem Bogu v vseh življenjskih trenutkih. Post je pri vernikih obnovil in okrepil vrednote, kot so iskrenost, potrpežljivost, solidarnost, medsebojno zaupanje in razumevanje. Živimo v negotovih časih, ko divjajo vojne. Mir ni več tako samoumeven. Vsi skupaj se moramo zavzemati za mir. Lahko opazujemo, da se svetovni red iz dneva v dan spreminja. Negotovost, ki je pred nami, nas obvezuje, da kot verniki krepimo svoje molitve za mir v svetu. Zato se posvetimo molitvi in se spomnimo vseh tistih, ki so potrebni naše pomoči. Bajram označuje poseben duhovni čas oziroma duhovno sproščanje. Dnevi bajrama so intimen in oseben počitek za dušo in telo. Duša je lahko vesela, ker se je v mesecu ramazanu izpopolnjevala in gradila svoj plašč pobožnosti, premagala je strast in slabost ter odločno odgovorila Vzvišenemu Bogu, da se posti in si zasluži Božjo milost. Telo je veselo, ker se v bajramskih dneh lahko sprosti ob hrani in pijači v družbi družinskih članov, prijateljev in sosedov. Bajrami so dnevi našega zbliževanja in povezovanja, dnevi radosti v veri, tradiciji in kulturi. V teh prazničnih trenutkih vam želim veliko sreče, veselja in radosti. Greta Bajrami grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts where she attended Worcester State University. I want people to remember Greta Bajrami: the girl who was an immigrant, a teenage parent, the woman who made it in an industry that not many women are welcomed into. That's what fuels me every day. -Greta Bajrami, CEO & Founder, Golden Group Roofing Welcome to the inspiring story of a girl from war torn Albania who came to the United States when she was only 9 years old. Greta and her parents settled in Worcester, Massachusetts where she enrolled in public school knowing only one word: pizza! Her mother had been a Chief ER surgeon in Albania and while Greta excelled in school, she set about re-training herself to meet rigorous U.S medical standards. The message in her home was clear: sacrifices have been made to get us here. Work hard and honor your family. At only 17, Greta and her steady boyfriend learned they were expecting a baby. They stayed in school, graduated and began their lives together. Disappointed in their daughter's behavior, Greta's proud parents let her know that she was on her own. In this episode, Greta doesn't sugar coat the life of teenage parent. Determined to get their college degrees, Greta and her husband Freddie organized their classes at Worcester State College so that they could also care for their daughter. When there was no heat in the house, they covered their baby in blankets and wore extra clothes themselves. But deep down inside, Greta thought she was a loser who had let her parent's down. At 21, she saw an ad on Craig's List for a roofing foreman that paid $300.00 a day. She reasoned that her family desperately needed the money and that if she put her mind to it, she could learn to do the job. Greta was hired that day. After spending three years as a roofing foreman, Greta and her husband took a giant leap of faith and founded Golden Group Roofing where she has innovated the construction process, elevated the customer experience, and brought pride and dignity to her workers. Considered a trailblazer in her industry, Greta is a role model for any young woman who finds herself at a crossroads. Looking back on her life as a teen parent, Greta says “I don't know how we did it. I think in life when we're put in very tough circumstances, the best comes out of it. We become super-heroes.
