“If anything, it's three 7's…and one of them has a line in the middle…” This episode is effectively “nonverbal” in that it contains zero lyrics and is truly beyond words (so to speak). That's right, it's all about INSTRUMENTALS and it just so happens that they come in a wide variety of styles and options. On a studio album, INSTRUMENTALS are 7enerally either lon7er, extended, standalone musical arran7ements, or brief interludes which serve as a brid7e between two son7s. In a live scenario, INSTRUMENTALS are a 7reat opportunity that allows the vocalist time to take a brief break and enjoy some “ori7ami” and poon while the rest of the band continues to jam. Either way, INSTRUMENTALS offer instrumentalists a chance to express themselves musically in a way that truly transcends the power of the written word. Be sure to radically adjust your expectations whenever someone says “I'm gonna send you a file” and prepare yourself for a macrodose of happiness that is sure to transpire, especially if your brain “has to fix it” (and particularly if you “want it from the train”).

Rich talks about how to generate 200-500 quotable leads a month with GAF contractors in Columbus Ohio
A massive hailstorm just hit Greensboro NC with golf ball-sized projectiles, and your roof might be compromised without you even knowing it. General contractor Donnie Blanchard pulls back the curtain on what happens when hail strikes your shingles and why the damage matters even when there's no immediate leak. The roofing industry harbors a dark side that emerges after every major storm. Donnie warns about predatory "storm chasers" – out-of-state operators who flood neighborhoods with aggressive sales tactics, encouraging unnecessary insurance claims that can follow you for life. These contractors often pressure homeowners to sign contingency agreements that lock them into using their services, only to disappear when warranty issues arise later.Your insurance policy likely works differently than you realize when it comes to roof damage. Most carriers now use "test squares" to count hail strikes and determine replacement eligibility, while separate wind and hail deductibles ranging from 1-2% of your home's value have quietly replaced the standard $500-$1,000 deductibles common a decade ago. Filing a claim without legitimate damage creates a permanent record that follows you regardless of which insurance company you use.Donnie explains exactly what to look for after a storm – from dented gutters and handrails to subtle indicators in your attic – and shares insider knowledge on flashing, proper installation techniques, and exciting advancements in roofing technology. GAF's new shingles now offer 25-year algae protection through time-released copper oxide treatments, while designer shingles continue gaining popularity for their distinctive appearance and durability. Before you call your insurance company about potential storm damage, contact a reputable local roofing company for an honest assessment that won't jeopardize your insurance history or leave you with subpar repairs and vanishing warranties.
Benny Carreon, Dennis, and Marc A Wolfe explore the pervasive 'yeah, but' mentality that often hinders personal and professional growth as discussed in Marc's book. They discuss the internal and external barriers that lead to hesitation in pursuing goals, the role of fear in decision-making, and the importance of fostering a culture of openness and support in the workplace. The conversation emphasizes the need for self-awareness, the courage to overcome fears, and the responsibility of managers to motivate and engage their employees. Ultimately, the discussion encourages listeners to embrace a growth mindset and view challenges as opportunities for development. Marc A. Wolfe's curiosity was evident early on when the eager fourth grader was kicked out of his New Jersey public school—for being too helpful in explaining lessons. Though confused by their decision, Marc discovered his calling: empowering people to unlock their boundless potential. This passion lit an unexpected career fuse, beginning as a 16-year-old freelance photographer capturing Presidents, pro athletes, and celebrities. In episode 406 of the Construction Leadership Podcast, host Bradley Hartmann discusses leadership and persuasion techniques that can be applied in the construction industry. Hartmann shares a story about legendary track coach, Bill Bowerman, and how he persuaded his star athlete, Steve Prefontaine, to wear a new lightweight shoe design cobbled in the coach's garage. Bowerman focused on Prefontaine's desires to break records but also addressed his underlying beliefs about shoe safety. Using simple math, Bowerman quantified the potential weight savings of the new shoes and had Prefontaine physically experience carrying extra weight, changing his perspective in the process. Hartmann then draws on construction-specific examples featuring GAF and an innovative flexible gas pipe described in the book, The Dollarization Discipline, by Jeffrey Fox and Richard Gregory. Hartmann emphasizes the importance of understanding desires, beliefs, and behaviors when trying to influence change. Soon, a colleague ends up dead, and Hannah begins to put together the puzzle of the mysterious circumstances surrounding the murder. Hannah leans on her friends and family to collect the breadcrumbs of foul play and put them together, and meets a different side of law and order when Lake Eden's prosecuting attorney, Chad Norton, enters her life.In addition to being Alison's first time crafting a story from the Joanne Fluke characters, it also marked the introduction of Victor Webster to the Hannah Swensen franchise. This week on the Carolina Contractor Show, I've joined forces with the savvy Eric Smith to arm you with the truth behind DIY home improvement—sifting through the social media static to pinpoint which hacks hold water and which could just sink your budget. We had a good laugh about a personal run-in with some sketchy HVAC filter advice that almost cost me big time, underscoring that generic tips don't always fit your home's unique quirks. So, if you've got a question that needs a pro's wisdom, our "ask the contractor" segment is tailor-made for you. Roll up your sleeves with us as we weigh the scales of DIY against the expertise of professional home renovations. We'll reveal the hidden trials and tribulations that come with self-managed home projects—think overlooked costs, timing misjudgments, and those unforeseen obstacles that love to pop up mid-project. Not to be outdone, we'll also explore the mental ease and reliability that comes with hiring a pro. Picturing a shiny new roof over your head or a spruced-up bathroom sanctuary? Our insights into the DIY vs. professional debate might just save you more than a few headaches (and dollars).Navigating the labyrinth of homeowner's insurance doesn't have to be daunting, and we're here to light the way. We dismantle common coverage misunderstandings, especially when it comes to flooding mishaps and roofing fine print. The roofing world has some nifty advancements up its sleeve, too; we dive into the durability of metal roofs and the solid warranties that companies like GAF are throwing into the ring. Whether you're here for the knowledge, a good chuckle, or simply the thrill of home improvement potential, this episode is jam-packed with expertise to keep your next project on solid ground.

It was reportedly filmed in October and November 2019. Aimee Teegarden plays Kelly. She currently has 38 acting credits according to IMDB. Aimee is probably most known as angsty Texas teenager Julie Taylor from “Friday Night Lights.” Since the conclusion of FNL she went on to star in “Once Upon a Christmas Miracle,” “My Christmas Family Tree,” “Heart of the Matter,” “Autumn in the City,” and “Christmas Class Reunion” for Hallmark Channel. Michael Rady plays Tom. He currently has 55 acting credits. We most recently saw Michael in this “Where Are You, Christmas?” Other Hallmark movies of his include: “Unexpected Grace,” “The Christmas Bow,” “You're Bacon Me Crazy” as well as fan-favorite “Love to the Rescue.” Kelly's friend group was played by Elise Bauman (AJ), Patricia Issac (Lisa) and Devon Alexander (Jackson). Most recently she wrote “Rescuing Christmas” which premiered exclusively on HMN on Dec 7th. She's also previously penned “If I Only Had Christmas,” “Two Turtle Doves,” and “Love to the Rescue.” Lesley Demetriades directed. She has 11 directing credits, but only one since this movie and it was the CCB movie “A Christmas…Present” for GAF. Why Was "A New Year's Resolution" Pulled From the Hallmark Schedule - A New Year's Resolution was to air originally on December 28, 2019 as part of that year's Countdown to Christmas. However, on December 16, 2019 a tweet from @HotlineHallmark revealed that the movie had been pulled from the schedule. A few articles I found didn't have many details as why the movie was pulled. Coincidence or not, but the movie's producer Kevin Duda also had another movie pulled from the Hallmark schedule earlier that year. A recent conversation with some peers in the industry mentioned that this movie was pulled because Bill Abbott - the head of Hallmark at the time - simply didn't like the movie. She also starred in 10 episodes of “Amber Brown” on AppleTV which also starred Sarah Drew from last week's “Guiding Emily.” Her instagram is delightful, if you're not following her there. Related: Girls Gone Hallmark review of "Two Tickets to Paradise" Luke Macfarlane co-stars as Leo. Luke took a small departure from the Hallmark Channel, he was last seen in “A Magical Christmas Village” last holiday season. At the time, he told the LA Times that his 17th Hallmark movie would likely be his last, saying that the channel “had been very good” to him but “how many firefighters can I play?” In the meantime, Macfarlane co-starred in a feature film called “Bros,” worked for AppleTV on a comedy called “Platonic” and was even offered a role in mega-hit Barbie but had to decline because of conflicts. Additionally, Macfarlane and his partner welcomed a baby girl named Tess in June of this year. So why is he back at Hallmark? He told The Hollywood Reporter that he “applauds” Hallmark for creating queer content. Perhaps an offer he couldn't reuse? The script was written by Rick Garmen who has 27 previous writing credits. His last three movies for Hallmark were “Groundswell,” “Christmas at Castle Hart,” and “You Had me at Aloha.” But, his last two movies were the CCB and Danica McKeller Christmas movies for GAF last year.
