In this episode of Kliq This, Kevin Nash and Sean Oliver take an unfiltered tour through everything from Monday Night Raw's explosive storylines to wild road stories and fan interactions. They swap thoughts on John Cena and Cody Rhodes' promo dynamics, discuss why Logan Paul and AJ Styles might steal the spotlight, and even dissect the eccentricities of TNA's six-sided ring. Between tales of annoying traffic stops, traveling for signings, and fans who push the boundaries, the laughs come fast From there, the conversation swings to the mania of Monday nights—John Cena, Cody Rhodes, the art of promos, and how one finishing move on television can make or break a storyline. Kevin breaks down why sometimes, less is more when it comes to in-ring physicality, offering nods to the old-school days when rivalries simmered just enough before a pay-per-view blow-off. In that same breath, he praises the spectacle of the modern product, zeroing in on potential show-stealers like Logan Paul and AJ Styles. Sean fuels the discussion with questions about nostalgia, six-sided rings, and whether playing fantasy booker with comedic flair can still make for serious talk about the business. Peppered through it all, there's everyday life: a ticket from a less-than-pleasant cop, the joys of not having to dress up for work, and the tribulations of being asked for handouts by people who assume “wrestler money” never runs dry. As they crack jokes about everything from silly travel hassles to cameo appearances by old friends, one question remains hilariously unanswered: “Where's Rhea?” Though you might not find her here, you'll find plenty of wild tangents, insider perspectives, and that easy chemistry only two old friends can bring. This episode proves once again that wrestling talk is best when it's raw, real, and just a little bit ridiculous. • BRUNT (29:08) Get $10 off at BRUNT with code KLIQ at https://bruntworkwear.com/KLIQ • Mando (53:46) Control Body Odor ANYWHERE with @shop.mando and get $5 off your Starter Pack (that's over 40% off) using promo code KLIQ at https://shopmando.com (#mandopod ) • The Perfect Jean (01:14:59) F*%k your khakis and get The Perfect Jean 15% off with the code KLIQ15 at https://theperfectjean.nyc/KLIQ15 (#theperfectjeanpod) • BlueChew (01:32:15) Visit https://BlueChew.com and try your first month FREE when you use promo code NASH—just pay $5 shipping. • Get Blitzed (01:36:00) Save 15% at https://Get-Blitzed.com by entering the code KLIQ at checkout. • PrizePicks (01:37:51) Visit https://prizepicks.onelink.me/LME0/KLIQ and use code KLIQ to get $50 instantly when you play $5. 00:00 KLIQTHISTV.com 00:22 SHOW OPEN 00:56 iO Sky 02:19 Back on the ROAD 05:06 I'LL DO A TOOT 05:48 I'm down 48, Kev jacked…looks like he gained about 48 07:22 Maven 08:57 Justin Credible 16:25 RAW in London 17:52 Cena ate him alive. 23:24 How do we make the promo better? 26:53 Cena's Wardrobe 29:08 BREAK BRUNT 32:52 Wrestlemania Tickets 34:27 False Start 36:44 Why Cena/Cody shouldn't touch 37:28 Silk sheets made him finish 39:23 horror convention! 39:51 consummate professional 42:54 Hating RUSH 43:55 That cop should not have ticketed you 48:52 TNA 6 sided ring 50:15 Logan Paul/AJ Styles 51:19 BACK TO 6 sided RING 53:46 BREAK MANDO 56:52 DELTS 57:19 DELTA 57:55 Cena off RAW? 58:48 Usos/Gunther 01:02:24 Rhea/Bianca 01:05:42 CM Punk Main event? 01:07:24 Putting your match together 01:12:35 Wrestlemania Betting Odds 01:14:59 BREAK THE PERFECT JEAN 01:17:26 MARKET NEWS: FUCKED. 01:20:24 Auto Manufacturing cost 01:21:50 Tariffs 01:28:50 Fox News 01:32:15 BREAK BLUECHEW 01:33:40 FL vs NJ 01:36:00 BREAK GET BLITZED 01:37:51 BREAK PRIZE PICKS 01:40:21 ASKNASH 01:40:47 Pre-workout? 01:41:20 WCW Power Plant 01:43:09 No DQ Match for Jey? 01:45:27 Mick Foley car crash 01:46:23 Dick Durdock 01:47:09 Tattoos on women? 01:48:42 Studio Ghibli'd 01:49:36 OUTRO

Brave Dynamics: Authentic Leadership Reflections

Jeremy Au unpacked why most startups fail and how failure is often misunderstood especially in Southeast Asia's tech landscape. He pointed out that failure isn't just about poor execution or bad luck. It's often structural, recurring across funding stages, and rooted in deeper issues like team mismatches, market timing, or scaling too fast. He also drew a clear line between economic failure and personal failure, reminding founders that not hitting a return target doesn't mean they're bad leaders or people. He shared recurring patterns and what comes next for those who've been through it. 1. Good Idea, Wrong Team: Some startups never get off the ground because the team can't execute—either due to weak dynamics or the wrong mix of skills. 2. False Starts: Products built in a vacuum without real user insight often flop, no matter how technically sound they are. 3. False Positives: Early traction can be misleading—what works in one market or segment may fail in another if context isn't deeply understood. 4. Speed Trap: Fast growth and big funding can set unrealistic expectations, creating pressure to scale beyond what the team or model can handle. 5. Bad Macro Luck: External events—like funding winters or shifting investor focus—can kill momentum even for strong companies. 6. Cascading Miracles: Some ambitious startups crash despite big raises and press hype, only to see others succeed later with the same core idea. 7. The Second-Time Edge: Founders who've succeeded before have better odds next time around, thanks to sharper timing, stronger networks, and better-hiring instincts. A false start in a conflict situation can appear in different ways. We can create a conflict where none existed or when we make a good faith attempt to resolve a conflict. Of course, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. A concept so fundamental that it was the focus of Episode 11, way back on March 13, 2019.  But if a false start has occurred, remember and take advantage of the fact of the false start – emphasis on “start”. So, let's start over. If you made an honest mistake, try an old-fashioned apology. Explain, if you can, what went wrong.   If the other person refuses to engage with you and says so, consider offering a cooling-off period of some specific duration.  An agreement to try again at a certain time or date. Take a break, a breather, a pause.  If it's just crickets, no response at all, think about a good length for a breather – from your perspective and the other person's, too – and pick it. Take the initiative to try again at the end of that pause.   It's just the start. Too soon to give up. Worth it to try again and do what you can to set up for a better result. Do you have comments or suggestions about a topic or guest?
