In the same vein, one of the biggest values that he incorporates into CDO is self-development (both personal and professional) which in turn affects how business is done and providing the best service possible to our clients. A snippet of Anthony that depicts him well is that every so often, to get the blood flowing in the office and employees re-energized, he will shout “Push-ups!” and anyone in earshot is encouraged to drop and knock some out. We’re of the mind that a company that wants to accomplish non-typical construction goals should have an invigorating culture. While CDO Group is a successful firm, Anthony’s passion for people is most visible in his family life, having raised five children, and in his charitable works. He led his family on a trip to over a dozen different countries over the summer of 2019 to support the local impoverished communities through charitable exploits.

As crazy as it may seem, just 3 years ago he really couldn’t even tell you what it meant to be an entrepreneur and he was ridden with over $200k of debt. This all changed in the summer of 2016, when he booked a solo trip to Kenya to go explore after realizing that he was approaching burnout at his day job. That trip changed it all. While there he met tons of others traveling the world long-term and he knew he had to figure it how he could do the same. The challenge was all the debt and not knowing how to make extra money. After many failed projects and attempts, he started getting some traction and was able to pay off all his debt (including his house) & quit his day job to pursue his passion of helping people spread their message through podcasting

It was in my prison cell, for the first time in my life, I faced my demons and challenges head on. I was able to completely transform my entire life behind bars. My attitude, my mentality, and my daily routines were all adjusted and allowed me to create new outcomes and results within my life. My personal transformation and the steps I took while incarcerated is what I wish to share with anyone who feels lost or hopeless in their life right now. These life changing steps saved my life and freed me from addiction, negative thinking and living life carelessly. I want you to know that no matter what you go through deep within you is the capacity to persevere and create a life you love and cherish.

I learned how to produce out of necessity when I couldn't afford to hire producers to do my tracks anymore. The process was long and grueling as I'm NOT tech-savvy, and lots of people betted against me, but I was able to turn it into a full-time income within 2-3 years, and now have hundreds of clients in multiple countries across the world, as well as numerous sync placements in film/tv. Fast forward to today, I teach the non-techy singer-songwriter how to produce their own music by simplifying the process and making it less scary, so they can become self-empowered, and self-sufficient musicians!
