This episode is different because Benjamin Netter gets it. This dude went from fashion to fintech to cybersecurity. Not because he planned it that way. Because he saw problems that needed solving. Benjamin founded Riot after running a fintech company handling hundreds of millions of euros. While he was spending massive money protecting complex systems, one employee clicked the wrong email. Changed everything. That's when he realized hackers aren't trying to crack some sophisticated code. They're going after Bob. You know Bob. Every company has a Bob who clicks on everything. So Benjamin started waking up two hours early. Building what would become Riot. Testing it on his own team first. The CFO was the first to fall for it. That was his wake-up call. The guy raised $12 million in Series A funding. Not by pitching some dream. By showing revenue. Showing results. Proving the concept works. That's how real business gets done. This episode is for every entrepreneur who thinks they need to reinvent everything. Sometimes the biggest opportunity is just making existing solutions actually work for people. Benjamin did that. Made cybersecurity human.Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanConnect with Benjamin: https://www.tryriot.com/aboutSubscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLINAbout Benjamin : Benjamin is the Founder and CEO of Riot, a cybersecurity platform created for employee protection. Benjamin would love to discuss his passion for cybersecurity and helping employees and his own personal entrepreneurial journey.
Millennials think they need a million dollars a year just to feel rich. And honestly? They're not wrong. With inflation crushing everything and home prices through the roof, a million a year is becoming the new baseline for financial freedom. I didn't start as a multi-millionaire twelve years ago. Had to learn this stuff the hard way. But here's what I discovered by studying other self-made millionaires and now looking at billionaires to see what's next. These aren't some theoretical bullshit tips. These are the actual hacks I use every single day. The stuff that separates people who dream about wealth from people who actually build it.Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanSubscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLIN
This woman is absolutely incredible. Lindsey Graham - The Patriot Barbie - is back for her third time on ALL IN. That makes her my only three-time guest ever. And there's a damn good reason for that. Two years ago Lindsey was running a successful salon in Oregon with 25 stylists. Living her dream. Building her business. Then she made one decision that changed everything. She reopened during the lockdowns. Defied the mandates. Stood up for what she believed was right. The government came after her with everything they had. Cancel culture destroyed her career. She lost her entire business. Everything she'd built for 15 years. Gone. But here's what's incredible about this story. She didn't break. She didn't back down. She didn't apologize.Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanConnect with Lindsey: https://patriotbarbie.com/ Subscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLINAbout Lindsey: Lindsey is a business owner who opened her salon against the government-mandated closure. You're drowning in problems right now. I get it. Your desk looks like a war zone. Your mind's spinning in ten different directions. You feel like you're getting pulled everywhere and accomplishing nothing. Here's what's happening. You're trying to solve all your problems at once. That's why you're stuck. That's why nothing gets done. When you try to handle everything simultaneously you solve absolutely nothing. The solution is simple but not easy. Prioritize and execute. One problem at a time. Detach from the chaos so you can gain a fresh perspective. Stop letting emotions drive your decisions. Start saying "I got it" to one thing instead of panicking about everything. Your overwhelm isn't because you have too many problems. It's because you're approaching them wrong. Time to shift your focus and get after it.Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanSubscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLIN
I sat down with Kris Dehnert, founder of Dugout Mugs and the man behind MLB's fastest-growing licensee. This conversation hits different. Kris shared his journey from getting fired from nearly every job to building a $30 million company selling mugs made from baseball bat barrels. What struck me most was his near-death experience with a ruptured appendix that completely transformed his mindset about business and life. His story of almost dying with a poison ball the size of a football inside him led to a complete shift—from chasing money to designing a lifestyle focused on family and experiences. Kris now lives unapologetically authentic, building deep relationships instead of shallow connections. We talked about the illusion of time and control, how failure is actually "entrepreneurial yoga," and why focusing on money actually creates money problems. What makes my story a little more unique is that I did it on my terms. Sandals, shorts, backwards hats, and just being as genuine as I could be. I literally was FIRED from every (except one) job I ever had because I insisted on doing it my way... What I found is that I needed to create the "job" I wanted.
Take a good look at who you are today because this isn't who you were 5 years ago. Be grateful for that change even if you think your life is worse right now. You've gained wisdom. You've grown. You've learned things that are shaping your decisions today. But who are you going to be 5 years from now? That's what we're diving into. I'm sharing the five critical things that are actively shaping your future right now: the books you read, the people you surround yourself with, the habits you form, the food you eat, and the conversations you have. These aren't small factors. These are the foundations that determine everything about your future self. You can either intentionally shape who you'll become or let circumstances mold you into something you don't want to be. Choose wisely. This episode is one of the most honest and inspiring conversations I've ever had. My guest, David Wood, went from calculating risk for Fortune 100 companies to taking real risks himself—like acting in Dracula, pitching his heroes, and owning the stage despite anxiety and a fractured spine. We talk about the power of deliberate discomfort, and why choosing to be uncomfortable might be the best move you can make in life.David opens up about losing his sister, living through paragliding crashes, and battling PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Through all of it, he found a way to embrace vulnerability, lead with courage, and build momentum toward the life he actually wants. In this episode of ALL IN, I dive deep into the five most common regrets people experience at the end of their lives and how you can avoid them today. I explore why living true to yourself matters more than meeting others' expectations and why "working too hard" isn't really about work—it's about missing important moments with the people who matter. I share my personal experiences, including turning down a lucrative speaking gig to be present for my kids' 16th birthday, and why expressing your feelings is crucial for authentic relationships. I discuss the importance of maintaining meaningful friendships and why "letting yourself be happy" might be the most powerful choice you ever make. In this episode, I sat down with Kevin Palmary from Next Level University who's done over 800 episodes of his show. Kevin shared his incredible journey from rock bottom to podcast success. Despite having the car, the body, the model girlfriend, and money in the bank at 25, Kevin was empty inside - depressed, anxious, and insecure. His wake-up call came when he found himself on the edge of a hotel bed in New Jersey, contemplating ending his life because he felt so stuck. Instead, he went ALL IN on his podcast, left his six-figure job, ran up $35,000 in credit cards, and completely transformed his life. Kevin dropped some serious truth bombs about why most podcasts fail, why treating your podcast like a business matters more than chasing download numbers, and how vulnerability creates the bridge that connects people. After my rock bottom moment, I went all in on self improvement, I was determined to overcome my anxiety, to overcome my depression. Years later, I host a podcast with hundreds of thousands of downloads in over a hundred countries, I've grown the podcast into a multi six-figure business and I've recorded over 700 episodes. I've given nearly 100 speeches and had the opportunity to do hundreds of coaching calls. The main thing that changed was ME. You want to skyrocket your sales? Listen up. Today I'm dropping the greatest sales hack of all time. I learned this at McDonald's when I was 15 years old working the drive-thru. The magical phrases? "Would you like fries with that?" and "Would you like to supersize it?" This is about the psychology of the upsell at the exact right moment - immediately after someone has already said yes to a purchase. The reason people don't buy from you is because you're not offering. And the reason you don't increase your sales is because you don't upsell after the transaction is already made. I tripled my sales at Geek Squad using this exact method. When a customer already says yes to one thing, they're primed to say yes again. Your job today is to figure out two things: what's your "would you like fries with that?" and what's your "would you like to supersize it?" Do this and watch your business explode.Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanSubscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLIN
Disclaimer: This video was recorded in March of 2022.I had a killer conversation with Christa Hilton, the conservative single mom and entrepreneur behind Drunk Republic. We didn't get political. We got real. Christa started reading the entire CARES Act during COVID when her business consulting for small businesses had to shut down. What she discovered sent her down a rabbit hole of government waste, hidden spending, and ridiculous programs that American taxpayers unknowingly fund. We dove into the insanity of public school systems, why parents need to take back their power, and how Christa's approach to showing her son real life in Portland—drugs, homelessness and all—is creating a kid who thinks critically about everything. Christa shared how her 12-year-old son can already see through political BS on both sides. School choice, government spending, entrepreneurship, parenting—this conversation covers it all. Christa's podcast Drunk Politics is cutting through the noise and exposing what our government is really doing with our money. She's been invited onto Newsmax multiple times talking about HOW conservatives can get involved in starting to take back their cities, especially the very liberal ones, as well as how she is raising her son with conservative values having pulled him out of the public school system to homeschool him while going on a cross country roadtrip before putting him in a small Christian private school.
In this episode, I break down the right ways to support someone who's going through tough times. Most people jump straight to giving advice or trying to fix things, which usually backfires. I share six specific strategies that will actually help someone feel supported rather than minimized or dismissed. From asking the simple question "How can I support you right now?" to avoiding those bullshit phrases like "everything happens for a reason," these tactics will preserve your energy while genuinely helping others. I also explain why validating someone's perspective is crucial and how practical actions like sending dinner can mean more than words. These methods aren't just about supporting others better—they're about building deeper connections that feel good for everyone involved.Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanSubscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLIN
I sat down with keynote speaker, elite athlete, and two-time Big 10 championship winning coach Brandon Burns for a conversation that went deeper than I expected. Brandon shared his journey from a small-town kid in Alabama to walking onto the University of Michigan gymnastics team, getting cut four times in five years, and then becoming a coach for the very team that cut him. We dove into what makes a great coach versus a great performer, and why some people are naturally better at zooming out to see the bigger picture while others excel at direct execution. Brandon opened up about growing up with financial stress, overcoming a victim mindset, and transforming childhood trauma into drive. His insights on authenticity in leadership and speaking hit hard – especially when he broke down how to connect with any audience by owning your full story. The wisdom Brandon dropped about taking those first steps toward change instead of waiting for divine intervention is something everyone needs to hear. I'm breaking down the only three rules of success in business today. Forget all those "10 commandments" or "5 steps" to success that other gurus pitch. Rule #1: Focus on quality, not price. When you deliver incredible quality, price becomes secondary in your customers' minds. People will figure out how to pay for something if the quality is worth it. Rule #2: Focus on revenue generation, not costs. So many business owners get this backward. While everyone else was cutting costs during the pandemic, I pushed forward with growth and acquisitions. Your job is to put more numbers on the board. Rule #3: Just do rules #1 and #2 consistently. It's that simple. When you focus on these fundamentals, your bank account grows, relationships flourish, and all the small stuff works itself out. The outcome is what matters - deliver that, and everything else falls into place.Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanSubscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLIN

In this episode, I dive into the critical elements of maintaining inner peace during relationship conflicts. I break down why being the first to make a move is so powerful, and how your ego is the only thing standing between you and resolution. These three elements create a formula for eliminating distance when you're in a standoff with someone you love. I challenge you to consider what's more important - your pride or your relationship? The pain of staying the same has to get worse than the pain of change. This is truth. This is fact. When you're looking at why you can't change or why you tolerate situations that hurt you, the answer is simple - it doesn't hurt enough yet. Most people see change as this massive painful thing without realizing the pain they're currently in is infinite while the pain of change is temporary. Your choice to stay where you're at right now is allowing the hurt to continue forever. The pain of change? That's just a blink in time. A month. A year. It ends. Then you're free. When you visualize staying in the exact same place years from now, feeling the exact same way, missing out on who you were called to be - that's the true travesty. Turn up the heat on your pain. What you do not hate, you will tolerate. Start hating where you're at right now and you'll finally cross that threshold where real change happens.Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanSubscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLIN

In this episode of ALL IN, I dive into a question I get asked all the time – what's the best age to give your kids a phone? I share my unconventional approach of giving all my kids their first iPhone at age 7 and the reasoning behind this decision. Initially, it was about safety and communication when they traveled alone to meet me on business trips, creating special one-on-one moments like visiting the Kennedy Space Center with my son or taking my daughter to see the dolphins at Clearwater Marine Aquarium. But the unexpected benefit has been the incredible memories captured from their perspective – videos and photos I never would have seen otherwise, giving me insight into their world. I address the judgment I've received from other parents and explain my philosophy of exposing kids to technology early in a controlled environment while maintaining important boundaries (like no devices at the dinner table and open-door policies for video calls with the opposite sex). Ultimately, this approach has helped my kids develop a healthy, mature relationship with technology that many adults still struggle with today.Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanSubscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLIN
I sat down with Monique Helstrom, a specialized recruiter and coach who focuses on the relationship between executives and their assistants. As Simon Sinek's former "Chief of Simon," Monique brings incredible insight into how high-performance individuals can build powerful partnerships with their EAs. We dive into the misconceptions about AI replacing EAs, why most executives don't know how to properly utilize their assistants, and the real role of an EA as the "builder" to the executive's "architect." Monique talks candidly about how ego often gets in the way of these relationships, the importance of vulnerability from both sides, and why an EA isn't just someone who manages your calendar but a strategic partner who can anticipate your needs and make your vision come true. If you're an executive struggling to find the right EA or an assistant looking to level up your game, this conversation is essential listening. We Meet: Monique Helstorm, On Point Inc. I picked up some pizzas the other day and left a tip on the carry-out order. The owner was surprised, wearing a Rolex, telling me I didn't need to tip. But I wanted to show appreciation for his team working hard on my food. This is something I do everywhere – donut shops, Crumbl Cookie, even on phone calls with customer service reps at Chase Bank. I challenge you to put yourself in the shoes of service workers because everyone is serving someone. When you're genuinely grateful and show it, your entire outlook shifts. Your life attracts good things. It blows my mind that some people get annoyed at the tip screen on tablets. Those people are missing something important in life. And here's a bonus for you – when you're the service provider, don't bribe clients before the deal with gifts. Get down to business first, earn their respect, then show gratitude after they've signed. Be gratuitous in everything you do and watch your life explode with positivity.
In this episode, I sit down with Tanner Kim and Sean Croker, two college seniors from the University of Tennessee who founded The League of Angels, a baseball program for kids with special needs. What started as a small weekend event for 30 people has exploded to serving nearly 900 individuals in just one year. These young entrepreneurs share how they balance college life, future career plans, and running a nonprofit while living on "the Lord's timing." Tanner reveals the moment in church when he felt called to start this organization despite having no prior connection to the special needs community, and Sean explains how a coffee meeting turned into a life-changing partnership. They share powerful stories about watching participants hit their first home runs and seeing volunteers' perspectives completely transformed. We also dig into the challenges of fundraising, the pressure young people face to have everything figured out, and how to move forward in faith while actively pursuing your calling. Through the years, I have had the privilege of traveling all around the country to play the game that has given back to me in so many ways. In high school, I was recruited to play for the University of Kentucky. After two seasons, I decided to part ways with the team and school due to unforeseen circumstances out of my control. I then returned home to Knoxville, TN, and decided to hang up my cleats and enrolled at the University of Tennessee as a full-time student. Shortly thereafter, I felt a strong calling to refocus my baseball talents and start a baseball foundation for individuals with special needs while attending my junior year...and this is where the "League of Angels" was born. I wanted to give back and share the game I love with people who may not have had the same opportunities I was blessed with. God has not only given me the gift of baseball, but also the passion, vision and drive to bring joy and hope to special needs families. I'm thrilled and honored to bring the joy of baseball to anyone who wants to join me on this amazing journey. About Sean Croker:I'm thrilled to be part of the League of Angels team! I enjoy being involved in our community and reminding our angels that they have a place in which they belong as well. I love meeting new people and creating valuable memories together.About the League of Angels:Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, the League of Angels is more than just playing the game of baseball...it's about changing lives through the love of the game. We believe that everyone deserves to experience the joy of playing baseball, regardless of their abilities. Our events provide a safe, inclusive environment where having fun is what it's all about.
In today's episode, I'm diving into something we all struggle with—over-explaining ourselves and managing other people's emotions. We've all been there, right? Trying to justify our decisions, explain ourselves to everyone, and constantly think we need to make sure people see us in a good light. But here's the truth—that's a drain. You don't need to explain every move, especially when you're doing it out of good intentions. Instead, learn to distinguish who deserves your energy, your explanations, and your answers. We've all heard it: “I need to be fully healed before I can love again.” Today, I'm busting this myth wide open. If you're waiting for perfection, you're letting life—and love—pass you by. Healing doesn't happen in isolation; it happens when you step into the light of healthy love, with someone who can challenge, support, and hold you accountable. In this episode, I'll share why staying stuck in “healing mode” might actually be harming you. I'll explain how the right person can create a safe space for growth, how accountability can break old triggers, and why waiting for “someday” is a trap.#RickJordan #Podcast #Isolation Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanUniversal Rate & Review: https://lovethepodcast.com/allinwithrickjordanSubscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLIN
In this powerful episode of ALL IN, I sat down with Larry Yatch, a former Navy SEAL officer turned business leadership expert, to dive deep into the psychology of true leadership. Larry shares his raw journey from executing 200+ successful SEAL missions to facing unexpected failures in the business world, revealing how these experiences shaped his understanding of authentic leadership. We explore the fascinating parallel between four elite performers - Special Operations officers, entrepreneurs, surgeons, and professional athletes - and how their "brokenness" becomes both their superpower and their kryptonite. Larry breaks down the critical distinction between ego and confidence, revealing how vulnerability becomes a leader's greatest strength. This conversation goes beyond typical leadership advice, offering profound insights into presence, self-awareness, and the path to genuine fulfillment in leadership roles.#RickJordan #Podcast #Breakthrough We Meet: Larry Yatch, CEO of Sealteam LeadersConnect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanConnect with Larry: https://www.sealteamleaders.com/Universal Rate & Review: https://lovethepodcast.com/allinwithrickjordanSubscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLINAbout Larry: I help experienced entrepreneurs massively shift their leadership to drive superhuman results with their teams. No matter what you do, you are a part of a team - in life, in relationships, and in business. Your ability to coordinate action and results with others is what allows you to be effective or not in every aspect of your life. The Navy SEAL teams are considered one of the highest-performing teams in the world. They lead themselves and others in the most extreme environments on what many would term “impossible missions,” yet they do this with a sense of calm and ease. What would be possible for you if your team completed projects faster with less input from you? What would it be like to have a team that starts on the same page for every project, in perfect alignment with each other? What would it feel like to have your leaders instilling purpose and passion into the team at every turn?
Today we're diving into one of the simplest yet most overlooked skills that can transform your life—communicating with purpose. Whether it's in business, dating, or any relationship, the way you approach conversations determines your outcomes. In this episode, I break down why phrases like “just checking in” or “touching base” are sabotaging your confidence and wasting your time. Instead, I'll show you how to craft messages that assert your purpose, create urgency, and leave no room for misinterpretation. Trust me, when you learn to speak and act with intent, you'll close more deals, strengthen your relationships, and step into every interaction with confidence.#RickJordan #Podcast #CommunicationConnect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanUniversal Rate & Review: https://lovethepodcast.com/allinwithrickjordanSubscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLIN
