C'est la mission que s'est fixée la startup française MindflowInterview : Evan Bourgouin, Directeur des opérations de MindflowL'hyper-automatisation agentique, concrètement, qu'est-ce que cela change pour les entreprises ?Nous automatisons les tâches répétitives dès qu'un humain, un ordinateur et un processus entrent en jeu. Beaucoup d'organisations utilisent déjà des services comme AWS, Microsoft Azure ou encore Salesforce et SAP, mais ces systèmes restent souvent isolés.Chez Mindflow, notre obsession, c'est l'intégration : connecter chaque service, chaque opération, au niveau le plus granulaire.Sur cette base, nous automatisons des processus dans la cybersécurité, l'IT ou les ressources humaines — par exemple l'onboarding d'un collaborateur, la création d'accès, de rôles, de comptes sur des outils comme Jira ou un CRM. Ce sont des tâches indispensables, mais pas celles où la valeur humaine est la plus forte.Quel est l'impact sur la cybersécurité et la charge des équipes ?Dans la cybersécurité, recevoir 100 alertes par jour sur un SIEM comme Splunk ou Microsoft Sentinel est devenu courant. Avec une équipe restreinte, une partie finit forcément par ne pas être traitée.Nous automatisons donc une part de ces réponses, tout en gardant l'humain dans la boucle.Cela change radicalement le quotidien : c'est un secteur où l'épuisement professionnel est très élevé. Les jeunes analystes arrivent et se font submerger par les tâches répétitives. En retirant cette charge, on leur permet de se concentrer sur l'analyse et la résolution de nouvelles menaces.Les utilisateurs vont du C-level jusqu'à l'alternant : chacun retrouve une capacité à créer, à améliorer son travail, en s'appuyant sur la plateforme.Automatisation ou agentique : comment expliquer la différence ?L'automatisation est déterministe : même input → même output.L'agentique, elle, adapte son comportement en fonction du contexte — par exemple une alerte différente sur ServiceNow ou une anomalie détectée dans un ERP. Mais on n'a pas besoin d'IA partout : certaines entreprises ne souhaitent pas envoyer leurs données dans des modèles d'IA pour des raisons de confidentialité.La vraie différence, c'est que nous avons résolu le problème de l'intégration, ce qui fait de Mindflow « l'IA du dernier kilomètre ». Une fois qu'on sait se connecter à AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Jira, un ERP ou un data lake, l'agent peut vraiment agir. Sans intégration, rien n'est possible.Comment une entreprise démarre-t-elle un projet d'automatisation ?Tout commence par une volonté interne et une culture favorable. Avec nos clients — souvent de grands groupes comme LVMH, Hermès, Thales ou Auchan — nous réalisons un état des lieux : où sont les goulots d'étranglement, quelles équipes sont surchargées, quels profils veulent devenir "builders".Une fois l'intégration réalisée, tout s'accélère. Trevor Steven, the player who scored the goal that produced arguably the loudest roar in the Grand Old Lady's history, is Chris Beesley's latest guest on Goodison Park: My Home. Steven netted the goal that clinched Everton's place in the 1985 European Cup-Winners' Cup final when he sealed the 3-1 win over Bayern Munich in what is widely regarded as Goodison Park's greatest-ever night. Born in Berwick-upon-Tweed, Steven recalls his early football memories, growing up close to England's border with Scotland, before getting his big break in the professional ranks at Burnley, where he played alongside a previous Goodison Park: My Home guest Martin Dobson. Having been snapped up by fellow North Easterner Howard Kendall for £300,000 in 1983, Steven's first season on Merseyside finished with him delivering the cross for Andy Gray's goal to clinch the 2-0 victory over Watford in the FA Cup final. The following season, the midfielder was part of Everton's most-successful side with a memorable goal at Tottenham Hotspur in the title run-in as well as scoring both in the semi-final second leg and final in Europe. Steven then went on to become top scorer in a second Blues' League Championship-winning side in 1987 before departing Goodison after the 1989 FA Cup final. Now 61, Steven, who in 1991 commanded the joint-highest fee for a British player at the time when he moved from Rangers to Marseille for £5.5million, also delivers an important message about how through his work with charity Mindflow, he is trying to use football to help improve mental health in the construction industry. We all start off with these wild dreams as kids — dreams of who we want to become, what we want to create, and what we want to achieve….. and some of us keep having those dreams. But for most of us, something happens and we end up not taking the path of fulfilling our dreams. Something gets in the way and instead we end up taking a very traditional path: get a degree, get a job, then keep climbing the career ladder. The traditional path makes sense because of Culture — e.g. “my mom will kill me if I don't go to college” Society — e.g. “You're working on something and it's not doing anything?” Security — You need money to pay the bills For some people, the traditional path works and they love it. But for others, they go down the traditional path and they're left wishing they went down another path. Enter Farza Majeed, my guest today, and his company, Buildspace. Farza created Buildspace to give an alternate path to the dreamers. They are building the Hogwarts for builders and dreamers. In other words, Buildspace is a school for people that don't want to just “get a job”. Buildspace is a place where you can figure out what you're passionate about, create something you love working on, and then learn how to turn that creation into a financially sustainable path you can pursue full-time. The end goal? people working full-time on their creations sustainably — that means teaching you to figure out how to make money, raise money, get government grants, whatever needed. The basic way Buildspace works is that they have a collection of “Builds”, which is a sort of guided course / project within a specific domain, such as Web 3 or AI. For example, they have a build on how to use GPT-3 and build a simple website that uses GPT-3. Buildspace was started in 2019 and they have pivoted 10 times. Now they've become extremely prolific — over 125,000 people have built something using Buildpsace, 1000s have attended IRL events, and some have started multi-million $ agencies, found co-founders, and even gotten funded for their own startups. What if we created a world where we use our own data to augment our thinking, extend our memory, to automate our chores, and to track and improve important things in our lives? This is the vision of what a utopian future of responsible data usage looks like from the perspective of Michael Jelly, today's guest. This vision is in stark contrast to the way the world works today, where data about us is predominantly used to manipulate our behavior for the benefit of third-parties. This utopia is the premise on which Michael's company, Magicflow, is centered on. Magicflow is a productivity tracker that helps you focus, get into deep flow work sessions, and identify the things that are obstructing your flow. Today, Magicflow is a productivity app but Michael has a much broader vision of how data can be used to enable us to live healthier, more productive, and fulfilling lives. Apart from being a brilliant founder, Michael is an incredibly curious and deep thinker, which is why this conversation naturally ran on to be close to 2 hours long. “If you design your life to where you love it, you never need to escape it” — This is the core life philosophy of Alex Schachne, today's guest. Alex is a former college basketball players and a 2nd time founder. But Alex didn't always have a clear idea of what path he wanted to take in his life. So Alex went on a quest to interview incredibly successful people and hearing each person's life & career story gave him a chance to see which paths truly resonated with him. These conversations changed what Alex thought was possible for his future. Alex now claims that his life's “path is” to help people find theirs — to inspire people to do the things that inspire them. This led Alex to build Paths — a social network for students to explore life & career paths, and get advice or mentorship through short audio clips. Alex is a solo founder and is currently a one man army, where he has built and done everything on his own. He's still early in his journey as a founder, hasn't raised a huge sum of money, and is still figuring out a lot of things, just like many of us.

“I'm more worried about other startups than AWS or Google” — Eric Jung After testing over 12 ideas and founding 3 companies, Eric Jung is currently focused on building Unreal Speech, a Text-to-Speech software service that he claims is better and 8x cheaper than AWS. The text-to speech uses an ultra realistic AI narrator that is trained to sound audiobook-esque. The software can for example read any piece of text in the voice of Jordan Peterson or Gary Vee. Eric is a South Korean founder living in San Francisco, and he became inspired to work on tools to help people consume information after learning to speak English by watching YouTube videos in English with closed captions in Korean. Eric recently launched on Product Hunt, earning the #3 spot for the day and also raised $300K from the founders of Readwise, Shaan Puri, and Furqan Rydham.
