Hello Colorado Rapids fans! How about that win in the Rocky Mountain Cup?! Holding The High is back with good vibes. We banter about Oliver Larraz maybe getting a nickname and the USWNT winning the Concacaf W Gold Cup. The Great Horan was great. Then we break down that win over Real Salt Lake. We discuss the bad start, Jasper Löffelsend subbing on for an injured Connor Ronan, Cole Bassett and Rafael Navarro scoring, and the defense seeing out a result let by Moïse Bombito. Zack Steffen is making big saves. Oli Larraz is making progress but still has room to grow. What about Djordje Mihailović and Omir Fernandez? Also did the Rapids poop-house RSL and in doing so give them a taste of their own medicine? We discuss all this and more. During the show, news breaks that Ralph Priso might be on his way to Vancouver Whitecaps. We analyze Priso's disappointing time in Burgundy and what this trade would mean. Then we preview Seattle Sounders on Saturday. It's an afternoon kickoff with Rave Green well rested. We talk Pedro de la Vega, intensity, Jordan Morris, and the Roldan brothers on the same flank. Lastly, we take your questions. Are we more or less optimistic on the season than we were three weeks ago? Where does Bombi rank on all time draft picks? Can the Rapids renegotiate the purchase option on Navarro? You've got questions, we've got answers. Also, here's Red's sicko article on every player who's played for RSL and Colorado.
Much colder conditions arrive behind cold front for the Eastern half ofthe nation.Impressive winter storm will hammer the Cascades to the Sierra withblizzard conditions to end the week.A reality check is in progress across the eastern half of the countryafter the record-breaking warmth that was observed on Tuesday across a bigportion of the Plains and Midwest states. The strong cold front that isheralding this change to much colder conditions will be exiting the EastCoast Wednesday evening, with a corridor of showers and some thunderstormsextending from the coastal Southeast U.S. to New England, followed by anabrupt drop in temperatures and windy conditions overnight into earlyThursday. Wind advisories and high wind warnings are currently in effectfor much of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region through early Thursday.March will be coming in like a lion for the West Coast states. Anextremely potent winter storm will be making all kinds of weatherheadlines for the higher terrain of Washington, Oregon, and California, particularly for the Sierra going into Friday and Saturday. A prolongedperiod of upslope flow, combined with abundant moisture from the Pacificand lowering snow levels, will result in a multi-day heavy snowfall eventwith blizzard conditions as winds gust well over 50 mph. The potentialexists for snowfall totals on the order of 5-10 feet by Saturday eveningfor the higher elevations of the Sierra! This will result in a travelnightmare for the mountain passes that are affected, and will likelyresult in numerous road closures. There will also be moderate to heavysnow for the higher terrain of the Northern Rockies, but not to the samemagnitude as the Sierra and Cascades. Heavy rain is expected for thecoastal areas between San Francisco and the Olympic Peninsula ofWashington where a few inches are likely over the next 3 days. Elsewhere across the continental U.S., moisture will be on the increasenorth of a surface low across the northern Gulf on Friday, and a swath ofmoderate to locally heavy rain is expected from southern Louisiana tonorthern Georgia, with some locations possibly getting over an inch ofrainfall. Showers are also expected from southeast Arizona to westernTexas Wednesday night, and higher elevation snow showers, with the coldfront dropping south and an upper level shortwave passing through theregion. Dry conditions are forecast for the central/northern Plains intothe Midwest states with high pressure governing the overall weatherpattern.

In this business we have a term for a hike in to a location for a hunting trip. Generally they are 2-3 days into an elk hunt that is not going as well as we hoped and we want to get into more elk or something of that nature. I have a had a few of them on Turkey hunts too. When you take off with camera rig and a heavy pack in a general direction with an unknown destination for an unknown amount of time, those normally qualify as a death march. Ryer and Joe just got back from the Death March of all Death Marches. British Columbia Canada is a different animal and when you are there for Moutain goat, key word being "Moutain" its going to have several elements of suck involved. Ryer in particular found the suck. I told Ryer before he left this was either going to be the best trip he has ever been on or the worst. Special thanks to Bergara Rifles for letting us tag along on such an epic adventure. Jenn and her group ran into a mountain lion that was trapped in the canyon. It was blocking them form their last rappel. They went back up canyon and above the cat to try to get him to go back out of the narrows section he was in. it jumped 90 ft... They were then able to finish the last rappel and hike out of the canyon. The hope is that the Mountain lion was also able to hike out now that he was also on the canyon floor. If anyone knows if he is still alive, please let me know. To reach out to Jenn: Jenn. This episode is pretty cool, BECAUSE I've been hearing SO many amazing things about this "LAROSE FOREST" place to Moutain & FAT Biking. I was about to speak with Emmanuelle and JS about how they created the MANA Retreat centre for couples, teenagers & corporate events. I finally got to MTN bike there and it is everything they say it is and more! It's a place you MUST explore!
Mike and Corey share their foundation for human performance beginning with the highest oxygen transfer possible. Oxygen powers every muscle, cell, and vital organ in the body. Simply put we can potentially raise an athlete's performance by as much as 20% with our closed balanced system.
Upon this moutain! In 2015 Fr. Steve hiked the Camino de Santiago and climbed O Cebreiro Mountain along the way where there was a Eucharistic Mircale in the 14th Century. What happens at the bottom of the Moutain is even more telling! Where is our Moutain? And what happens at the bottom of it?

The 90's most Xtreme dude finds himself on an erupting ski slope. We're gonna shred some gnar over that volcano right? Well....no. What we've got here is another Zombeavers. You want to talk about a great premise and setup for a fun disaster film that you won't ever forget? This is it. Dan Cortese in the late 90's on the slopes. A volcano surrounded by snow ready to blow. A deadbeat dad that doesn't care if his son is dead. A character named Stan in a volcano movie!!! Yet, Dan doesn't shred the slopes and jump over the volcano. The volcano and snow face off is vague and stupid. When the deadbeat dad gets his justs deserts its unclear if he even dies. And Stan does NOT ever chuck a man. Booooo.... Seriously this could have been as successful as Sharknado (and its 5 sequels) 16 years ahead had they just got away from the Meredith Baxter Burney formula of made-for-tv movies. I guess ABC wasn't willing to put any mustard behind their content back in '97. Why take a chance with your movie destined to be completely forgotten? Yeah you can skip Volcano: Fire on the Mountain.
