We discuss foods that maintain and build health. These are fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, healthy fats, sweeteners, and supplements. We will discuss how these foods support each other in the building of a healthy diet with an eye to proper food combinations. We also vary the foods, thus avoiding appetite exhaustion. We will also discuss juicing, since many people are not able to tolerate raw vegetables in any quantity. Juicing is a wonderful means of obtaining concentrated nutrition from more vegetables than we can eat at one sitting if we were to consume the vegetables whole. Other nutrients, such as salt, Dulce, seasoning herbs, and vitamin/mineral supplements are also discussed as part of the nutritional whole.

The term “healthy” is often applied haphazardly when it comes to food. While so-called healthy ingredients are increasingly becoming the norm in the food and beverage industry, it can be hard for consumers to determine what is truly fresh, quality food that nourishes the body.In this episode of Health Mix, host and brand consultant Yareli Quintana chats with Sylvie Charles, M.D., the founder and CEO of Just Date Syrup. Just Date Syrup is a nutritional, natural sugar alternative extracted from organic California Medjool dates. Featuring a low glycemic index, these dates are filled with antioxidants, potassium, magnesium, and a number of other vitamins and minerals.“After doing some exploration, I realized that date syrup has been around for thousands of years,” says Charles. Growing up in a “food-centric” Indian household, dates were absolutely essential as a sweetener for meals. The ingredient, however, “just hadn’t made its way into American pantries.”Just Date Syrup ultimately aims to help consumers be more conscious of and care about the food they put into their bodies every day. Using alternatives like date syrup and cutting back on sugar in general can help prevent a number of diet-related illnesses, including diabetes. However, Charles is quick to remind consumers that regardless of its nutritional density, date syrup—like all other sugar alternatives—is still a sugar. “You should in no way be consuming an excessive amount.” For decades, notes Charles, “companies were actually funding scientists to hide research that sugar was behind a lot of our diet-related illness, and not fat.”Check out the podcast above to learn more about the benefits of date syrup, the importance of nutritional education, and some great recipe possibilities with this unique ingredient.

For the first time, they reveal an increase in glucose consumption in particular the brain, evidence of adverse effects vis-à-vis metabolism and sensitivity to insulin. © iStock Under the name “sweeteners” are grouped various substances that serve to give a sweet flavor to foods or as table top sweeteners. Containing very little or no calories, these are used in the food industry as an alternative to sugars for the manufacture of products known as “light” or “no sugar”. If the best known is aspartame, with a sweetening power 200 times higher than sugar, it is less and less used for the benefit of other substance such as the acesulfame potassium-sucralose mixture that is found in nearly 90% light drinks.Although put forward for their capacity to reduce the caloric intake, researchers of INRA started from the observation that the data on their metabolic effects are insufficient. Especially since these substances are suspected of decreasing insulin sensitivity, which ultimately promotes type 2 diabetes. They therefore wanted to test in animals the metabolic effects of the acesulfame K-sucralose mixture. Using a process called quantitative nuclear imaging, they were able to analyze glucose uptake and insulin sensitivity in distinct organs.A direct impact on certain organsIn fact, each organ, be it muscle, liver, intestine or brain, contributes to the insulin sensitivity of the body according to two parameters: its avidity for glucose and its mass weight. This is why it is possible not to observe a metabolic effect at the level of the whole organism whereas deep modifications occur at the level of the organs in an individual way. Scientists administered mini-pigs for three months with a mixture of acesulfame K and sucralose at the same dose as half a liter of light drink in humans. At the end of this treatment, the analyzes revealed that the glucose consumption and insulin sensitivity of the body was not changed. But the glucose consumption of the brain, liver, part of the digestive tract and visceral fat is almost doubled. Researchers note that “at the level of the brain, moreover, the metabolic links between the frontal part of the cortex and deeper structures are increased, a phenomenon also observed in obese people, prediabetic type II. “. Either a condition that is characterized by a higher blood glucose than normal.Suspicions in case of too regular consumptionThe researchers therefore believe that the long-term consumption of a mixture of sweeteners at a dose equivalent to that absorbed daily by some people can lead to undesirable changes in glucose metabolism. And this particularly at the cerebral level. “Without being able to explain why at this stage, the observed phenomena are the same as those that occur during weight gain in the obese. “, They stress before concluding on the need to conduct further studies to assess the benefit / risk of consumption of these additives.Note that studies have already looked at this famous scale. In 2011, after the publication of studies on possible health effects linked in particular to the consumption of aspartame , ANSES seized the question of their nutritional benefits and risks. In its 2015 report, it concluded that nutritional benefits are not supported by studies to show that the consumption of sweeteners as a substitute for sugars is relevant to weight control and blood glucose levels in the subject. diabetes or the incidence of type 2 diabetes. With regard to nutritional risks, the agency considered that it is not possible to establish a link between the occurrence of type 2 diabetes and cancers and the consumption of sweeteners. But according to her, the data do not completely eliminate certain risks in case of “regular and prolonged” consumption. It therefore considers that ‘scientific evidence does not support the systematic substitution of sugars by intense sweeteners and that the objective of reducing sugar intakes must be achieved by reducing the overall sweetness of the diet. In fact, sweetened and sweetened beverages should not substitute for water consumption.Read alsoSugar: no benefit to prefer sweetenersSoda light: Sweeteners would be toxic to the microbiotaFood: sweeteners could also lead to obesity and diabetesAuthor: Alexandra Bresson For information regarding your data privacy, visit Acast.com/privacy See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

It is not about banning vaccines, but protecting the freedoms of those who object to all vaccines or certain vaccines. Making our own FREE choices as to how we care for our bodies and that of our children under the protection of the American Constitution which is being violated based on corrupt, fake science in the CDC, FDA, Mainstream Media, and the Pharmaceutical Industry and backed by politicians corrupted by Big Pharma Lobbyist. Many states are passing laws for forced vaccines on not only children, but adults as well without “informed-consent,” abolishing health issues and religious exemptions. For those who refuse blood transfusions and refuse vaccines due to ingredients of blood plasmas, those that are against abortion and refuse vaccines due to aborted fetal cells and tissue incorporated in many vaccines should be applaud to go against their Biblically supported conscience. In this video with testimonies from former employee of the CDC, other proof is introduced in exposing the corrupt system lies of the Pharmaceutical Industry. YOU should be very concerned for the health of yourself, your children, grandchildren, and as a majority [not all] nurse and physicians who are accomplices or ignorant in this deadly scheme of corruption and tyranny. The Chair of the U.S. House Intelligence Committeehas pressured Facebook to block conversations about vaccination and Amazon to censor books and videos containing information about vaccine risks and failures. This censorship is also happening with YouTube, Google and Google search engines, and Pinterest. With the Pharmaceutical Industry exempted by the Federal Government from being sued from vaccine or drug injuries, the government National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program: has paid out billions of dollars to those adults and children injured by vaccines. [https://www.hrsa.gov/vaccine-compensation/index.html] Very few people know about this program existing. They do not advertise its existence. Of course the funding is being paid by the taxpayers and not the Pharmaceutical Industry.Tom Armstrong Censorship Is the Last Tool of Tyrants – Dr. Mercolahttps://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2019/05/28/vaccine-censorship.aspx?utm_source=dnl&utm_medium=email&utm_content=art1&utm_campaign=20190528Z1&et_cid=DM290835&et_rid=625977365 https://www.noticiasaominuto.com/lifestyle/1258645/nove-alimentos-que-provavelmente-tem-na-cozinha-e-agravam-depressaoNote that aspartame works as a blocker of the production of serotonin.
