L'actual batle de Ciutadella i convidat de l'espai Entremúsiques d'aquesta setmana amb Antoni Salvador,  va nèixer a Ciutadella el 2 de desembre de 1966.Ha realitzat estudis d'educació general bàsica, així com estudis mitjans i superiors d'Administració i Finances. Domina perfectament tant l'idioma català com el castellà, i té nocions bàsiques d'anglès. Ha treballat sempre en el sector financer. Tant a caixes d'estalvi com a bancs, i hi ha desenvolupat funcions directives d'oficina, principalment. També ha realitzat diverses tasques com a formador en aquestes empreses.Persona compromesa en l'àmbit social, on ha col·laborat en diversos ens com l'Església, les associacions de pares i mares, el sindicalisme i els clubs esportius.Aficionat a l'escriptura i la lectura. Li agraden, també, la música i el cinema, així com els esports (principalment el bàsquet i el futbol), i viatjar.En aquest programa ens explica detalls de la seva vida a través de les cançons que ha escollit, que són unes quantes.

El último peldaño (31/10/2025) EXTRAÑAS LUCES SOBRE EL ATLÁNTICO La semana pasada entrevistamos a Joaquín Ferrer, miembro de la tripulación de un avión que se dirigía al aeropuerto de Alicante observó unas luces que no aparecían en el radar, ni del propio avión ni de otras compañías con las que estaban en contacto. Tras la emisión del programa empezaron a llegarnos mas noticias sobre esas extrañas luces, incluso de pilotos que llevaban tiempo visualizándolas sin darle una explicación. En este programa hablamos con el Comandante de aviación Francisco Contreras, piloto que ha visto las luces en algunos de sus vuelos y vimos imágenes de las mismas grabadas de Córdoba y Zaragoza, enviadas por Francisco Cobos. Linares celebra este fin de semana los actos centrales por su 150º aniversario como ciudad. Esta efeméride para Linares es mucho más que la celebración de un título. Es un motivo de exaltación de una identidad que hunde sus raíces en un pasado y una herencia cultural muy ricos. Susana Ferrer, concejala de Cultura y Festejos, afirma que “los linarenses somos fuertes y, ante la adversidad nos hacemos más grandes”, recordando el carácter marcado por el pasado minero.La alcaldesa, Auxi del Olmo, intervino en la entrevista a través de una llamada telefónica, destacando el impulso del Parque Científico-Tecnológico de Santana, que vuelve a generar empleo y atraer inversión internacional. “Linares funciona y ha vuelto para quedarse. Recuperar Santana es un orgullo”, señala. La ciudad ya supera los 57.000 habitantes. “Los linarenses tienen una fortaleza que nos define”, concluye la alcaldesa. El último peldaño (24/10/2025) EXTRAÑO AVISTAMIENTO EN VUELO En la noche del pasado sábado 18 de octubre, la tripulación de un avión que se dirigía al aeropuerto de Alicante observó unas luces que no aparecían en el radar, ni del propio avión ni de otras compañías con las que estaban en contacto. Eran unas luces de distintas intensidades que se movían describiendo una forma triangular y ganaban y perdían altura a grandísima velocidad. Se situaban muy lejos de la ruta de la aeronave, pero eran perfectamente visibles sobre el atlántico en la zona de Portugal más allá de Oporto. Hablamos con Joaquín Ferrer, tripulante de cabina que estaba de servicio en dicho vuelo para que nos informe de este caso y ofrecemos el video que se pudo grabar donde se observan las citadas luces extrañas. (Día del Estreno del Himno Nacional de Cuba) (Himno cantado por Carlos Rey en audio y en video) Si bien fue el 13 de agosto de 1867 que Francisco Vicente Aguilera y Francisco Maceo Osorio, reunidos clandestinamente en Bayamo para preparar un levantamiento armado en pro de la independencia del imperio español, le pidieron a Pedro Felipe Perucho Figueredo Cisneros que compusiera un himno que «fuese como La Marsellesa de los revolucionarios cubanos», no fue sino hasta el 20 de octubre de 1868 que se estrenó. Al lado del Padre de la Patria Carlos Manuel de Céspedes en el marco de la toma de Bayamo —que fue la primera victoria del Ejército Libertador— Perucho, sentado en la montura de su caballo, al escuchar entonar su marcha instrumentada por el maestro Manuel Muñoz Cedeño, escribió la letra del Himno de Bayamo, que el pueblo cantó jubiloso al pasar de mano en mano la hoja escrita. El 12 de agosto de 1870, el Mayor General Perucho Figueredo murió fusilado en Santiago de Cuba, cantando La Bayamesa, el Himno Nacional Cubano, con la frente erguida. Tras meses de torturas, amenazas a su familia e incluso intentos de asesinato, el régimen cubano desterró a Estados Unidos a una de las principales figuras de la oposición, José Daniel Ferrer, tras una solicitud formal de Washington. En esta entrevista, su hermana Ana Belkis Ferrer y Javier Larrondo, presidente de la ONG Prisoners Defenders, relatan los detalles de su salida y el papel que podría asumir desde el exilio. "El destierro de José Daniel Ferrer no lo sabía absolutamente nadie. De hecho, tanto la familia como nosotros, sus amigos, nos enteramos cuando él toma la decisión. A todos nos ha sorprendido por igual, como ha sorprendido a todo el cuerpo diplomático de todos los países. Nadie estaba al corriente de esto hasta que José Daniel decide hacerlo", dijo Javier Larrondo a RFI. Ana Belkis Ferrer, hermana del disidente, destaca la postura de José Daniel durante todo el proceso: "La dictadura estuvo muy enfrascada en lograr intermediarios para un determinado diálogo que ellos querían promover. Estuvieron presionando a José Daniel para que intercediera ante la representación de la Iglesia católica en Cuba y también ante la Embajada de Estados Unidos en la Isla, con el fin de que ambos coordinaran un diálogo entre la dictadura y la administración actual de Estados Unidos. We also discuss how insights from psychology and neuroscience enrich economics by highlighting the importance of process data such as response times.   Carlos Alós-Ferrer is Chair Professor of Economics at Lancaster University (UK). His research spans economics, psychology, and neuroscience, with a focus on decision-making processes and the interdisciplinary field of psycho-economics. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Economic Psychology and also writes the blog Decisions and the Brain on Psychology Today.
