    Ivy Insights

The Light Up The Couch podcast is an incredible resource for clinicians in the mental health field. This podcast offers a wide range of topics that are relevant and timely, with top-notch presenters providing valuable insights. As an LPC with two young children, I appreciate being able to listen to these episodes while walking my dog or doing household chores. It's a convenient way to earn CEs for licensing renewal.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is the quality of the content and the expertise of the guests. The interviews are conducted by a skilled host who asks insightful questions that resonate with clinicians. The topics covered are diverse and thought-provoking, offering valuable knowledge and skills that can be immediately applied in practice. Additionally, the fact that some of the courses are available for free is a major bonus.

However, one drawback of this podcast is that it only provides 1 CEU per course. While it's understandable from a logistical standpoint, it would be beneficial to offer more credits for each episode. Nonetheless, the value gained from listening to these episodes far outweighs this minor drawback.

In conclusion, The Light Up The Couch podcast is an excellent resource for mental health professionals seeking continuing education opportunities. The convenience of being able to listen to expert interviews while going about daily activities is unmatched. The topics covered are relevant and engaging, making this podcast a must-listen for any clinician looking to enhance their practice and stay up-to-date with current trends in the field. I highly recommend this podcast to all mental health professionals seeking high-quality educational content.
