Hi, I'm the founder of Fit2B Studio, and I became interested in fitness at age 16 when I showed up in a dress to my step aerobics high school PE class. Wow, ! I had no idea what to expect, but I was instantly hooked on moving to music and how it made my body feel! Even as a child, I was interested in bodies and how they adapt during pregnancy and birth. My mission here on Fit2B is changing lives one tummy at a time and making movement meaningful for women who want to be stronger contributors to their families, communities, and world!Qualifications & Coursework: Click HERE to see my full curriculum vitae (CV)What happened after that first step class I took? Well, at just 18 years of age, I certified as a group fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and headed off to college at Oregon State University, graduating with honors with my bachelor of science in Exercise and Sport Science & Pre Physical Therapy in 2001.I used my group fitness certification to pay my way through school, teaching up to 14 classes per week! I remember studying at the club on a recumbent bike in between classes! My knees and linea alba would pay the price of all that overexercising later…I maintained my AFAA certification for 16 years with a wide variety of courses and workshops. I now maintain a certification through Yoga Alliance which requires that I complete at least 30 hours of continuing education every 3 years. In 2019 alone, I completed 53 hours of training.https://fit2b.us/https://www.instagram.com/fit2bstudio/https://www.facebook.com/fit2b.us/*******************I recommend checking out my comprehensive pelvic health education and fitness programs on my Buff Muff AppYou can also join my next 28 Day Buff Muff Challenge https://www.vaginacoach.com/buffmuffIf you are feeling social you can connect with me… On Facebook https://www.facebook.com/VagCoachOn Instagram https://www.instagram.com/vaginacoach/On Twitter https://twitter.com/VaginaCoachOn The Web www.vaginacoach.com

This group fitness gym offers 4 fitness floors including a barre, cycle and functional training studio with over 50 classes taught per week by 15 certified fitness Instructors. Ashanti herself battled weight gain throughout her teens and 20s and noticed a key pattern that her weight gain was a side effect of her stress level & emotionality. Once she began to acknowledge her inner turmoil, connecting her mind to her body and building her spiritual connection, the weight fell off with little effort. She got certified in 2005 in Group Fitness and Personal Training through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as well as Senior Fitness, Pound and over the years began to teach everything from kickboxing to meditation. She realized through her own story getting fit has as much to do with diet and exercise as self-love and "mental fitness." She began 360 doing mental fitness workshops in addition to fitness classes and meal plans and the results lead to over 25,000 pounds lost in the past 8 years.
