demon in Abrahamic religions

Friday, 15 August 2025 But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you. Matthew 12:28 “And if in God's Spirit I, I eject the demons, then it preceded upon you, the ‘God's kingdom'” (CG). In the previous verse, Jesus trapped the Pharisees with a question concerning the casting out of demons by their sons, meaning their disciples. With that complete, He now states a proposition to be accepted or rejected by the hearer, beginning with an emphatic statement, “And if in God's Spirit I, I eject the demons.” Jesus has just clearly demonstrated that He cannot be ejecting demons by Beelzebul, something the Pharisees would have to grant based on His logic. Understanding that it is not by Beelzebul, then it must be from another source. In fact, it can only be from one source. And so He says, “then it preceded upon you, the ‘God's kingdom.'” Here is a new word, phthanó (ff-than-oh), to precede, as in arriving ahead of time. Because of this, it is an arrival “before something which indicates priority in importance or sequence” (HELPS Word Studies). The use of this word by Jesus indicates that He had already been on the scene, performing healings and miracles while preaching the gospel, but the people didn't realize that He was who He, in fact, turned out to be. One might paraphrase the thought, “Jesus walked among us, and before we knew it, He had revealed Himself to be the Messiah.” The sense of the word can be seen from Paul's description of the rapture in 1 Thessalonians 4:15 – “For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede (phthanó) those who are asleep.” Jesus cast out demons. He was accused of having derived His authority from Beelzebub. He demonstrated that such could not be the case. Therefore, what He had accomplished was evidence that what He did was from God, and thus God's kingdom had already come upon them. As usual, the spiritual leaders of Israel missed the boat in understanding the significance of the events around them. Today, two thousand years later, they sit in synagogues and miss the fact that God's kingdom has come, rejecting Jesus, and thus rejecting their only hope of salvation. Life application: It is common in evangelical Christian circles for people to give Jews a pass on not accepting Jesus, as if they are ok without Him. This comes in varying degrees. The most extreme case of this heresy is that of dual covenantalism, something preached by John Hagee. It is also the set doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church. Even if it is not openly taught, it is in their doctrinal writings. Others may not openly understand or accept this doctrine, but they still hold to it in their thinking, trying to rationalize away why Jews are ok with God because they are “God's people,” even while understanding that Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, etc., are condemned without Jesus. This attitude stems from a failure to understand who “God's people” are at a given time. Hosea prophesied of a time when His people would no longer be His people, but those who were not His people would be His people. Paul explains this in Romans 9-11. While the Jews are out of God's favor, they are “God's people” only in anticipation of restoration. However, they are not His people for salvation. Rather, that belongs to those -Jews and Gentiles – who have received Jesus. They are a part of the church. That day will end at the rapture, and a simple question clears up the heretical notion that the Jews today are “God's people.” Will the Jews who don't believe in Jesus be taken at the rapture? The answer is obvious, “No.” Rather, they as a collective group will go through the tribulation. This proves that they are not now “God's people” except in anticipation of restoration. The Christian community would do far better by evangelizing Jews than by proclaiming that they are God's people, thus bolstering the idea in their minds (meaning the Jews) that they think Christians believe they are right with God. Without Jesus, there is no salvation. Remember the basic equation – In proper theology, one plus one will always equal two. “‘I know that you are Abraham's descendants, but you seek to kill Me, because My word has no place in you. 38 I speak what I have seen with My Father, and you do what you have seen with your father.' 39 They answered and said to Him, ‘Abraham is our father.' Jesus said to them, ‘If you were Abraham's children, you would do the works of Abraham. 40 But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told you the truth which I heard from God. Abraham did not do this. 41 You do the deeds of your father.'” John 8:37-41 Being a descendant (physically descended from) Abraham does not mean one is a child of Abraham from a spiritual perspective. Rather – “Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?— 6 just as Abraham ‘believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.' 7 Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham. 8 And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, ‘In you all the nations shall be blessed.' 9 So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.” Galatians 3:5-9 Glorious God, help to get our thinking right in relation to what You are doing in redemptive history. Too many reject Israel because of their misdeeds, as if they no longer have the promises of the prophets. But too many fail to acknowledge that without Jesus, the Jews stand condemned. Help us to have clarity of thought, and to pray for and evangelize to this beloved, set-aside group of people. Amen.
Thursday, 14 August 2025 And if I cast out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges. Matthew 12:27 “And if I, I eject demons in Beelzebul, your sons – in whom do they eject? Through this they, they will be your judges” (CG). In the previous verse, Jesus told the Pharisees that if Satan were to cast out Satan, he would have divided himself. If so, his kingdom could not stand. Now, with a kind of “in your face” question for His accusers, Jesus emphatically asks, “And if I, I eject demons in Beelzebul, your sons – in whom do they eject?” In this question, the “sons” are those who sit under the authority of the Pharisees, specifically meaning their disciples. There are two main points to consider in this question. The first is that their disciples must have claimed that they cast out demons. Otherwise, Jesus would not have even bothered with the question. Therefore, it is certain that they claimed this power. Second, Jesus does not say they actually did it. Rather, He is affirming that they practiced the casting out of demons. An example of Jews doing this is found in Acts 19. Other than being a priest, it doesn't say what position their father held, be it a Sadducee or Pharisee, but the matter is documented by Luke – “Then some of the itinerant Jewish exorcists took it upon themselves to call the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits, saying, ‘We exorcise you by the Jesus whom Paul preaches.' 14 Also there were seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, who did so. 15 And the evil spirit answered and said, ‘Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?' 16 Then the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, overpowered them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. 17 This became known both to all Jews and Greeks dwelling in Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified. 18 And many who had believed came confessing and telling their deeds.” Acts 19:13-18 People like this made claims that they were able to cast out demons. Jesus has established through His question that He knows the Pharisees' disciples made such claims. If this is so, the claim would be that they did it under God's authority. However, if the argument of the Pharisees was that Jesus was casting out demons by Beelzebul, then their own disciples must be allied with Beelzebul. They have now placed themselves in an impossible trap. Therefore, they have to either retract their claim, which will then validate Jesus' ministry, or they will have to restate their claim and simply acknowledge that Jesus' authority is of God. If they don't, “Through this they, they will be your judges.” The words are again emphatic. The claims and actions (whether real or fake) of the disciples bear witness against the words of the Pharisees. Either they are really casting out by God's help and thus Jesus is as well, or they are faking it and are charlatans. Either way, they cannot be casting out by Beelzebul because if they were, Beelzebul would have divided himself and fallen. Life application: The Pharisees must have known that their disciples were falsely casting out demons. Having seen Jesus casting them out and realizing that what He was doing was true and effective, it cast on them the certain knowledge that He was able to do something they could not do. Therefore, they projected their failings on Him by adding an unsupportable accusation. This, therefore, is essentially the fallacy known as projection. In essence, their thinking is as follows: We are not really casting out demons. It is just a Benny Hinn show to dupe the masses. We see Jesus really casting out demons. However, we are (surely!) on God's side. Therefore, He must be doing this at the hand of Beelzebul! However, because they are lying about their abilities, they are actually doing the work of the devil, because their lying certainly isn't of God. Therefore, they project their own failing on Jesus by ascribing His successes to Beelzebul. This is a common practice among wicked people. They are corrupt, and yet they take what they are doing and ascribe it to their foes. As a modern example of this, which occurs daily in the US, the democrat party and individual democrats do exactly what they accuse their opponents of doing. In doing this, they project their own failings on those with whom they are at variance. Unfortunately, shallow people who are unable to clearly process the events as they occur will often accept the words of such people without attempting to reconcile the words against the actions. It is a sort of brain-dead state where their hatred of a person or ideal completely blinds them to the reality in which they exist. Much of this is a result of a lack of critical thinking, which is no longer taught in schools. Without the ability to see and then rightly process what is actually going on, subjective feelings become a person's hold on reality. As they already cannot properly process reality, they have nothing but enmity welling up in them toward whoever is being falsely accused. Jesus used critical thinking when dealing with the Pharisees. He was able to cut through their unsupportable accusations and shine the light back on those who made them, exposing their hypocrisy. To rightly understand the accusations of the left, listening to well-trained critical thinking people such as Thomas Sowell, Victor Davis Hanson, Dennis Prager, and others will help you process what is really going on in the minds of the left. The same is true in Christian circles. Be willing to listen to sound teachers who have taken the time to learn Scripture and rightly process when someone is giving an invalid argument from it. What God says and does is logical. Nothing illogical will issue from Him. Therefore, when something is illogically presented, even if it sounds right at first, it cannot be. “With Him are wisdom and strength, He has counsel and understanding.” Job 12:13 Lord God, give us wisdom and understanding to rightly process Your word. Help us to possess this in the world around us as well. There is so much unclear thinking out there. Give us clarity of thought, discernment, and the ability to critically evaluate what is presented so that we can then rightly consider and act on what we are told. Amen.
Tuesday, 12 August 2025 But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them: “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand. Matthew 12:25 “And Jesus, having known their thoughts, He said to them, ‘Every kingdom, having divided against itself, it desolates, and every city or house having divided against itself, not it will stand'” (CG). In the previous verse, Jesus was accused by the Pharisees of casting out demons by Beelzebul. This was obviously done quietly among themselves or towards the crowds without Jesus directly hearing it because Matthew next records, “And Jesus, having known their thoughts.” Jesus perceived their thoughts even though He was not openly privy to their conversation. It is a trait that belongs to God – “I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings.” Jeremiah 17:10 In knowing what they were thinking, He responds to their accusations, as recorded by Matthew, “He said to them, ‘Every kingdom, having divided against itself, it desolates.'” There are two new words. The first is merizó, to apportion. As such, in this context, it signifies to divide one part from another. The second is erémoó, to desolate or make waste. If a kingdom is united, it will be alive and thriving, but when it is divided, it will become like a ruined wilderness where nothing productive takes place. The sly accusation of the Pharisees does not hold water because it stands against simple logic. Jesus next provides a second example to solidify this truth, saying, “and every city or house having divided against itself, not it will stand.” This is an example that would have been obvious to even someone as observantly dull about the world around them as the Pharisees. They may have been so stuck in their legalism that they never lifted their eyes to see how the normal world works, but Scripture and history would tell them that a city that did not possess the same goals and spirit of unity could not stand – “And the house of Joseph also went up against Bethel, and the Lord was with them. 23 So the house of Joseph sent men to spy out Bethel. (The name of the city was formerly Luz.) 24 And when the spies saw a man coming out of the city, they said to him, ‘Please show us the entrance to the city, and we will show you mercy.' 25 So he showed them the entrance to the city, and they struck the city with the edge of the sword; but they let the man and all his family go. 26 And the man went to the land of the Hittites, built a city, and called its name Luz, which is its name to this day.” Judges 1:22-26 A single man not in step with the rest of the city brought the city to destruction. Evidence of such division makes the accusation of the Pharisees completely untenable. Life application: Paul spends most of his time in the book of 1 Corinthians writing against divisions within the church. He does this because of the very precept Jesus highlights in this verse. The church at Corinth had many divisions of various types. If this problem were not corrected, the church could not stand. His letter is a warning and admonition to churches throughout the age. Unless there is unity within the church, little divisions will lead to a total division of the congregation or even a total collapse of the church. People have many pet peeves that drive their choice of church attendance. Generally, doctrine is not first and foremost on people's minds. Some people want comfortable chairs. Some want a church where food is served. Some look for a certain type of entertainment. When these types of things are one's priority for church attendance, it is a rather shallow foundation on which continued attendance can be expected. With a simple change in the direction of the music, some will protest. If their protest isn't catered to, there will be disharmony. Depending on the size of the church, it can cause a split, or it may just cause those who are disenchanted to find another church. As silly as this seems, it is as common as chicken meals at KFC. Churches, first and foremost, are intended to analyze and instruct in the word, which explains God and His redemptive plans for man through Jesus Christ. Once this main reason for gathering loses priority, there is no longer a sound footing for the church to continue without division. Hold fast to the word, honor God through Jesus, and be ready to restore harmony within the church when it is called for. Jesus spoke about division and its consequences. Paul then set the example for us in his letters. We should do our best to emulate his instruction. “Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. 11 For it has been declared to me concerning you, my brethren, by those of Chloe's household, that there are contentions among you. 12 Now I say this, that each of you says, ‘I am of Paul,' or ‘I am of Apollos,' or ‘I am of Cephas,' or ‘I am of Christ.' 13 Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul?” 1 Corinthians 1:10-13 Lord God, may we stand united in our devotion to You and to growing in You through a proper evaluation and right understanding of Your word. Help us in this, O God, so that we may be mature in our thinking, always placing You first in our hearts and lives. Amen.
Monday, 11 August 2025 Now when the Pharisees heard it they said, “This fellow does not cast out demons except by Beelzebub, the ruler of the demons.” Matthew 12:24 “And the Pharisees, having heard, they said, ‘This, not He ejects the demons if not in Beelzebul, prince of the demons'” (CG). In the previous verse, the people, although not committed to the proposition, somewhat suspected that Jesus may be the Son of David. Having stated this, the usual suspects now chime in. Matthew records, “And the Pharisees, having heard.” Having seen their track record thus far, it can already be surmised that these men were indignant at the very thought of Jesus being the anticipated Messiah. Therefore, “they said, ‘This, not He ejects the demons if not in Beelzebul, prince of the demons.'” There is no article before “prince” or “ruler” (NKJV). Thus, the statement speaks of a title more than a position. One can see the emphatic retort to the people's questioning – 23 ‘Not any, this, He is the Son of David?' 24 ‘This, not He ejects the demons if not in Beelzebul, prince of the demons.' In order to draw the people's speculation away from Jesus possibly being the Son of David, they go to the most extreme resolution possible. Not only is He not the Son of David, but He also isn't even just a charlatan. Rather, He has power, but that power is surely derived from he who is prince of the demons! They couldn't deny that the miracles were real. The evidence was there before them. But they would never come to acknowledge that what Jesus did was of God. Therefore, the certain explanation that they clung to was that Jesus' power was demonic. Because of their words, Jesus will carefully explain why their reasoning is faulty and why they are in serious trouble before God because of their accusation. Life application: On 24 June 2025, Adam Sheafe was arrested for crucifying an Arizona pastor several months earlier. Sheafe intended to kill fourteen more pastors, all because they believe in Jesus. The news service said – “The suspect described his plan as ‘Operation First Commandment' and claimed that the Bible's New Testament teachings about Jesus Christ go against the biblical commandment that says, ‘You shall have no other gods before me.' Sheafe stated, ‘His commandments have been annulled by this character called Jesus, a human being who I believe is the son of Satan'” (American Military News). Sheafe is obviously theologically confused. But what would lead someone to take such a stand? The answer is because he was told something about Scripture that was incorrect and, instead of doing the research, he trusted what he was told. The people of Israel were presented with the obvious truth that Jesus was capable of healing the deaf and blind, and yet they questioned whether He was the Messiah or not. To rob them of any faith that may have sprouted in their hearts, the Pharisees quickly intervened and assured them that Jesus was healing by the power of Beelzebul. It is one thing to listen to authority figures, and it is another to do so without checking what they say. Israel was presented with their Messiah. They rejected Him as a nation, and it caused them to, once again, fall under the curses of the Law of Moses. They had agreed to the law, they were to live by it, and they were to accept what it taught. As Jesus noted in John 5, Moses wrote about Him. In Luke 24:27, it says, “beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.” Israel rejected this. They continue to do so today. Unfortunately, because of the teachings of modern-day Judaizers and Hebrew Roots adherents, this attitude has spread around the world. Like the Roman Catholic Church, their doctrine denies the all-sufficiency of Christ's work, mandating individual works as a part of the salvation process. Law has been the problem since the first days of man on earth. It remains a problem to this day. It is what puts a wall between God and man. What is needed is God's grace. We cannot find life without it, and we cannot find healing and restoration apart from it. May we remember this lesson. Jesus came to demonstrate to Israel that He was their Messiah. As a part of this demonstration, He gave His life up in fulfillment of the Law of Moses. Why would we ever want to go back to that? May we go forward in God's grace, living for Him and honoring Him by honoring the full, finished, final, and forever work of Jesus Christ our Lord. Lord God, thank You for the all-sufficient nature of Christ's work. Through what He has done, we are fully reconciled to You. Thank You for Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We all want to do the will of God, don't we? The Bible is full of examples of those who claim to do the will of God, but who fail to grasp what the will of God really is! Some deceive themselves into thinking that what they say and do is in harmony with the ways of God – and is therefore his will. The principle we need to follow is plain – to read God's word regularly and do so with a totally honest God-fearing heart, so that we do not twist its' meaning to suit our own desires. What we read today in Mark ch. 3 shows that many of the Jews, especially the religious leaders were obsessed with keeping the Sabbath in a ritualistic way.- creating for themselves the spirit of self-righteousness to such an extent it blinded their minds to what Jesus was saying and doing.Because Jesus healed a man with a withered hand on the Sabbath Day “the Pharisees went out and immediately held counsel with the Herodians against him, how to destroy him.” [v.6] They later made wild allegations against him saying, “He is possessed by Beelzebul … the prince of demons” [v.22]It is highly interesting that there is no mention of demons, or even the word ‘devil' in the Old Testament. Baalzebub gets a mention (2 Kings 1 v.3) as the idol-God in Ekron! Human imagination about the evil-spirit world had only come as a result of the influence of Greek philosophy when they conquered the ancient world before Christ. We notice how Jesus, in a sense ‘makes fun' or ridicules their ways of thinking ‘How can Satan cast out Satan?” [v.23] His family members come to see what is going on, obviously there were rumours circulating about him: they are “standing outside, they sent to him and called him.” [v.31] He is told they “are outside seeking you”.His response is very significant, “looking about at those who sat around him, he said, ‘Here are my mother and my brothers! Whoever does the will of God, he (or she) is my brother and sister and mother.”The religious leaders had a corrupted perception of the will of God: we, who have God's word so readily available have no excuse for failing to read it carefully so that we know the ways and principles upon which God acts and so do “the will of God” and as a result are truly Christ's “brother and sister and mother”
David's final instructions for Solomon are found in 1 Kings 2. Note his emphasis was on sustaining Israel's currently high spiritual state and on Solomon's responsibility to ensure God's people walk before Him in faithfulness with all their heart, and soul. After that Solomon, as a wise ruler, needs watch the known troublemakers of his realm. So David died, at 70 years old, having guided the nation for 40 years. Adonijah, David's son, had an obvious agenda that was easily recognised by Solomon. Adonijah must be carefully watched. Adonijah tried, unsuccessfully, to use Bathsheba's influence over her son; so Solomon sent Benaiah to kill Adonijah. Solomon next put restrictions on Abiathar and Shimei, requiring them to remain within the gates of their virtual city of refuge. Both failed to comply and so were slain. Abiathar's death fulfilled the judgment of Eli's house spoken of in 1 Samuel 3 verses 12-14.In Jeremiah 29 we have Jeremiah's words to the exiles in Babylon and for those rebels remaining in Jerusalem to settle in Babylon , where they are to be taken, for the 70 years of their captivity. Judah should have listened to and obeyed the Word of Yahweh who had proven the prophetic authority given to Jeremiah. The actions of the vile figs of Judah were to yet again resist the Word of the Almighty. The false prophets of verse 21 would meet a fate similar to the two roasted in the fire by Nebuchadnezzar. Another false prophet, Shemaiah, is denounced in verses 24-32 for his rebellion against his Sovereign and was guaranteed an obscure death, not seeing the favour to be shown to the return of the exiles after the seventy years captivity. Mark 3 describes the Sabbath healing of a man's withered hand. This was most likely a ploy to trap and discredit Jesus. But it failed miserably. Jesus is followed by crowds who were affected by the miracles. Our Lord Jesus, after a night of prayer with his Father, selects 12 special disciples, who were called Apostles because of the commission given them. Note in verse 14 that part of their calling was for Jesus' need for companionship. We all need friends - companionship. Verses 20-21 tell us that when our Lord comes back to Capernaum his family sought to curtail his behaviour which was upsetting the Jewish leaders. Did his family believe him to be unbalanced? A debate over the authenticity of Jesus' miracles ensues as his enemies attribute the miracles to Beelzebul (the lord of the dung heap). The Master shows how illogical this was and indicated that these rulers were speaking blasphemy against God's Holy Spirit power. The chapter concludes with a further attempt by his own family to get him to desist from upsetting the religious authorities. Jesus educates his natural family by stating that his true family were to be found among those who understood and supported Jesus in his Father's work.

Marveling at Jesus, the people asked, "Can this be the Son of David?" The answer should be evident. And yet, the Pharisees respond by attributing His power not to the Spirit of God but to Beelzebul. No matter what Jesus had done, the Pharisees reject Him because their hearts were hard. This demonstrates what it means to blaspheme the Spirit of God. This is the unforgivable sin.
The imposition of Christian beliefs and values upon a society — building Christian nations — is a requirement for all Christians, Priests, and Pastors. The fundamental set of Christian values and beliefs remains the Ten Commandments (Matthew 5:18-19), the first of which points exclusively to Jesus Christ. In this current Luciferian Theocracy, demonic beliefs and values are actively promoted, and dissent from their religion is crushed. Who has ever heard of government school failing to promote kindness and condemning bullying? These values are cornerstones of their religion. Luciferian “kindness” means to endorsing evil such as sodomy and tranny-ism. Luciferian crusades against Bullying really means to bully and condemn students brave enough to exalt Jesus Christ and condemn sodomy. Even the use of the term “sodomy” is justification for the official and sanctioned bullying. “Tolerance” in their religion means tolerating sodomy, and other evils, while being intolerant of values reflected in the Holy Scriptures such as honoring the Sunday Sabbath. “Christian values” are the values of the Holy Scriptures, from Genesis through he Revelation. Christian values including the condemnation of Jews and Judaism, the revilement of other 'religions,' and the rejection of sodomy. Even “Christian” Pastors reject Christian values — they are not really Christian, but rather they are Judeo-Christian like Judas Iscariot. (Siding with the Jews is the Biblical definition of treason agains Jesus Christ.) A Christian reformation must be founded on the reclamation of all of society for Jesus Christ. It begins in the pulpits. Preachers must declare that Christian duty requires the disciplining of entire nations to obedience to Jesus Christ and His Word — the building of Christian nations, including the knowledge of what a biblical nations really is, which is in part the descendants from a common ancestry. Neutrality is Satanism — it is the Luciferian theocracy we live under today. “Tolerance” is Satanism when it is tolerance of evil in society. Pastors must declare themselves in open rebellion against Satan and his values. They do this by refusing to abide by Satan's morality and insist upon build Christian nations — by openly rejecting Satan's demand to submit to his morality. Rebellion begins in the pulpits. Yes, they will call you racist, intolerant, antisemitic, Hitler, Nazi, fascist, a hater and so on. They are the intolerant ones. They are by bullies. They are the defenders of Satan's order. “It is enough for the disciple to be like his teacher, and the servant like his master. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more will they malign those of his household.” Matthew 10:25 ESV Fritz Berggren, PhD www.bloodandfaith.com
Pastoral Reflections Finding God In Ourselves by Msgr. Don Fischer
Gospel Matthew 10:24-33 Jesus said to his Apostles: “No disciple is above his teacher, no slave above his master. It is enough for the disciple that he become like his teacher, for the slave that he become like his master. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more those of his household! “Therefore do not be afraid of them. Nothing is concealed that will not be revealed, nor secret that will not be known. What I say to you in the darkness, speak in the light; what you hear whispered, proclaim on the housetops. And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather, be afraid of the one who can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna. Are not two sparrows sold for a small coin? Yet not one of them falls to the ground without your Father's knowledge. Even all the hairs of your head are counted. So do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. Everyone who acknowledges me before others I will acknowledge before my heavenly Father. But whoever denies me before others, I will deny before my heavenly Father.” Reflection Jesus is warning his apostles about the encounters they will have. And if there is a house that has been run by an evil master, the people in that place will be evil. But he reminds them, don't be afraid of evil, because it always breeds itself in the hidden part of a place in darkness. And so Jesus is reminding his disciples that he will always help them proclaim the truth, and that the disciples should not be afraid of those who can't kill the soul, even though they can kill the body. And why would he give them that advice, unless you would also follow up with what he says? I am in love with you. You are valuable to me. Every hair on your head is counted. Don't be afraid. Just acknowledge me. Even though it is risky and it exposes evil. Closing Prayer There's always been evil in the world. And it's important not to be afraid of it. Because that gives it all the power it needs to rob us of the peace and the well being, that is a sign that we know we are loved and we are cared for. Convince us of this love of God for us, and never let us be afraid. And we ask this in Jesus' name, Amen. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
Jesus said to his Apostles: “No disciple is above his teacher,no slave above his master. It is enough for the disciple that he become like his teacher, for the slave that he become like his master. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more those of his household!“Therefore do not be afraid of them.Nothing is concealed that will not be revealed, nor secret that will not be known. What I say to you in the darkness, speak in the light;what you hear whispered, proclaim on the housetops. And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul;rather, be afraid of the one who can destroyboth soul and body in Gehenna. Are not two sparrows sold for a small coin?Yet not one of them falls to the ground without your Father's knowledge.Even all the hairs of your head are counted. So do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.Everyone who acknowledges me before othersI will acknowledge before my heavenly Father. But whoever denies me before others,I will deny before my heavenly Father.”

In Matthew 12 we have two incidents, both deliberately performed on the Sabbath day, illustrating that Jesus was indeed the Lord of the Sabbath, in contrast to the Sabbath having authority over our Lord Jesus. The first of these confrontations between the Pharisees and Jesus' disciples was whether the disciples had the right to pluck and eat the ears of grain ( Jesus cites the precedent in David's eating of the shewbread, which our readings from two days ago highlighted). The second incident was the healing of the man with the withered hand. In all likelihood the Pharisees had planted this man at the front of the synagogue in Capernaum as a challenge to our Lord. Would he heal on the Sabbath day, or not? This healing proved that our Lord Jesus Christ was Yahweh's chosen Servant of Isaiah 42. These incidents are followed by grievous charges being leveled against Jesus of doing miracles by the power of Beelzebul - the lord of the dung heap - the prince of the demons. Jesus claims that this charge amounted to blasphemy against God's power which was being flagrantly denied despite incontestable evidence that Jesus was from God. Then follows the lesson of the fruits. Our Lord Jesus declares that the type of tree we are is shown by the fruits - ie actions of our lives - Jesus kindly words, actions and healings proved that he was the Son of God. And their hatred, words and enmity towards our Lord illustrates that they were acting from minds that were carnal in every respect. Our Lord would advance further incontestable proof of his Sonship with a prophecy of his resurrection from the dead as the sign of Jonah - the prophet from Galilee (see John 7:50-52). The chapter concludes with the parable of the unclean spirit seeking a lodging place. It leaves its abode and starts to look for another house. But finding no place it returned to its original home and found it to be swept clean. The spirit then found another 7 vile creatures to return and take possession of the original house. This spoke of John the Baptist and our Lord Jesus Christ purging the house of Israel. Only for the foul priests and Pharisees uniting to kill our Lord Jesus Christ: Matthew 23 verses :19-39. Lastly the chapter records that Jesus' own family sought to 'rescue' him from the trouble he had seemingly caused. His family were not impressed with his head on confrontations with the nation's religious leaders. Perhaps they believed he needed rest and time to reflect on a better course of action and not antagonise Israel's leaders. Jesus tells his family that he is doing the work of his God and that those who choose to listen to his Father's Word are his true family.
1Samuel 24 verse 7 tells of David and his men hiding in the wilderness of En Gedi - which means "the eye of the fountain",, or "the eye of the wild goat" - where Saul was pursuing him. Saul went into a cave to release himself. David's men urge him to slay Saul as it seemed to them that God had delivered David's enemy into his hand. David tells his men that he cannot innocently lift his hand against the LORD's anointed. David stealthily enters the cave and cuts off the corner of Saul's robe. After this he was ashamed that he had done this. Verses 8-15 speak of David calling after the king from a safe distance and relating to Saul what has happened. David says that there is no way that he would have killed Saul and the proof was in David's hand. He claims that Saul was pursuing an insignificant flea. David claims that Yahweh will vindicate his righteous behaviour. Verses 16-22 reveals Saul's pathetic response to David's plea and an acknowledgment of David's faithfulness and a declaration that God will continue to bless David for this reason. Saul says that he is sure that the Almighty will bring David to the throne. King Saul asks David not to retaliate against his family when David reigns. David swears an oath to Saul to that effect. We are in the first chapter of Jeremiah introduced to one of Yahweh's long suffering prophets. Jeremiah commenced his prophecy in the year BC 628 as a young man related to king Josiah who was nearing the end of his short reign. Jeremiah continued his ministry beyond BC 588 when Jerusalem fell to Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar. Jeremiah was the son of Hilkiah the priest (in all likelihood the High Priest) and therefore cousin to king Josiah. His ministry within Judah lasted from the end of Josiah's reign (occasioned by his untimely death in battle with Pharaoh Necho) until the dissolution of the kingdom under the faithless and vacillating Zedekiah. Jeremiah played a central role in the unparalleled reforms of Josiah and was himself devastated by the premature removal of the king he loved. He was foreknown of God and chosen before his birth to be a prophet to plead with God's people to reform and also to the surrounding nations - a task which, as youth, he found daunting. Nevertheless he was strengthened to perform this in the face of persistent and hostile opposition. In Matthew 12 we have two incidents, both deliberately performed on the Sabbath day, illustrating that Jesus was indeed the Lord of the Sabbath, in contrast to the Sabbath having authority over our Lord Jesus. In this sobering account, Jesus teaches that there is one thing, one state of being that is unforgivable. Join us as we dig in to this teaching.
JUNE 29 | III The Advancement of the Kingdom | Mark 3:20-35Then Jesus entered a house, and again a crowd gathered, so that he and his disciples were not even able to eat. When his family heard about this, they went to take charge of him, for they said, “He is out of his mind.”And the teachers of the law who came down from Jerusalem said, “He is possessed by Beelzebul! By the prince of demons he is driving out demons.”So Jesus called them over to him and began to speak to them in parables: “How can Satan drive out Satan? If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand. And if Satan opposes himself and is divided, he cannot stand; his end has come. In fact, no one can enter a strong man's house without first tying him up. Then he can plunder the strong man's house. Truly I tell you, people can be forgiven all their sins and every slander they utter, but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin.”He said this because they were saying, “He has an impure spirit.”Then Jesus' mother and brothers arrived. Standing outside, they sent someone in to call him. A crowd was sitting around him, and they told him, “Your mother and brothers are outside looking for you.”“Who are my mother and my brothers?” he asked. Then he looked at those seated in a circle around him and said, “Here are my mother and my brothers! Whoever does God's will is my brother and sister and mother.”

Monday, 2 June 2025 Therefore do not fear them. For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known. Matthew 10:26 “Therefore, not you should fear them. For nothing, it is, having been covered which not it will be revealed, and secret which not it will be known” (CG). In the previous verse, Jesus told the apostles that the disciple will be like his teacher and the servant like his lord. Therefore, they could expect that if the house-master is called Beelzebub, much more will they call the household the same. Remembering that, He next says, “Therefore, not you should fear them.” Saying “therefore” requires knowing the context of what He is talking about, which is His comparison of them to Him. He is the Teacher and Lord, while they are the disciples and servants. Saying that they should not fear means that He is not fearing, and they should be like Him. He has done nothing wrong to deserve such an accusation, and they, emulating Him, will have not done anything wrong as well. Based on this, he next says, “For nothing, it is, having been covered which not it will be revealed.” This same general thought is also expressed in Mark 4:22 and Luke 8:17 and 12:2. In this clause, there is a new word, apokaluptó, to reveal uncover, disclose, etc. It is derived from apo (from) and kaluptó, the word translated as covered in this same clause. The meaning of Jesus' words is that, despite the accusations against them, even if everyone were to believe them, the truth would be made known that they were serving the Messiah and not Beelzebul. At some point, no matter when it came about, they would be vindicated. Likewise, Jesus continues with, “and secret which not it will be known.” Due to the nature of the words of both clauses together, as well as the fact that Jesus says them several times elsewhere, it appears that this is a proverbial expression. The repetition of the clauses using different words to convey the same idea forms its own sort of emphasis. Jesus is reassuring them that a basic truth that others understood would hold true in their case in their relation to Him and their portrayal of His gospel. Life application: Due to the nature of Jesus' words being either a proverbial saying or simply an axiom that exists because of the nature of how God deals with things, the words extend beyond the immediate context of it applying to the apostles and disciples during Jesus' time. In other words, being a truth that is understood and applicable in all situations, we should have the same attitude that Jesus requests those with Him to have. We should not fear if we are wrongly accused by others concerning our faith in Christ. Depending on where you live, it may matter more or less. If you are a Christian in Saudi Arabia, you are surrounded by a nation of people who, for the most part, have rejected the message of Christ. Thus, there will be a natural hostility towards the gospel and those who proclaim it. That may well up at some point in accusations against believers, even to the point of physical harm or death. This is true in any such area. And though it may be less of a concern in some nations, there is a growing hostility even in once-friendly Christian nations against believers. In such a case, there may actually more of a possibility of harm than with nations that have a supermajority of non-Christians. The Christians may be looked at as a curiosity or as being no threat. But in countries moving away from Christian values, there are those who want to speed the process and eliminate their perceived foes. Jesus' words ask us not to fear. Regardless of what transpires with our situation, the truth of our proclamation will someday be revealed. Those who reject it will be the ones who suffer. What He said to the apostles in Matthew 10:15 about the nature of judgment of Sodom and Gomorrah in relation to the cities of Israel that reject Him will be no less true of those who reject His gospel now. All wrongdoing will be exposed, and all who proclaim the truth will be revealed as such. And judgment upon those who reject the gospel will be forthcoming. O God, we are grateful to You for Your kind hand of grace upon us. Give us the desire and fortitude to go out and speak of Your goodness to others. May it be that our words will be accepted and acted upon as we share the good news of Jesus. To Your glory, we pray. Amen.
Sunday, 1 June 2025 It is enough for a disciple that he be like his teacher, and a servant like his master. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more will they call those of his household! Matthew 10:25 “The disciple – sufficient that he should become as his teacher, and the servant as his lord. If they called the house-master Beelzebul, how much more those – his household!” (CG). In the previous verse, Jesus noted that a disciple is not above his teacher, nor is a servant above his master. He now continues this thought, saying, “The disciple – sufficient that he should become as his teacher.” The meaning goes back to the previous verse, indicating that through instruction, a student will increase his knowledge of the subject provided by the teacher to become like him. At the same time, the meaning also goes forward to what will be said in the next sentence within this verse. Jesus continues, saying, “and the servant as his lord.” In the same manner, the meaning reflects back on the previous verse. Even though a servant remains below his lord, he will be like his lord, emulating his desires, tending to his needs similarly, and so forth. Likewise, the meaning of this clause also extends forward to what Jesus next says, “If they called the house-master Beelzebul.” Here, the word oikodespotés, house-master, is introduced. It is derived from oikos, a house, home, family, etc., and despotés, a lord, master, prince, etc. Taking the two together, house-master is a direct translation of the word. As for the word Beelzebul, this is one variant found in texts. Other texts say Beelzebub. Either way, it is also introduced here. If the original is Beelzebub, it is derived from baal, lord or master, and zevuv [zebub], a fly. Thus, it corresponds directly to the god of Ekron, Baal Zebub found in 2 Kings 1. However, Barnes notes – “The correct reading here, as in Luke 11:15, Luke 11:18-19; Mark 3:22, is supposed to be, not ‘Beelzebub,' but ‘Beelzebul' (Griesbach, Hahn, Robinson, Lexicon) an Aramean form of the word meaning the ‘god of dung' or ‘filth.' The name, thus altered by the Jews by changing a single letter, was given to Satan to express supreme contempt and aversion.” Because of the prominent use of Beelzebul in the other synoptic gospels, this is probably correct. Someone familiar with the story in 2 Kings 1 may have thought there was an error when there wasn't. This is especially the case when considering the Hebrew word zevul [zebul], a residence, found five times in the Old Testament, such as 2 Chronicles 6:2. Jesus is probably making a pun based on Beelzebul, the prince of demons, while also using the word to indicate house-master – oikodespotés – house-master baal-zevul – master of residence Understanding this, Jesus finishes with, “how much more those – his household!” Another new word is introduced, oikiakos, which signifies a household or domestic, as in one of the family. Jesus is saying that just as a student will become like a teacher and a servant like his lord, those who disdain the master of the house will likewise disdain those of his household. Thus, the pun is more fully understood – If they called the house-master Beelzebul [prince of demons / house-master], How much more those – his household! In other words, “He is their house-master and his household is just like Him. He is like the prince demons, and they are all demons of his house.” Life application: If the pun stated in the commentary is correct, which seems to clearly be the intent, it is not unusual. There are many such puns to be found in the New Testament because the writings are highly dependent on Jewish thought. The people would have had a knowledge of the Old Testament Hebrew, and they would have spoken Aramaic as the lingua franca of the land at the time. They also would have understood many closely associated words from other Semitic languages. And more, many would have also understood Greek, being the language of the Empire for the common people. Today in Israel, there are those who have studied ancient Hebrew, there is the common modern Hebrew, there is a large population of Arabic speakers in the land, English is widely known and spoken, etc. Just as people today will finagle with languages to come up with interesting puns and plays on thoughts, this was the case at the time of Jesus. Therefore, it is good to consider subtle plays on words that may have arisen from various sources. In doing so, interesting insights into what is being conveyed will certainly arise. Enjoy your time in the word! It is a deep well of treasure and delight. O God, thank You for the great and beautiful word You have given us. It is filled with treasure because it is filled with Your thoughts and tender care for Your people. You have given us wonderful hints of what is on Your mind through many literary devices. Thank You for such wisdom on display in Your sacred and superior word. Amen.

Welcome to The Daily, where we study the Bible verse by verse, chapter by chapter, every single day. And a big shout-out today to Jon Carr from Richmond, VA. Jon, thank you for being a part of this movement through Project23. You are making a difference for the Gospel. This one's for you. Today, we're looking at Mark 3:20-26: Then he went home, and the crowd gathered again, so that they could not even eat. And when his family heard it, they went out to seize him, for they were saying, “He is out of his mind.” And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem were saying, “He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and “by the prince of demons he casts out the demons.” And he called them to him and said to them in parables, “How can Satan cast out Satan? If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but is coming to an end. But no one can enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. Then indeed he may plunder his house. — Mark 3:20-26 Jesus couldn't even sit down to eat. I bet he feels like a mother of three at home without a husband who wants to lock herself in the bathroom to get five minutes of peace. I bet he felt like a manager who skips lunch to survive back-to-back Zoom calls. I bet he felt like a dad in the carpool line, answering work emails while refereeing a sibling war in the backseat. The house was full. The crowds wouldn't stop pressing in. But as the ministry was growing, so was the resistance. Even his own family thought he'd lost his mind. And the religious elite? They were now making accusations that went far beyond criticism. They said he was "possessed." Let that settle in for a moment. Jesus wasn't just misunderstood—he was accused of being aligned with Satan himself. Then Jesus speaks. But instead of defending himself with anger or argument, he pronounces a simple truth—one that cuts through both confusion and conspiracy: “If a house is divided against itself, it cannot stand.” It's a familiar phrase. One we quote often in politics. An adage we reference frequently in leadership. But Jesus wasn't talking about politics or corporate leadership. It was a reference to spiritual authorities. The claim itself was a logical fallacy—suggesting that a fallen creature like Satan could empower the One who casts him out. That demonic spirits serve the One who casts them out. The point Jesus was making was: You can't belong to two kingdoms. You can't walk in two directions. You can't claim spiritual power and ignore spiritual alignment. Because division doesn't just weaken things. It destroys them. That's true for nations. That's true for families. That's true for churches. That's true for hearts. When we live with divided loyalties—when we try to follow Jesus while clinging to sin, pride, or worldly thinking—we slowly collapse from within. Divided hearts drift. Whole hearts stand. Jesus calls us to wholeness—unity of heart, mind, and life. He invites us to live fully surrendered. To live all in for him. He's not asking for perfection. But he doesn't want your half-hearted allegiance. He wants all of you. A heart divided won't stand. But a life fully surrendered? That's where the kingdom of God breaks in with power. #DividedHouseCannotStand, #BindTheStrongMan, #WholeHeart ASK THIS: Where in my life have I allowed divided loyalties to weaken my faith? What “strong man” am I letting control my actions and decisions? How can I take practical steps today to bind that stronghold? What would wholehearted surrender to Jesus look like in my daily life? DO THIS: Examine one area of your life where you're divided and take steps today to surrender it fully to Jesus. PRAY THIS: Lord, I confess the divisions in my heart and ask you to bind every stronghold that opposes you. Fill me with undivided devotion to follow you fully each day. Amen. PLAY THIS: Undivided.
After having being accused of casting out demons by the power of Beelzebul, Y'shua's speech becomes more cryptic - except when dealing with the self righteousness of the Pharisees and the Lawyers. Their constant demands for supernatural signs beyond the ones He has shown openly bespeaks a heart that doesn't want to learn the truth.

Read Online“But if it is by the finger of God that I drive out demons, then the Kingdom of God has come upon you.” Luke 11:20The Kingdom of God can come upon us in a variety of ways. The line from today's Gospel above comes in the middle of a story of Jesus casting out a demon from a man who was mute. Once the demon was cast out, the mute man began to speak, and all were amazed. And though some were amazed and grew in faith as a result, others turned their amazement into irrationality. The irrationality of some was that they saw what Jesus did, but they didn't want to accept that His power was divine. Therefore, some of them said, “By the power of Beelzebul, the prince of demons, he drives out demons.” They couldn't deny that Jesus drove out a demon, since they saw it happen with their own eyes. But they were unwilling to accept Jesus' divinity, so they jumped to the irrational conclusion that Jesus' act was done by the power of “the prince of demons.”This irrational stance of some people is one of the most dangerous stances one can take. It's the stance of an obstinate heart. They were given the incredible witness of the power of God at work but refused to respond in faith to what they witnessed. For those who are obstinate, when the Kingdom of God comes upon them, as Jesus stated above, the effect is that they react in a violent, angry and irrational way. This form of reaction is exceptionally prevalent today in the secular world. Many in the secular media, for example, constantly react violently and irrationally to all that is part of the Kingdom of God. As a result, the evil one easily misleads many, causing confusion and chaos. For those who have eyes to see clearly, this violent and irrational rejection of the Kingdom of God is very clear. And for those with faith and an open heart, the pure message of the Gospel is like water to a dry and parched soul. They soak it up and find great refreshment. For them, when the Kingdom of God comes upon them, they are energized, inspired and driven with a holy passion to further God's Kingdom. Irrationality disappears, and God's pure Truth prevails.Reflect, today, upon your heart. Are you obstinate in any way? Are there teachings from Christ and His Church that you are tempted to reject? Is there some truth that you need to hear in your personal life to which you find it difficult to be open? Pray that the Kingdom of God come upon you today and every day and, as it does, that you will be a powerful instrument of its establishment in this world. My glorious King of all, You are all-powerful and have full authority over all things. Please come and exercise Your authority upon my life. Come and establish Your Kingdom. I pray that my heart be always open to You and to the direction you give. Luke 11:14–28Jesus and Beelzebul[14] Now he was casting out a demon that was mute. When the demon had gone out, the mute man spoke, and the people marveled. [15] But some of them said, “He casts out demons by Beelzebul, the prince of demons,” [16] while others, to test him, kept seeking from him a sign from heaven. [17] But he, knowing their thoughts, said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste, and a divided household falls. [18] And if Satan also is divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you say that I cast out demons by Beelzebul. [19] And if I cast out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they will be your judges. [20] But if it is by the finger of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. [21] When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own palace, his goods are safe; [22] but when one stronger than he attacks him and overcomes him, he takes away his armor in which he trusted and divides his spoil. [23] Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters.Return of an Unclean Spirit[24] “When the unclean spirit has gone out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and finding none it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.' [25] And when it comes, it finds the house swept and put in order. [26] Then it goes and brings seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there. And the last state of that person is worse than the first.”True Blessedness[27] As he said these things, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said to him, “Blessed is the womb that bore you, and the breasts at which you nursed!” [28] But he said, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!” (ESV)
Read OnlineThe scribes who had come from Jerusalem said of Jesus, “He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and “By the prince of demons he drives out demons.” Mark 3:22By this time, Jesus was fully engaged in His public ministry. He had healed the sick and lame, cast out many demons, called the Twelve Apostles and given them authority over evil spirits, and preached the Good News to many. Just prior to this Gospel passage, some of Jesus' own extended family had criticized Him, claiming that Jesus was out of His mind. Then the scribes began their public condemnation of our Lord. The scribes were faced with a dilemma. They saw Jesus cast out demons from those who were possessed, so they needed to come up with an explanation. They concluded that Jesus was able to cast out demons by the power of the prince of demons. Jesus goes on to address the scribes' criticism by identifying their condemnation as a sin against the Holy Spirit. Jesus explains that every sin can be forgiven except the sin against the Holy Spirit. He says that “whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never have forgiveness, but is guilty of an everlasting sin.” Why is that?In this case, the sin against the Holy Spirit is not only the false condemnation spoken by the scribes against Jesus. First and foremost, their sin is one of obstinacy. They spoke falsely about our Lord, which is a grave sin, but what's worse is that they did so in such a way that they remained firmly grounded in their error. They refused to humble themselves and reconsider their error. And it is this stubbornness that leaves them with an “everlasting sin.”Perhaps the most important lesson we can learn from this passage is that we must avoid remaining stuck in our pride in an obstinate way. We must always be humble and be ready and willing to reexamine our actions. Humility will help us to perpetually remember that we can easily become misled in life. And though this will happen from time to time in various ways, if we remain humble and open to change, then we can always receive the mercy of God and find forgiveness. But if we are prideful and continually refuse to admit our errors, then we are also potentially guilty of a sin against the Holy Spirit.Reflect, today, upon any tendency you have in your life to be stubborn. Stubbornness can be a virtue when the stubbornness is an unwavering commitment to the Gospel and to the will of God. However, you must always intentionally reexamine the path you are on so that you can change when that path begins to deviate from the Truth of God. Humble yourself this day and allow God's voice to lead you back from any errors with which you now struggle. My merciful Jesus, I sin every day and will continue to fail to follow You with perfection. For this reason, I thank You for Your abundant mercy. Please help me to always be open to that mercy by regularly re-examining my decisions in life. Give me humility, dear Lord, to always repent and to turn back to You when I stray. Jesus, I trust in You. Source of content: catholic-daily-reflections.comCopyright © 2025 My Catholic Life! Inc. If you are under that age of 35 and male, I want to make sure you get back what is yours, because so much has been stolen from you. I have been talking to men and women about what they think has been stolen from young men. There is no doubt an organized effort to decline testosterone in men and it is working. This is what the bosses love, because weak men are more controllable. Now this isn't about being aggressive or mean; it's about understanding who God has designed us to be. God has a plan for everything. There are a series of ways your legacy is being stolen from you. We were designed to work from when God created the world, but work ethic is being stolen. The World Economic Forum wants you at home playing video games, snacking on psychotropics and low testosterone food. Don't give it to them. Consult God's plan for who you should be. What does God's Word say? Ephesians 6:10-18 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, ...Matthew 12:22-32 22 Then a demon-oppressed man who was blind and mute was brought to him, and he healed him, so that the man spoke and saw. 23 And all the people were amazed, and said, “Can this be the Son of David?” 24 But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, “It is only by Beelzebul, the prince of demons, that this man casts out demons.” 25 Knowing their thoughts, he said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste, and no city or house divided against itself will stand. 26 And if Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand? 27 And if I cast out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they will be your judges. 28 But if it is by the Spirit of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. 29 Or how can someone enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? Then indeed he may plunder his house. 30 Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters. 31 Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. 32 And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.2 Corinthians 10:1-61 I, Paul, myself entreat you, by the meekness and gentleness of Christ—I who am humble when face to face with you, but bold toward you when I am away!— 2 I beg of you that when I am present I may not have to show boldness with such confidence as I count on showing against some who suspect us of walking according to the flesh. 3 For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. 5 We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ, 6 being ready to punish every disobedience, when your obedience is complete.Episode 1,851 Links:The Hidden War On Male Testosterone Levels; They've known all along what's causing declining T levels — and they've lied about it.Testosterone levels show steady decrease among young US menToo much exercise can kill you - especially if you're a white man: Study finds 7.5 hours a week of fitness DOUBLES your risk of heart diseaseThe 1920's Knew Fitness, We Just Forgot…30 Signs of a Weak Man in a Relationship & How to Deal With ItFARMERS VS BODYBUILDERS (Who Is Stronger?)Mike Rowe on creating weak menWisdom Nutrition https://trywisdomnow.com/toddStock up on Wisdom for 33% off plus free shipping.
