The Trump administration's top immigration enforcement official says "massive changes" are coming to Minnesota, including plans to eventually pull some of the federal agents deployed there. But state and local officials are demanding bigger changes. Border czar Tom Homan said on Jan. 29 that agreements with state and local officials could lead to an ICE drawdown.
