John is joined by Jeffrey Toobin, celebrated author and legal analyst, who reflects on his extensive career in law and legal journalism. First, Jeffrey describes his legal background, including his clerkship on the Second Circuit which led to his years working for the Independent Counsel investigating the Iran Contra scandal (which led to his first book, Opening Arguments) and his years as an Assistant US Attorney. He also describes his years writing for the New Yorker and covering the OJ Simpson trial which led to his second book, The Run of His Life. Jeffrey then explains the writing process that has allowed him to complete nine books so far, including his strategy of writing about topics that have not been covered extensively by other authors, his absolute commitment to write 1,250 words per day for the project he is working on, and his habit of beginning to write each chapter in the middle and only writing the opening of the chapter later. John and Jeffrey then discuss why books on trials are so popular, including how trials are “perfect dramatic stages” and good trial lawyers are experts in both emphasizing the dramatic elements in stories and making issues interesting and meaningful to non-lawyers. Finally, John and Jeffrey discuss their favorite books about trial lawyers and personal insights into the most unforgettable lawyers Jeffrey has met including Johnnie Cochran, Barry Scheck, F. Lee Bailey and Justice Sandra Day O'Connor.Podcast Link: Law-disrupted.fmHost: John B. Quinn Producer: Alexis HydeMusic and Editing by: Alexander Rossi

The saga of the illustrious American ex-NFL player, Orenthal James Simpson, commonly known as O.J. Simpson, has reached an unexpected conclusion with his recent passing. The former football star, whose life took a notoriously troubling turn in the '90s, lost his fight against cancer this Wednesday in Las Vegas, according to statements from his family. He was remembered by his family as a fighter until his last breath, surrounded by his loving children and grandchildren. Their statement has been paralleled by Simpson's legal counsel, further confirming his death. Simpson had been battling prostate cancer for a considerable period. As of late, his health took a significant decline that eventually led him to hospice care, reflecting the severity of his condition. The grim diagnosis of his illness made headlines back in February when it was reported by a local media outlet. Yet the specifics remained obscured, and Simpson himself denied entering hospice at that time, leaving the reality of his situation uncertain to the public. The conjectures surrounding Simpson's health intensified, as he himself alluded to a potentially cancer diagnosis back in 2023. Through a video-posted on an undisclosed platform, he cautiously mentioned having 'caught' cancer, suggesting he might have overcome it at that time. However, cancer reappeared to cast a shadow over his health, unfortunately, claiming his life about a year later. In the months leading to his demise, Simpson's physical frailty had become more evident to the public eye. Highlights of this include an instance in January, wherein he was observed leaning on a cane during an outing. Despite this, his vigor seemed undeterred as he continued to participate in public discussions, as showcased in a video of him sharing his support for his former team, the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl LVIII. Simpson's life was a blend of triumph and trials, making it incredibly impactful and controversial. His initial rise to fame was fueled by his prowess on the football field, where he earned countless accolades, including the prestigious Heisman trophy from USC and a prominent role in the Buffalo Bills franchise. His popularity paved his way to Hollywood, where he gained A-list status and starred in numerous films and TV programs, and also served as the face of the Hertz brand for years. However, the goodwill garnered over his successful years significantly waned in the 1990s when he found himself at the center of a horrifying double murder case. His name became synonymous with one of the most relentless criminal sagas in recent memory, starting with the brutal murders of Nicole Brown Simpson, his ex-wife, and her friend, Ron Goldman in 1994. The ensuing national drama, often referred to as the 'Trial of the Century,' left an indelible mark on the American psyche. Prior to his apprehension by the authorities in connection with the case, Simpson led them on a low-speed, televised car chase across L.A freeways. This unprecedented event in a Ford Bronco quickly became a collective memory for the nation, marking the beginning of a tense public scrutiny of the case. As the prime suspect in the horrific, violent slaying of Nicole and Ron at her Brentwood home, the prosecution gradually strengthened its case against him. Enlisting the expertise of a 'dream team' of defense attorneys, Simpson had Johnnie Cochran at the helm of his defense. Cochran notably exploited an angle involving the LAPD detective, Mark Fuhrman, who had a history of racist remarks. To Simpson's advantage, his defense team implied possible manipulation of evidence, including the bloody glove found at his residence. The glove, considered crucial evidence, later took center stage in court when Simpson's team requested he try it on for the jury. The lack of a perfect fit triggered Cochran's historic statement, 'If it doesn't fit, you must acquit,' which played a substantial role in culminating the case. Shockingly for many, the jury embraced this narrative, and Simpson was acquitted of the murder charges. In a dramatic turn of events, however, he was later sued by both the Goldman and Brown families for wrongful death. The civil trial played out in Santa Monica, and Simpson was found liable for the deaths of Nicole and Ron. He was subsequently ordered to pay significant damages amounting to tens of millions. Despite these pressing financial obligations, Simpson largely succeeded in evading payment. His life journey eventually brought him to Las Vegas, where he faced a new set of legal complications, including issues with tax compliance and another criminal accusation. In 2007, he was implicated in a dispute over sports memorabilia, allegedly storming a Vegas hotel room with an armed entourage and threatening the new owner. The charges brought against him during this incident led to his eventual arrest, prosecution, and thorough conviction on all counts. Consequently, Simpson spent a remarkable period behind bars before being granted parole in 2017. Upon his release, he chose to reside in Las Vegas, maintaining a low-key existence while occasionally expressing his views on sports, politics, and other topics on social media platforms. By this time, however, Simpson's reputation had faced irrevocable damage. This was further compounded by the belief that he had all but confessed to the infamous '94 murders in a tell-all book and subsequent TV interview, albeit presented as a hypothetical scenario. Despite the notoriety, he still attracted interest from fans, often posing for pictures, and garnered continued support from his family, particularly his children. The final chapter of Simpson's life stands testament to his incredibly polarizing existence. Seen in his early years as an esteemed all-American sportsman and beloved actor, his fall from grace following the murder allegations is as well-known as it is controversial. Over the years, he had become a figure of intrigue for the national audience, his actions both on and off the football field scrutinized and hotly debated. Simpson's death closes a decades-long chapter of controversy and intrigue in American history. His tale, fraught with triumph, tragedy, and turmoil, remains engraved in the collective memory of the nation. Few figures in modern history have evoked such intense public debate, and in his death, the curtains fall on a narrative that has held the American public captive for decades. Orenthal James Simpson passed away at the age of 76. In spite of the complex, multifaceted experiences of his life and the legal battles that marked his later years, he remained resilient and a figure of curiosity until his final days. His passing reminds us of a tale that touches numerous aspects of American life, from sporting greatness to legal debates, which will continue to be analyzed and discussed for generations to come. O.J. Simpson: A Life of Triumph, Tragedy, and Controversy Early Life and Football Career Orenthal James Simpson, known to the world as O.J., was born on July 9, 1947, in San Francisco, California. Growing up in the housing projects of San Francisco, Simpson faced numerous challenges, including poverty and juvenile delinquency. However, he found solace and purpose in football, a sport that would ultimately shape the course of his life. Simpson's remarkable athletic abilities became evident during his high school years at Galileo High School in San Francisco. He earned All-City honors as a running back and was named to the All-American team as a senior. His impressive performance on the field caught the attention of several colleges, and he ultimately chose to attend the University of Southern California (USC) on a football scholarship. At USC, Simpson's football career truly blossomed. He became a two-time All-American and won the prestigious Heisman Trophy in 1968, recognizing him as the best college football player in the country. His speed, agility, and uncanny ability to evade tacklers earned him the nickname "The Juice," a moniker that would stick with him for the rest of his life. After his successful college career, Simpson entered the 1969 NFL Draft and was selected as the first overall pick by the Buffalo Bills. He spent nine seasons with the Bills, setting numerous rushing records and earning five Pro Bowl selections. In 1973, he became the first NFL player to rush for more than 2,000 yards in a single season, a feat that stood as a record for over a decade. Simpson's on-field success translated into off-field opportunities, and he became a popular figure in American culture. He appeared in television commercials, endorsing products such as Hertz rental cars and Pioneer chicken. His charisma and good looks also landed him acting roles in films like "The Towering Inferno" (1974) and "The Naked Gun" trilogy (1988-1994). The Trial of the Century However, Simpson's life took a dramatic and tragic turn in 1994. On June 12, his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman were found brutally murdered outside Nicole's home in Los Angeles. Simpson quickly became the prime suspect in the killings, and what followed was a legal and media circus that captivated the nation. On June 17, 1994, Simpson was scheduled to turn himself in to the police but failed to appear. This led to a televised low-speed police chase, with Simpson riding in a white Ford Bronco driven by his friend Al Cowlings. The chase, which was watched live by millions of people, ended with Simpson surrendering to authorities at his Brentwood estate. Simpson's trial, dubbed the "Trial of the Century," began on January 24, 1995, and lasted for nine months. The prosecution presented a wealth of physical evidence, including blood samples and a bloody glove found at the crime scene that matched Simpson's DNA. However, the defense team, led by Johnnie Cochran, argued that the evidence had been planted by racist police officers seeking to frame Simpson. The trial also brought to light issues of domestic violence, as Nicole Brown Simpson had previously reported incidents of abuse by O.J. Simpson. The defense team, however, portrayed Nicole as a drug abuser and suggested that her associations with unsavory characters might have led to her murder. In a stunning turn of events, on October 3, 1995, the jury found O.J. Simpson not guilty of the murders. The verdict divided the nation along racial lines, with many African Americans viewing the trial as a victory against a biased criminal justice system, while many white Americans saw the verdict as a miscarriage of justice. Civil Trial and Later Legal Troubles Although Simpson was acquitted in the criminal trial, he faced a civil lawsuit filed by the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. In 1997, a civil jury found him liable for the deaths and awarded the families $33.5 million in damages, a judgment that left Simpson financially ruined. In the years following the trials, Simpson encountered further legal troubles. In 2001, he was arrested in Florida for road rage after allegedly pulling the glasses off another motorist during a traffic dispute. He was tried and acquitted of the charges in October 2001. In September 2007, Simpson was arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada, and charged with armed robbery and kidnapping. Prosecutors alleged that he and several associates had broken into a Las Vegas hotel room and stolen sports memorabilia at gunpoint. On October 3, 2008, exactly 13 years after his acquittal in the murder trial, Simpson was found guilty of all charges and sentenced to 33 years in prison with the possibility of parole after nine years. Prison and Parole Simpson served his sentence at the Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada. During his incarceration, he was granted parole on some of the lesser charges in 2013 but remained imprisoned on the more serious offenses. In July 2017, after serving nine years in prison, Simpson was granted parole and released on October 1 of that year. Upon his release, Simpson expressed his desire to move forward with his life and stay out of the public eye. He settled in Las Vegas, where he had lived prior to his arrest, and largely kept a low profile. However, his notoriety and the enduring fascination with his legal saga ensured that he remained a subject of public interest and media scrutiny. Final Years and Legacy In his final years, Simpson continued to be a polarizing figure. While some saw him as a symbol of the flaws in the American justice system and the persistent issue of racial inequality, others viewed him as a guilty man who had evaded punishment for a heinous crime. Simpson's health began to decline in his later years, and he was diagnosed with cancer. Despite his illness, he remained active on social media, often sharing his opinions on sports and current events. He also made occasional public appearances, including a controversial visit to a Buffalo Bills game in 2018, where he was seen taking photos with fans. On [date], 2023, O.J. Simpson passed away at the age of 76 due to complications from his cancer diagnosis. His death marked the end of a life that had been defined by incredible highs and devastating lows, leaving behind a complex and divisive legacy. Simpson's impact on American culture and the legal system cannot be overstated. His trial exposed deep-seated racial tensions and brought issues of celebrity, justice, and media influence to the forefront of public consciousness. The outcome of the trial, which many viewed as a miscarriage of justice, led to widespread calls for reform in the criminal justice system and a reexamination of the role of race in American society. In the world of sports, Simpson's on-field achievements remain a part of football history. His record-breaking performances and his status as one of the greatest running backs of all time are still celebrated by fans and analysts alike. However, his off-field actions and legal troubles have forever tarnished his reputation and overshadowed his athletic accomplishments. As we reflect on the life of O.J. Simpson, it is clear that his story is one of triumph, tragedy, and controversy. From his humble beginnings in San Francisco to his meteoric rise as a football star and cultural icon, Simpson's life was a testament to the power of perseverance and the allure of the American Dream. However, the shocking events of 1994 and the subsequent legal battles that consumed the nation serve as a sobering reminder of the complexities of fame, race, and justice in America. O.J. Simpson's legacy will forever be a subject of debate and fascination, a reflection of the deep-rooted issues and contradictions that continue to shape our society. As we grapple with the enduring impact of his life and death, we are reminded of the ongoing struggle for justice, equality, and understanding in a world that is all too often marked by division and strife. (Again) On the show this week we wrap our Summer Se ries, Wheezing the Juice, with the trial of OJ Simpson. (Stay tuned for the surprise ending!) Along the way we discover Dave did not enjoy his all expense paid trip to Panama. (The accommodations were terrible) Then we dive right into the criminal trial of OJ Simpson. We meet the Judge (who won't dance, don't ask him) , the prosecutors and finally The Dream Team. (Robert Kardashian was barely a lawyer) We take a quick look at the evidence before we head right into why the trial was such a gigantic shit show and what went wrong. (Turns out, people don't like racist cops!) Then we explain why the OJ Simpson Trial was never going to end any other way than how it ended. (With a made for TV twist!) Our Sponsor this week is Fast Eddie's Consultants, we can “fix” your jury problem. We open with Peter Jennings on opening remarks and close with the Edgintones who have got a case of the blues. Part Two of The OJ Simpson Saga. Beyond a Reasonable Doubt. The O.J. Simpson saga remains a captivating and controversial chapter in criminal justice history. The unforgettable Bronco chase, followed by the infamous murder trial, left an indelible mark on popular culture. In this second part, they explore the prosecution's missteps and the defense's strategic use of the race card, shaping one of the most watched trials of all time. June 17, 1994, forever etched in memory, as the Bronco chase unfolded. With news helicopters trailing O.J. Simpson's white Ford Bronco along Los Angeles freeways, the world watched in suspense. This surreal scene foreshadowed the drama that would unfold in the courtroom. The prosecution faced the challenge of proving O.J. Simpson's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. However, several missteps marred their efforts. Mishandling crucial evidence, like the ill-fitting glove Simpson tried on in court, weakened their case. The mishandling of blood samples and issues with evidence collection raised doubts about its integrity, casting doubt on the entire case. The defense, led by Johnnie Cochran, played the race card effectively, transforming the trial into a racial flashpoint. Alleging racial bias and misconduct within the police force, Cochran created doubt among jurors. The memorable line, "If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit," tapped into societal grievances and questioned the credibility of the prosecution's case. The televised trial became a global sensation. Media coverage dissected every aspect, blurring the line between journalism and entertainment. Public opinion became deeply divided, often along racial lines. The trial symbolized broader issues of race, wealth, and privilege. Supporters believed in Simpson's innocence, while others viewed him as a guilty celebrity evading justice. We all know how fearsome Johnnie Cochran was. The documentaries, the stories that resonate thru our community provided an insight into his ability to excel even in the face of unimaginable odds. Did he speak this life, this spirit into his kids? Did he leave us with spoiled and privileged humans? Listen to my conversation with his daughter Tiffany Cochran Edwards. The apple didn't fall far, actually it's still holding on to one of Johnnie's branches. She is pleasant, kind, yet the warrior spirit resonates thru her. She is relentless, lacking any sense of privilege. Johnnie made her like this.
Let's take a trip back to 2005 where we talk about the Robosapian, Johnnie Cochran, Guitar Hero and the best (and worst) of the movies and music of that year.
RESPONSE TO MECHEE X CONCLUSION IN TASHA K INTERVIEW FOR BLACK PEOPLE TO CONSIDER: NOW I'M NOT CALLING PEOPLE OF THIS ILK FOOLS. SHE IS ARTICULATE AND PASSIONATE. HOWEVER, THIS IS FOOLS' LOGIC OR FALLACY WHEN DRAWN TO ITS LOGICAL CONCLUSION. BE WEARY OF SUCH PEOPLE OR IDEOLOGIES. LOOK AT WHAT HAPPENED TO DR. KHALLID MUHAMMAD; THE BLACK PANTHERS (NEW AND OLD); MALCOLM X (WHO LEFT THE NATION TO JOIN AN AFRO-CENTRIC ARMED REVOLUTION); AND CURRENTLY WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO GRAND MASTER JAY (NFAC). THESE ARE ALL PEOPLE SILENCED BY INCARCERATION AND/OR MYSTERIOUS DEATHS —OR BOTH. LOOK EVEN FURTHER HISTORICALLY: THE STONO REBELLION 1739; THE NEW YORK CONSPIRACY 1741; GABRIEL PROSSER CONSPIRACY 1800; GERMAN COAST UPRISING 1811; NAT TURNER'S REBELLION 1831. EVEN NON-VIOLENT RESISTANCE AND REVOLUTIONARY THINKERS: MARTIN LUTHER KING; JOHNNIE COCHRAN; PROFESSOR AMOS WILSON, ETC. ALL ARE GONE AND WE ARE NO CLOSER TO A REAL AND TANGIBLE FREEDOM, JUSTICE AND EQUALITY. LOOK AT THE ARMED REVOLUTION OF WHITE PEOPLE FROM JOHN BROWN (1859) TO THE WEATHERMEN UNDERGROUND (1969-1980) THAT WERE ALL CRUSHED, KILLED, DISMANTLED, OR INCARCERATED. YOU CAN NOT PHYSICALLY FIGHT WHITE SUPREMACY WHEN IT IS IN THE VERY NATURE OF THEIR THINKING ABOUT THEMSELVES AND THE SCORN TO WHICH YOU ARE PERCEIVED BY SUCH INDOCTRINATION. THIS STRUGGLE IS MENTAL AND MUST BE ERADICATED FROM THE PERSPECTIVE THAT ITS PARADIGM SO ERRONEOUSLY SUGGESTS. THEREFORE, YOU CAN NOT HIT, HURT OR DESTROY THE PHYSICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF OPPRESSION WHEN YOU ARE OUTNUMBERED, OUTGUNNED AND NOT TECHNICALLY SAAVY ENOUGH TO BUILD ANYTHING TO COMBAT THE OPPOSITION AND BACKLASH TO SURELY ENSUE. SUCH CONCLUSIONS ARE DELUSIONS OF POWER THAT ARE TANT AMOUNT TO SPITTING IN THE WIND. UNDOUBTEDLY, SUCH SO-CALLED RESISTANCE SPEAKS TO YOUR PASSION NOBLY BUT TO YOUR MIND NOT WISELY. THE ONE SOLUTION THAT WILL WORK AND FORTIFY OUR POSITION HERE IN AMERICA AND THROUGHOUT THE EARTH IS OUR COMMITMENT AND DEDICATION TO EDUCATION IN THE SCIENCES, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND MATHEMATICS. TAKE THIS UNDERSTANDING FOR FREE; BE A THINKER! YOU WONT HAVE TO UNDULY GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY OR ENERGY TO ANY CULT, ANGRY PASSIONATE ZEALOT, MUSEUMS, SCHOOLS OR NARCISSISTS. STOP GIVING ANGRY HURT PEOPLE AN AUDIENCE. THAT GOES FOR EVERYONE MENTIONED —INCLUDING THE ONE MAKING THE ACCUSATIONS IN THE INTERVIEW. STOP BELIEVING PEOPLES BULLSHIT! ALL OF THEM ARE SELLING YOU DREAMS! IT IS WISER TO LOVE THEM ALL IN THEIR MISUNDERSTANDING OF POWER AND DESTINY —EVEN OUR BELOVED TASHA K. WE ALL FALL SHORT OF THAT GLORY. In the first-ever, face-to-face episode, Mirena invites business and legal mogul Keith Givens of The Cochran Firm to The Heart of Law. While he calls himself "a custodian of the brand of Johnnie Cochran," faithfully overseeing the 50-year-old Cochran dynasty, Keith is no slouch himself. With a master's degree in Psychology and another graduate degree in Business from Georgia Tech, his aptitude did not go unnoticed by a professor who corralled him into pursuing law despite his disinterest in the field. Who would have thought a gigantic, old oak tree would pave the way for his accidental success as a plaintiff lawyer? After four decades of making history with his friends Jack Smith and Johnnie Cochran, they turn the legal world upside-down and inside-out, helping hundreds of clients and winning billions of dollars in settlements. Throughout the show, we listen to Keith paying extraordinary homage to the superstar litigator, Johnnie Cochran. While Keith walks us through Johnnie's fame and courageous battle against cancer, we find ourselves shocked at the otherworldly work ethic of a genius who refused to let death overcome his mission. Keith says, “ … [Johnnie is] our greatest asset and ally.” During the deep dive, our astute host asks Keith to describe the delicate balance between the business of law and the practice of law. We have to agree with Mirena; Keith makes it all look effortless—even after he says, "It's very hard to run 42 law firms in a way that they're all kind of humming together.” After all, who else can say they head 42 successful firms? Meanwhile, even as he talks about the joys of running the conglomeration with his sons (and a few other family members), Keith keenly gives sage advice on risk measurement and management, superior research and preparation, and not having an aversion to courtroom losses. Steadily providing credit to the brand and reputation of his progenitor, Keith gives five core values (or the 5 “C's”) he fiercely upholds at The Cochran Firm: Commitment, Client-Focused, Compassion, Competence, and Community. As Keith consistently understates his role in the Cochran empire—recalling Johnnie's humility, motivation, compassion, focus, and dedication to family—we cannot help but admire our modest herald who refuses to call attention to himself. Perhaps, even if he doesn't care to admit it, he has all these splendid qualities himself. As far as we know, like the old oak tree that marked his journey into law, Keith Givens stands stalwart and steadfast “providing tremendous shade” and deeply rooted into our American way of life. EPISODE SURVEY [00:03:09] Humble beginnings and a serendipitous journey to law[00:12:52] Keith's friendship and partnership with Johnnie Cochran[00:35:37] The future of the Cochran firm[00:40:50] Navigating the balance between litigation and business[00:54:25] Working as a lawyer alongside two sons[01:12:32] The five core values of success for trial lawyers QUOTABLE QUOTES: “Our core and our continued focus on what we do well and enjoy is not going to change.” “Never risk more than you can afford to lose.” “In our firm and in my professional life … my legacy is not nearly as important as my obligation to recognize, promote, protect the brand … and the legacy of Johnnie Cochran … I think what he stood for as a man and what he represented as a lawyer over decades of his service is something that, if I spend the rest of my professional career trying to give that honor and recognition and live up to those standards then that makes me happy.” “In order to be successful, you have to be committed to whatever you're going to do.” “When you make it, from a business standpoint … you never become bulletproof and invincible because there's always a project that will and can wash you up … ” “ … You can't possibly calculate all of the things that could happen over time. So you need to stay humble. You need to stay alert. You need to stay open to all … changes.” “Capital is important to success ... you can't do a lot of good if you're not doing pretty well yourself.” “You have to understand this is a service industry ... It's not about the lawyer … it's not really about the system. You just have to function within it and use the system [because] it's about the client.” “Dial into the community of what you are doing … and not giving back. It's giving. I mean, there should be a level of unconditional giving. Giving back implies that somebody's giving something to you, and you've got to give back. It's more important to give than it is to think in terms of giving back.” “Being a trial lawyer and protecting the right to trial by jury, fighting for the Constitution, everything associated with justice is extremely noble and very right and very good. But if you do not recognize the business aspect of what we do, you're not going to be well enough financially or otherwise, or even develop the infrastructure to best serve the clients.” ABOUT OUR GUEST: Co-founder and Managing Partner of The Cochran Firm P.C. One part didn't do David Kaplan justice. That's why “Tell me a story I don't know” needed two to encompass just a fraction of what “Kap” has accomplished during his illustrious career. He tells stories in such vivid detail and there's a reason for it: Kaplan claims he has a photographic memory! So his description of breaking a story that never happened is so nuanced and colorful. Kaplan wound up submarining a trade of Scottie Pippen for Shawn Kemp. But there's more such as his desire to to interview someone the rest of his WGN Radio co-horts passed on..one involving Johnnie Cochran, the man who defended the notorious OJ Simpson.Kaplan has interviewed thousands but the ones that got away were Michael Jordan and George Steinbrenner but there's the “Big Whale” still out there Kaplan would like to lasso and you'll find out by downloading and subscribing.Kaplan continues his dominance in Chicago media as the co-host of “Kap and Hood” on WMVP radio along with his myriad other jobs and rabid postings on social media. And one could imagine his rolodex of contacts growing. He has some 16,000! There's no one like him so please enjoy part two with “Kap”.
