È iniziato ieri MICAM Milano, il salone internazionale della calzatura, dal 18 al 21 febbraio a Fiera Milano (Rho) si prepara ad accogliere buyer da 150 Paesi. Con 923 brand, di cui 464 italiani e 459 internazionali, provenienti principalmente da Spagna, Turchia, Brasile, Germania e Portogallo. Micam avviene in contemporanea con altre 5 fiere (sempre a Rho Fiera Milano) che sono: Mipel (borse) The One (pellicce) Lineapelle (concerie, apre domani) Simac (macchinari per calzature, apre domani) Milano Fashion & Jewels (gioielli). Il comparto calzaturiero italiano, grazie ai risultati favorevoli della prima parte dell'anno, chiude il 2023 con il fatturato a 14,6 miliardi di euro, in debole crescita sul 2022 (+0,9%) sostenuto dall'export, che si attesta a 12,8 miliardi (+1,1% a valore). Bene il saldo commerciale (5,8 miliardi, +7,3%), ma stentano la spesa delle famiglie italiane (-1,5%) e soprattutto i volumi prodotti (che hanno annullato il recupero del 2022 tornando a 148 milioni di paia, -8,6%) e quelli esportati (-10,6%), in sensibile contrazione. Ne parliamo con Giovanna Ceolini, presidente di Assocalzaturifici e di Micam.Ferretti: fa il bis con la scuola dei mestieri per formare giovaniInsegniamo il saper fare italiano , così Alberto Galassi, Ceo di Ferretti Gorup, ha descritto il progetto La scuola dei Mestieri durante la call per la presentazione dei risultati dell esercizio 2023. Si tratta di un progetto rivolto ai giovani tra i 18 e i 29 anni che vogliono intraprendere una carriera nell industria italiana degli yacht. Dopo il successo della prima edizione a Forlì e il successivo lancio nelle sedi di Mondolfo e Sarnico, il Gruppo ha dato il via alla seconda edizione a novembre", ha continuato Galassi. Lo scopo della nuova edizione è stato quello di concentrarsi principalmente sul cantiere di Ravenna, appena acquisito, con l'obiettivo di far crescere la forza lavoro in vista della prossima piena funzionalità prevista per la fine di quest anno, ha concluso. Il Gruppo Ferretti ha infatti acquisito nell'ultimo anno un'area produttiva di 100 mila metri quadrati a Ravenna per aumentare ulteriormente la capacità produttiva del Gruppo del 10%. Lo scrive ArcelorMittal in una mail rivolta a Invitalia che ha inviato al ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy l'istanza per richiedere l'amministrazione straordinaria dell'ex Ilva. Ieri infatti Invitalia, il socio pubblico dell azienda, ha inoltrato questa sera al ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy la lettera con cui attivare la procedura di amministrazione straordinaria. Tecnicamente si tratta di una istanza per le conseguenti valutazioni tecniche e amministrative per la procedura di commissariamento di Acciaierie d Italia Spa. Nella sostanza, si tratta del gesto con cui, appunto, si procede al commissariamento dell ex Ilva. «Abbiamo preso atto della indisponibilità del socio privato ArcelorMittal, a contribuire a garantire la continuità aziendale o a sciogliere la joint-venture in modo equilibrato», affermano fonti di Invitalia. Si entra dunque in una settimana che vedrà il governo lunedì sera incontrare le aziende dell indotto e i sindacati. E, poi, occorrerà realizzare l intera procedura che porterà la guida di Acciaierie d Italia Spa nelle mani di tre commissari e, almeno momentaneamente, sotto il controllo dello Stato. Invitalia, prosegue il socio privato, "non ha condiviso la sua intenzione con il board di Acciaierie d'Italia che si è tenuto" di recente e nessuna informazione è arrivata a tal proposito. "Si tratta - si legge nella mail - di una grave violazione dell'accordo di investimento". Intanto in queste ore il Sottosegretario alla Presidenza del Consiglio, Alfredo Mantovano, preside per il governo le riunioni in calendario per oggi pomeriggio sulla questione dell'ex Ilva. Jonathan Galassi is an acclaimed poet, translator, and longtime publisher at Farrar, Straus and Giroux who has built a life around the art of language. His poetry, described as “direct and plain-spoken,” by The New York Times, is known for illuminating the human experience and its multitudes, from nature and fatherhood to love and partnership. In addition to poetry, Galassi is a novelist. His newest book, School Days, asks fundamental questions about love and sex, friendship and rivalry, desire and power, and the age-old dance of benevolence and attraction between teacher and student. In School Days, Sam Brandt is a long-term resident of Connecticut's renowned Leverett School. As an English teacher, he has dedicated his life to providing his students with the same challenges, encouragement, and sense of possibility that helped him and his friends become themselves at the school half a lifetime ago. When Sam is asked to help investigate a charge involving the abuse of one of his former classmates by a teacher, Sam is flooded with memories of his closest friends and mentors. Sam's search for the truth becomes a quest to get at the heart of Leverett, then and now. The school changed enormously over the years, but at its core lie assumptions about privilege and responsibility untested for more than a century. And Sam's assumptions about his own life are shaken, too, as he struggles to understand what really happened all those years ago. Jonathan Galassi is the President and Publisher at Farrar, Straus and Giroux. Previously, he worked in publishing at Random House and Houghton Mifflin, later joining FSG, where he also served as editor-in-chief and executive editor before becoming president. He is also a poet and a translator of poetry, especially for the works by Giacomo Leopardi and Eugenio Montale. His poetry has earned him the Guggenheim Fellowship and the position of Honorary Chariman for the Academy of American Poets. He is the recipient of the Maxwell E. Perkins Award, which recognizes an editor, publisher, or agent who “has discovered, nurtured and championed writers of fiction in the U.S.” His first novel, Muse, was published in 2015, and he is the author of three poetry collections. Juan Carlos Reyes is an essayist and fiction writer who has published the novella A Summer's Lynching and the collection Elements of a Bystander. His essays and short stories have appeared in West Branch, Waccamaw, Florida Review, and Moss, among others. He received an Artist Trust Storyteller Grant and a PEN USA Emerging Voices Fellowship and is the most recent Board President of Seattle City of Literature. He has taught creative writing with the Alabama Prison Arts + Education Project and with Stetson University's MFA of the Americas and is currently an Assistant Professor of Creative Writing at Seattle University. O Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento (Mapa) realiza a 1ª Semana do Leite, evento nacional com o lema “Leite e Derivados: Alimentos que fazem o Brasil crescer”. O objetivo é valorizar ainda mais o potencial do segmento leiteiro. A ministra Tereza Cristina, reforçou no lançamento da campanha nesta terça-feira (4) na sede do Mapa, que além de mostrar os benefícios nutricionais do leite, a campanha tem como objetivo apresentar para quem mora na cidade o trabalho do produtor rural. O objetivo é compartilhado pelo presidente da Associação Brasileira de Supermercados (Abras), João Galassi, que disse que a ação vai além do foco das vendas promocionais. Atualmente, 99% dos 5.570 municípios brasileiros são produtores de leite e, entre os mais de 1 milhão de produtores nacionais, a maioria é da agricultura familiar. O presidente da Associação Brasileira dos Produtores de Leite (Abraleite), Geraldo Borges destacou a grandeza do evento para mostrar à sociedade a importância do leite para saúde humana. Para o presidente da Organização das Cooperativas Brasileiras (OCB), Márcio Lopes, o principal objetivo da campanha é a integração do setor. Back in July, at 37 weeks pregnant, Elisa, attended my prenatal yoga class in which we spoke of the importance of keeping an open mind about one's birth plan.
