To the shock of precisely no one that doesn't listen to mainstream media 8 hours a day, Trump prevailed over VP Kackles, and in "mandate" level fashion. Despite the fact that he made tremendous gains amongst every major demographic, won every single swing state, won red states by wider margins than he did in 2016, and won not only the Electoral College but also the popular vote by a wider margin than Hillary won it over him in 2016, the TDS hysterics seem hell-bent on learning as little from this result as they apparently learned from their loss in 2016. For them, it's still all about racism, fascism, and stupid Trump supporters that didn't realize how good of a thing they had going with the Bush, Cheney, Clinton, and Obama crime family endorsed Kamala. In this all-encompassing reaction episode, we discuss everything the leftists should have learned, why the Libertarian Party had such a poor showing, and what we will now do to hold Trump accountable to his liberty-oriented campaign promises. The work didn't end with the good election night results, it is just now beginning. Don't Get Locked Into a Bad Rate: This Is the Right Way to Do a Syndication w/Jason Yarusi

Syndication has always been an attractive vehicle for investors. You benefit from economies of scale without giving up a ton of money and get access to deals you couldn't if you did it alone.   The only problem is: the economy we're in has put massive stress on the model. Syndication relies on a solid exit, but it can be hard to achieve in an unpredictable market.   Banks are having a hard time pricing deals in this environment. Investors run the risk of being locked into a bad rate, with a pricey exit. The vehicle is also prone to fear and greed which can tank the value of an investment.   Is there a way to build flexibility into the deal so you're not stuck in the market? Will syndication survive investors pulling their liquidity out? In this episode, Private Fund Manager, Jason Yarusi shares how he's accumulated 2700+ apartments in 7 years, his incredible backstory, and why he wakes up at 4:32 am every single day. We also discuss the weaknesses of syndication and the strategies Jason put in place to mitigate them in advance.   In order to safeguard our syndications, we take flexibility into account with the deals we're doing. It gives us an opportunity to react to the market instead of being stuck in it. -Jason Yarusi    Things You'll Learn In This Episode    - 4-3-2-1 Go After constantly repeating chaotic cycles and getting burned out on transactional jobs, how did Jason change his life? Why does he wake up at 4:32 am every single day?    -Succeed, amplify then build momentum  So many people are doing syndications, but they aren't all built the same. How did Jason get the process dialed in before he expanded?    -Protect against fear and greed Life happens and people will need liquidity. This typically leads to solid investments losing their value. Is there a way to set-up a syndication so people can't prematurely pull money out?    -How to safeguard syndication  With everything happening in the economy, it's easy for an investor to get locked into a  bad deal. Can we build in flexibility even if it's more pricey on the front end?    Guest Bio Jason Yarusi is a Private Fund Manager overseeing a $285 million Multifamily Real Estate portfolio at Yarusi Holdings. Since 2017, we've acquired 2,700+ apartment units. Beyond work, I'm an ultra runner and fitness enthusiast, hosting The Multifamily Live Podcast and leading the 7 Figure Multifamily Mastermind. Building a business in your hometown“You don't need a huge instagram audience or email list…you can grow a thriving business rooted in the physical PLACE and community you're in.”- ShinahI have three stories for you today - all students of mine - all building calligraphy businesses very much based in their physical home towns. And those communities aren't huge. In fact, two of them are in pretty RURAL areas. Listen in to find out how they're doing it. (I also give you the lowdown on the Burning Man Mudpocalypse that I just escaped from - p.s. it was amazing)Here are the three inspiring business owners I'm telling you about today:Dani (@RogueLetters) - Took my calligraphy courses back in 2018, started her calligraphy business in 2019 and has just now opened her very own calligraphy BOUTIQUE in Worcestershire, UK. It's not something she ever thought would happen for her… but she's feeling “so happy” about it. Amanda (@handletteringwithamanda) - Through business coaching with me, she finally felt empowered to really GO AFTER her calligraphy business… even though she literally lives on a FARM in a rural area. She just set up a lovely outdoor space under a sprawling tree on her property to teach calligraphy workshops and is collaborating with nearby pumpkin patches and coffee shops to expand her biz.Stacie (@kotoba.creates) - Lives in Oahu, Hawaii and has always focused on growing her business more locally. She does signage for neighborhood restaurants and just got a laser engraver so she could partner with local shops and create customized gifts. Your business doesn't have to be huge and online-famous in order to be fulfilling (and bring in life-changing income.) I hope this gives you a look at how wide the opportunities are when you finally let yourself believe that it might be possible for you ;)---Want to go beyond basics and develop your own signature calligraphy style? My Modern Calligraphy 201 INTERMEDIATE COURSE is open for enrollment through this Sunday, September 17, 2023!---FOLLOW SHINAH: Follow along with my Radical Business Experiment of 2023 over on Instagram:  @crookedcalligraphySUBSCRIBE:Love podcasts? Thanks for joining the conversation as we discus what it means to seek first the Kingdom of God. Learning the cultural and missional meaning of “seek first the kingdom of God” is the greatest foundational truth any follower of King Jesus could learn. To better understand the Kingdom of God we will take time discussing all the different verses and concepts that speak of it. Here are a few key verses we will be looking at today: Matt 4:17 From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.” Matt 4:23 Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people. Col 1:13 The Father has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son Matt 6:33 Pursue, go after and seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. - SEEK: Pursue, Go After passionately. FIRST: (prōtos) in time, place, order or importance ; before anything else is done; first of all: Matt 13:44-46 “The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up. Then in his joy he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. 45 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant in search of fine pearls, 46 who, on finding one pearl of great value, went and sold all that he had and bought it. ----------------------- You can email us at: info@pursueGOD.com LEARN MORE: www.pursueGOD.com

This week's episode jumps right into hearing from one of our presenters at the Evening of Encouragement held in March 2020. Marnie shared her message- No, You're Not to Old to Go After a Dream or Clean Up Your Mess. Marnie is one of my favorite people. Her ability to share hard moments so vulnerably is beautiful. Her sweet husband even came to listen to her. The pure love and admiration he had on his face while listening was beautiful. I know you will love hearing from her!

When it comes to the online space, I hear it DAILY... "Ann, there are so many people who do what I do" "Ann, how will I ever stand out in" "Ann, I posted, went live, did the thing, where's the sales" Look, I am the first person to tell you (with love of course) this is an act of entitlement. To take an action and then sit back and WAIT for something to be handed to you is an act of entitlement. If it was that easy, everyone would be successful on a beach somewhere. The truth is, it takes effort, resilience, consistency, and hunger to create success in the online space. There is no 'Sit back and wait' because you'll be waiting forever. You have to GO AFTER what you want. One thing we focus on over here at Sell Like A Rebel is HUMAN CONNECTION. 2-way conversations! We've done it our entire lives and it's the ONLY ONLY ONLY strategy that is never wavered or changed. It's the ONE strategy that can be applied anywhere, anyhow, anytime and get you results. The problem is that MOST entrepreneurs hide behind their computers, lonely, pretending to be someone their not and automating everything because they want to CONVERSATE as minimal as possible. Sure they make some money, but don't think for one second they're not hustling DAILY, pouring money into ads like a Crackhead looking for their next hit and chasing clients down like the plague - because they are! They're super MONEY focused (NOT people-focused) and that is NOT sustainable no matter how you slice it! Let's talk about this! Enjoy the episode!
