Hennes tips är att välja ekologiskt och blågult. Miljömärkt gäller för fisken, menar marinbiologen Inger Melander, som väljer bort den norska laxen, som ändå har blivit mer hållbar på senare tid. Men WWF ger den norska laxen fortsatt gult ljus i sin fiskguide. Släng inte granen i sjön, utan låt den få ett nytt liv som bränsle när granen kastas ut. Och visst kan julklapparna vara mer cirkulära och återvinnas. Ännu bättre är att tillverka egna i trä eller ta till vara ull som värmer skönt när el ska sparas.

Today is a real treat for me, because Gustav is one of my best friends and one of the best people I know. Gustav Melander is regarded as one of Europe's most talented young trumpet players. Having studied with Bo Nilsson and Prof. Håkan Hardenberger at the Malmö Academy of Music, since graduating, Gustav has gone on to become one of the most in demand players. Currently the tenured Co-principal Trumpet of the Malmö Symphony Orchestra, Gustav also regularly features with other Scandinavian Orchestras such as the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra, Royal Stockholm Philharmonic and Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra. As a soloist, Melander performs regularly and has made notable solo appearances making his debut in 2014 with the Malmö Academy of Music Symphony Orchestra and in December 2016 performed Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 2 with the Malmö Symphony Orchestra. Tässä jaksossa Uskon askeleita ohjelmasarjan toimittaja Mikko Matikainen käy kolme keskustelua Imatran Helluntaiseurakunnan pastorin Petri Melanderin kanssa. Kertoi niistä ja sai anteeksi ja vanhemmat siunasi uskon tielle. Turvallinen usko murentui äidin masennuksen vuoksi, kun äiti teki itsemurhan epätoivonsa keskellä. Petri käänsi Jumalalle selkänsä ja tarttui alkoholiin. Nämä asiat korjaantuivat myöhemmin. Petri kertoi myös perheestään ja rukousvastuksesta, kun hän laittoi vaimonsa Ulla-Maijan kanssa rukouslaput Jerusalemin itkumuurin rakoihin. Ohjelman toisessa osuudessa Petri Melander kertoo, miten hän lopulta vapautui alkoholista. Raamatun pyhillä on myös omat varjonsa ja vaikeutensa. Silti Jumala käytti heitä. Hän on vaikeuksissa läsnä. L10T varustaa ja rohkaisee tavallisia ihmisiä elämään Jeesuksen seuraajina itselleen luontevilla tavoilla. Imatralla innostuttiin tästä ja varattiin koulutus. Salasiunaaminen sykähdyttää ja vaikuttaa. Petri kertoi tästä pari esimerkkiä. L10T juttuja jatketaan Imatran Helluntaiseurakunnassa eteenpäin, kun valmistaudutaan mediamissioon. Ohjelman kolmannessa osuudessa Petri Melander kertoi tarkemmin siitä, miten hän opiskeli Kuopion konservatoriossa musiikin teoriaa ja opetti sitä 17 vuotta muille. Lapsuudessa saatu kutsu toimia pastorina kuitenkin poltteli sisällä. Hän opiskeli Iso Kirja opistossa Keuruulla työnsä ohessa. Sitten hän näki Imatran Helluntaiseurakunnan hakevan pastoria. Tämä oli Jumalan kutsu. Siksi Petri on nyt toiminut tuon seurakunnan pastorina 7 vuotta. Tämän lisäksi puhuimme myös siitä mitä valtakunnallinen mediamissio pitää sisällään innostuen ja innostaen toisiamme siitä. Uskon askeleita ohjelmissa rukoillaan esiin nousevien asioiden puolesta ja annetaan rohkaisua kristityn arkeen. Ohjelman lopuksi annetaan virkkeitä ja ajatuksia, joita voi soveltaa omaan elämäänsä.
