Lotterivinsten påverkade en enda hälsoaspekt Han och hans kollega testade en mängd saker, men det var faktiskt bara en enda sak som de mätte som verkligen stack ut. Utplåna skillnader i ohälsa till 2050En enig riksdag beslutade 2018 att de hälsogap, alltså den ojämlikhet som finns i hälsa, bland Sveriges befolkning idag skulle vara utplånade inom en generation. I veckans avsnitt är näringsfysiologen Kristina Andersson tillbaka. Hon har nu kommit med en ny faktabok som heter “Hunger- hur du överlistar en uråldrig kraft i en tid av överflöd”.Vi pratar om hur hjärnan reagerar utifrån att den tror att vi lever i en värld med brist på mat fast det i stora delar av världen är ett överflöd på mat. Kristina delar med sig av massor av vetenskaplig forskning som visar på vårt beteende och hur vi istället kan tänka och förstå för att lättare hålla oss till mat vi mår bra av och som är gott. Vi får en förståelse för hur vår hjärna reagerar på smak, vad vi ser och vad vi minns. Om vi förstår det så blir det betydligt lättare, inte enkelt, men iallafall lättare att hålla oss till den kost som ger oss en sund och bra livsstil. Det är brist på fröer från vilda blommor i Sverige, och det är ett hinder för att öka den biologiska mångfalden. Men det finns mycket vi kan lära av andra länder när det gäller att lösa fröbristen. Nästan all ängsmark som fanns tidigare i Sverige har försvunnit i och med omställningen till ett modernt jordbrukslandskap. Nu vill man få tillbaka mer blomrik mark i landskapet för att öka den biologiska mångfalden i landet och hjälpa pollinatörer och andra insekter. Problemet är bara att det fattas frön att så ut på nya platser.Men fröbristen går att lösa. Naturvårdsbiologen Cassandra Hallman berättar om de insamlingar av frön som görs systematiskt i USA. En strid om ett så kallat förmögenhetsregister har satt ljus på att Sverige sticker ut internationellt med sina låga skatter som gynnar de allra rikaste med stora förmögenheter. – De svenska skattereglerna för verksamhetsägare är bland de bästa i Europa. När Sverige på 80-talet började förändra skattesystemet och till sist slopade förmögenhetsskatten, det var som att Sverige plötsligt upptäckte en stor oljefyndighet, det säger Jens Rugseth, norsk företagare och miljardär, när Konflikts reporter i förra avsnittet träffade honom i Schweiz, dit han flytt för att undkomma Norges höjda förmögenhetsskatt.Jens Rugseth ser med avund på det svenska skattesystemet, där Sverige har tagit bort flera skatter på kapital de senaste årtiondena.– Vi är det land i västvärlden som sänkt skatten mest på tillgångar. Vi har tagit bort fastighetsskatt, förmögenhetsskatt, arvsskatt och gåvoskatt, säger Andreas Cervenka, ekonomijournalist och författare.Infekterad strid om ett förmögenhetsregister2019 gav riksdagen regeringen i uppdrag att utreda hur ett register skulle kunna upprättas över hushållens tillgångar och skulder. Det var efter att Riksbanken och Finansinspektionen, bland andra, sagt att ett sånt här register behövs för att förhindra en finanskris. Många trodde att det skulle gå obemärkt förbi, i stället har det skapat stor debatt, där flera remissinstanser varit väldigt kritiska. En av dem är Svenskt Näringsliv.– Jag blev bekymrad. De företagare jag träffar ofta säger samma sak. Det skickar negativa signaler. Att man ska registrera något som i förlängningen kan leda till att man ska återinföra förmögenhetsskatten och som är ett ganska grovt integritetsgrepp, säger Johan Fall, chef på Svenskt Näringslivs skattedelegation.
