Dr. Kiltz is the founder, director, and practicing physician at CNY Fertility. He is a previous clinical faculty member at UCSF Medical School and a current clinical faculty member at University of Syracuse Medical School. Dr. Kiltz is a passionate advocate of the ketogenic/carnivore diet for fertility and overall health and wellness. Through decades of clinical practice, hediscovered that infertility (and virtually all otherdiseases we humans suffer from) are caused primarily by the foods we eat and the frequency at which we consume them. Dr. Kiltz believes that optimal human nutrition is obtained from eating a carnivore diet centered around fatty animal foods. Eating this way provides optimal nutrition while avoiding unhealthy carbohydrates, vegetable oils, and plant toxins. Ideally, this is combined with intermittent feasting, eating one meal a day (OMAD). This has inspired him to share how eating the B.E.B.B.I.S. diet and evolving one's lifestyle habits can vastly improve fertility and overall health through his keto carnivore support community, Kiltz Mighty Tribe. Dr. Kiltz has a prolific blog in the keto carnivore space and has published several different books on a variety of topics including his most recent cookbook collaboration with Maria Emmerich, the Keto for Fertility Cookbook. He also launched his own line of grass-fed, pasture-raised, nutritional supplements, Doctor Kiltz Nutritional Solutions. Dr. Kiltz hosts an interview series, Carnivore Conversations, which is broadcast on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and all major podcast platforms. Carnivore Conversations is a radical and enlightening examination of how the keto/carnivore diet can help to improve a wide range of complex health and environmental issues contributed to by the Standard American Diet (SAD). Live from the No Panic Zone—I'm Steve Gruber—I am America's Voice—God Bless America—God Bless You and let's do this! This is the Steve Gruber show— And I'm here to flush out the lying politicians—the tech giants—and the babbling herd of sheep— Here are three big things you need to know right now— ONE— A band of radical White Supremacists are rounded up and arrested in Idaho—as they were planning an attack on a gay pride rally—they were found hiding in a rented panel truck by state police— TWO— Home Depot wins in court—after it told employees they could not wear black lives matter shirts and other such politically charged symbols while on the clock— THREE— Gas is over $5 a gallon for the national average— in fact today the new all-time record high set again—at $5.02—Diesel is $5.75 AND – California is almost $6.50 on average—and 5 more states are closing in on $6 a gallon for statewide averages— and that is just the beginning— Inflation is higher than is than it's been for more than a generation— the 8.6% year over year mark is the worst it's been since December of 1981—when the economy was trying to climb out of the failed policies of Democrat President Jimmy Carter— But unlike late 1981— the inflation rate today shows no signs of slowing down any time soon—but instead appears to be picking up speed as the socialist policies of the Biden White House are imploding on top of ordinary Americans and their families— While wages are going up—all of those gains are being wiped out by skyrocketing prices just about everywhere you look— And the worst part is—helpless Joe Biden and his band of nitwits in the West Wing—seem determined to keep on the same course—no matter who gets hurt or how badly— In fact, for millions of Americans today—this is something they have never seen before—and it's something they don't like—this is Joe Biden's America—circa 2022— What we are witnessing in the United States is the Great Re-Set but its not the one imagined by The World Economic Forum—or by the pontificating windbags behind the doors of the teachers lounges or the ranting professors lecturing us all on the dangers of whiteness and the alleged rise of domestic terror under the flag of white supremacy— No The Great Re-Set we are seeing in America is a hunger for the freedoms laid out in The Constitution—a flat out across the board rejection of socialists—socialism and the entire Big Brother government machine— Americans of all backgrounds—all colors—all creeds—all levels of education—all religions—all of us are collectively joining together in ever larger groups—rejecting the statist mentality of the left wing Democrats— We are saying no to Joe Biden—No to Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, AOC, Ilhan Omar, George Soros, Merrick Garland, Barack Obama, Michael Moore and all the rest of the loudmouth big government windbags that want to secure their own power and wealth by stealing yours— American is resetting—to the principals of the founding fathers— We are rejecting open borders and war without end—we are saying no to building other nations while out own citizens are suffering— We are saying no to exploding gas prices and failing energy policies we are saying no to every damned bit of it— We re preparing for a great re-set—and right now my number of GOP seats picked up in the House of Representatives is 58—yes—that is far more than anyone else is willing to tell you—BUT I do the homework and I can do the math—58 is my number right now— In the Senate the pickup is 5—which is also more than anyone else will tell you—because they quite honestly don't have the balls to tell it to you straight— The Great Re-Set is coming alright and its coming in two parts—first in 22 and the next chapter in 24—when 7 more seats in the senate will go red—along with more House seats— There are so many reasons that less than 18 months in—Joe Biden's Presidency is effectively over already—
Surging gas and food prices are pointing to a less than ideal summer for most Americans. According to AAA, the national average for a gallon of unleaded gas in the United States right now is $4.81. Diesel is currently averaging $5.61 a gallon. As high as this seems, sadly the forecast is only moving toward higher numbers throughout the summer driving season.J.P. Morgan is forecasting a national average for a gallon of unleaded gas to hit $6.20 a gallon by Labor Day. Which means the outlook for a fun summer could be bleak as Americans tighten up their budgets and hunker down to compensate for the high cost of gas and food. The team at 5 Things sat down with USA TODAY reporter Medora Lee to talk about some of the reasons behind the high gas prices, what could make it worse and if there is an end in sight. For more gas price coverage click here including some of Medora's articles click here, here, and here.To learn more about Medora click here.
