After protesters showed up outside the station demanding he be fired, Clay delivers one of his most direct and unapologetic opening segments to date. He addresses the protest head-on and makes it crystal clear that he has zero intention of backing down or softening his message. Clay runs through the long list of topics that have made him a target over the years — calling out culture rot, the breakdown of the family, fatherlessness, crime, degeneracy, and defending law enforcement. He also doubles down on his criticism of the LGBTQ agenda, which he has dubbed “Rainbow Supremacy.” He then delivers a clear message to everyone who has ever been offended by his show: he is not sorry, and he will not apologize. Clay closes the segment with a memorable line, telling his critics they can talk about their Bible, their Johns, and their Pauls — but if they keep fucking around with him, they're going to learn about FAFO 3:16. This opening is a strong declaration that Clay Edwards is staying exactly who he is. Full episode available now @savejxn on YouTube & X (Ep #1,228)

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has been formally charged with fraud at the expense of its many donors and to the public's detriment. It's about time. The SPLC allegedly paid informants in organizations like the Ku Klux Klan, effectively aiding the very “hate groups” it professes to oppose.  I can attest from hard personal experience that this so-called “watchdog” has garnered funds by fraudulently branding as “haters” countless individuals and organizations who are simply conservative, and therefore at odds with the SPLC's radical leftist agenda and that of its sharia-supremacist allies.  In short, it's a disreputable instrument of political warfare, with a sordid record of prejudice and hateful behavior towards its own employees.   The Justice Department's investigation of the SPLC is ongoing. Let us pray it fully exposes and ultimately dismantles what I consider to be a thoroughly corrupt and hate-mongering monster.    This is Frank Gaffney.

Send us a textHiking is my happy place. And recently I've fallen in love with South Table Mountain in Golden, Colorado. It's sister, North Table Mountain in my estimation gets five times the foot and bicycle traffic. A month ago, I found a trailhead for South Table that has only a few parking spaces, which guaranteed a peaceful hike! I've done it four times since. My favorite path takes me along an historic ditch, which no longer carries water, and then I take a right and follow the erosion up the side of the mountain. It's a popular place for mountain biking. I watch them plummet the steep elevations and soar over the natural berms. What a thrill. The first time I climbed out of that notch I was exhausted. Surrounded by fog, I drank water and looked ahead on the trail, seeing the silhouette of a man. I was startled. I'd had the trail to myself all morning. I continued toward the man, and soon made out antlers and the long, lean, limbs of a man. It looked like something out of a sci-fi movie. Heart pounding, I kept going, snapping a picture with my phone camera. Finally, feet away, I saw that it was a sculpture of a Native American! He had a deer with antlers draped around his neck, carrying his successful hunt's prize to share with his community. I laid a rock on the base of the sculpture and went up the rest of the trail. That next stretch of the trail? Check out my Instagram feed, because it is a skinny path that leads up an ancient sand dune, I'm talking 200-plus million years old! Hundreds of millions of years ago Colorado was underwater, the floor of a landlocked sea. This took no imagining as I stood on this dried out ocean floor. There were even white shell bits among the petrified dunes. This haunting experience brought me back again and again. At night, I'd fall asleep studying maps as I searched for a new, fresh route up and around South Table Mountain. But after my most recent visit, something happened to me that felt like a scene straight out of a horror movie. And it led me to research the history of South Table Mountain. Soon, I found myself hiking to Castle Rock on weary legs and praying for peace and love to heal the land. Two days later, I'd be back on the slopes to offer a flower to a murder victim. But I'm getting ahead of myself. What to Buy/Read/Listen/Watch NEXTRead about the woman of South Table Mountain, and other meticulously researched books by Carol Turner's on AmazonRecent Trouble at South Table Mountain (2024)Woman's remains found on South Table Mountain - blogpostHave you tried the GoodPods app yet? What are the legal implications of the unprecedented mass pardoning of the January 6th rioters? What does it say about American rule of law? President Biden's DOJ prosecuted nearly 1,600 of the January 6, 2021, rioters—many for acts of shocking violence against police and government offices. On January 20, newly sworn-in President Trump, in one of his first official acts, issued a sweeping grant of clemency to all of the rioters charged in connection with the attack on the Capitol attack. He pardoned most defendants and commuted the sentences of 14 members of the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers militia, most of whom had been convicted of seditious conspiracy. The response from some of these violent rioters since the pardons has been alarming.“The people who did this, they need to feel the heat. We need to find and put them behind bars for what they did,” said Enrique Tarrio, the former national Proud Boys leader, sentenced to a 22-year sentence on seditious conspiracy charges, on Alex Jones' podcast soon after his pardon. Our guests today are Stanford Law Professor Shirin Sinnar and former DOJ prosecutor Brendan Ballou.Sinnar's scholarship, including a recent study of hate groups, focuses on the legal treatment of political violence, the procedural dimensions of civil rights litigation, and the role of institutions in protecting individual rights and democratic values in the national security contextBallou was a lawyer at the Department of Justice for five years. He resigned on January 23 soon after President Trump's pardons. In a New York Times opinion essay, he wrote: “For while some convicted rioters seem genuinely remorseful, and others appear simply ready to put politics behind them, many others are emboldened by the termination of what they see as unjust prosecutions. Freed by the president, they have never been more dangerous.” He graduated from Stanford Law in 2016.Links:Shirin Sinnar >>> Stanford Law pageNew York Times piece by Brendan Ballou >>> I Prosecuted the Capitol Rioters. Chicago Police and Hate Groups with Ties to Libya. When many people think of terror groups, they think it wasn't an issue prior to 2001. They are very wrong. And in many Cities what we now refer to as terror groups got their start as organized criminal street gangs.  The interview with Yuri is available as a free podcast on the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show website, Apple Podcasts, Spotify and most major podcast platforms. Check out the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Newsbreak, Medium and most all social media platforms. Chicago is a city with a long history of organized crime, which has faced numerous challenges related to street gangs. Few are aware of the international connections that some of these gangs forged, leading to a dramatic chapter in the city's law enforcement history. One of the most striking cases involves the Black P. Stones gang, which evolved into the El Rukn faction and collaborated with foreign actors, including Libya, in a plot against the United States. Retired Chicago Police Officer, Dr. James F. Pastor is our guest. The Black P. Stones: From Street Gang to Terrorist Group The Black P. Stones were founded in Chicago in the late 1950s as a street gang, but by the 1980s, they had transformed into a more dangerous organization. The gang rebranded as the El Rukn faction, adopting elements of Islamic ideology and aligning with radical causes. Their leader, a powerful and feared figure in Chicago's criminal underworld, was at the center of an infamous conspiracy that connected the gang to the Libyan government. Chicago Police and Hate Groups with Ties to Libya. The interview with Dr. James F. Pastor is available as a free podcast on the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show website, Apple Podcasts, Spotify and most major podcast platforms. One of their leaders is currently serving a 168-year prison sentence for a range of crimes, including murder, drug trafficking, and conspiracy to commit terrorist acts on behalf of Libya. The El Rukn faction even established its headquarters at a temple on South Drexel Avenue, where members plotted and carried out their activities. Libya's Role: A Shocking Conspiracy In the mid-1980s, the El Rukns entered into a conspiracy with the Libyan government, led at the time by Colonel Muammar al-Gaddafi. Libya, hostile toward the United States, sought to orchestrate attacks on American soil but lacked the means to do so. The El Rukns, eager to gain more power and resources, agreed to carry out attacks in exchange for $2.5 million and weapons. What began as a street gang's quest for influence had escalated into a dangerous international terror plot. Keep informed by following the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, MeWe, Pinterest, Newsbreak, Medium and other social media platforms. The FBI, working closely with the Chicago Police Department, uncovered the conspiracy through extensive surveillance and undercover operations. Although their leader was incarcerated for drug-related crimes, investigators discovered that he continued to direct the group's activities from prison. El Rukn members met with Libyan representatives in Panama to solidify the plot, which included plans to obtain military-grade weapons and explosives. Law Enforcement's Response: A Historic Investigation The FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) and Chicago Police Department played crucial roles in dismantling the El Rukn-Libya connection. Chicago law enforcement also took decisive action to prevent the group from carrying out its plans. In 1986, a raid on the group's headquarters resulted in the seizure of multiple weapons, including hand grenades. By 1987, a 50-count indictment was filed against five key El Rukn members, and they were convicted of conspiring to commit terrorist acts on behalf of a foreign government. Chicago Police and Hate Groups with Ties to Libya. Listen to this interview as a free podcast on our website, Apple Podcasts, Spotify and most major podcast platforms. These convictions were historic, marking the first time American citizens had been convicted of plotting terrorist acts for a foreign government. The El Rukn case revealed just how far-reaching the influence of hate groups and criminal organizations could be, even from behind bars. The Role of Chicago Police and Dr. James F. Pastor One of the key figures involved in dismantling the El Rukn conspiracy was retired Chicago Police Officer James F. Pastor. Pastor, who had been investigating gangs in the 1980s, played an instrumental role in uncovering the group's ties to Libya. His involvement highlighted the complexities of policing in a city like Chicago, where local crime and international threats can become dangerously intertwined. Pastor got his Doctorate degree, became a Lawyer and a College Professor. He went on to become an expert in public safety, writing several books on terrorism, policing, and security. His experience, from working the streets of Chicago to tackling global threats, offers valuable insights into the challenges law enforcement faces in an increasingly interconnected world. Chicago Police and Hate Groups with Ties to Libya. Stay in the know by following the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, MeWe, Pinterest, Newsbreak, Medium and other social media platforms. Social Media: A New Frontier for Extremist Groups In today's digital age, the threat posed by hate groups has evolved, with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn becoming hubs for extremist ideologies and criminal networks. These platforms allow such groups to communicate, recruit, and plan illicit activities under the radar, making it harder for law enforcement to track and disrupt their operations. Tech companies are now working to address these concerns. Many of them are reportedly removing hate-related content. Check platforms like Newsbreak and Medium, Apple Podcasts and Spotify in addition to the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast for critical information about exposing such groups, shining a light on the dangerous undercurrents of hate and terrorism that exist online. Vigilance is Key: Learning from Chicago's Past The El Rukn conspiracy is a reminder of how local crime can escalate into global threats. Chicago law enforcement and federal agencies successfully thwarted a potentially devastating attack, but the danger of hate groups and their connections to international actors remains a pressing issue today. As hate groups continue to evolve and leverage new technologies, law enforcement must remain vigilant. Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn must also continue to work closely with authorities to monitor and mitigate the spread of extremist content. As the lines between local crime and global threats blur, lessons from Chicago's past remain more relevant than ever. The collaboration between street gangs and foreign governments is a stark reminder of the unpredictable and dangerous alliances that can form, threatening national security. Chicago Police and Hate Groups with Ties to Libya. The conversation is available as a free podcast on the Law Enforcement Talk Radio how and Podcast website, Apple Podcasts, Spotify and most major podcast platforms. The El Rukn case serves as a testament to the importance of coordinated efforts between local law enforcement, federal agencies, and tech companies in combating both traditional and digital forms of crime and terrorism.
