Anna Duggar used the monitored jail system to send Josh private photos and messages while he served a federal sentence for possessing child sexual abuse material a Homeland Security agent described as among the worst he'd examined. He asked for more. She engaged. Days before sentencing, he was allegedly writing about "taking things up a notch." She never left. She never confronted anyone publicly. She vented in private messages and performed in public. And when Joseph Duggar was arrested on felony charges involving a minor in Florida — charges he has pleaded not guilty to — Anna was the one who emailed him within days, put money on his books, told him which pod was safer, and warned him not to discuss anything legal because everything gets turned over. Her message about Kendra: "She loves you so much."Tony Brueski and Robin Dreeke break down how the Anna model is now allegedly being applied to Kendra. The recorded jail calls show Kendra asking Joseph one thing: do you still love me? Not asking about the nine-year-old girl. Not asking about the allegations. The IBLP framework, the homeschooling system, the forgiveness-over-justice approach — the structure is designed to keep wives in formation. Anna is the proof that it works. But there's a crack. Kendra's own parents allegedly broke from the Duggars and stood with the alleged victim. According to reports, they lost their home and their livelihood for it. That's the price this system allegedly extracts from anyone who chooses accountability over loyalty.Jim Bob's email allegedly called the charges "terrible decisions" and pivoted to getting Kendra's charges dropped. Anna forwarded Josh a message calling his conviction a "victimless crime." She told Josh privately that Jim Bob was a "dead-end road." She saw the machine clearly. She never left it. The question is whether Kendra will.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/ Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? FAN MAIL--We would love YOUR feedback--Send us a Text MessageA billion dollars a year. Hundreds of shell companies. And a program designed to help people stay at home that can be exploited with little more than an NPI number and an LLC. That's the allegation at the heart of today's Mojo Minute, sparked by an investigation into Ohio's Medicaid home health waiver billing and the uncomfortable math hiding in plain sight. We walk through the reported mechanics of the scheme: “providers” clustered at the same addresses, empty buildings tied to huge Medicaid reimbursements, and family-member caregiving arrangements that can be legitimate yet become a low-effort pathway to fraudulent claims when verification is weak. If you care about healthcare fraud, Medicaid oversight, or how public spending can leak through administrative gaps, the details here are both simple and infuriating. Then we widen the lens to the policy side. We talk about how Ohio's Medicaid architecture expanded over time, how oversight can fail to scale with dollars and vendors, and why token penalties invite repeat behavior. Finally, we dig into the media angle: local coverage that highlights a small-dollar crime story versus national reporting that argues the real story is systemic and massive. That contrast raises a question you can't ignore: who is responsible for telling the full truth when the records are public?Listen, share this with someone who follows Ohio politics or healthcare policy, and leave a review if you want more investigations like this to reach more people.Key Points from the Episode:• how the Medicaid home health waiver works and where the honor system breaks • why an NPI number and an LLC can be enough to start billing • the shell company pattern including dozens of providers tied to one address • what “impossible claims” reveal about weak verification • how Medicaid expansion and waiver authority can scale risk without scaling oversight • why local coverage framed it as a routine crime story • the political and media incentives that may shape what gets reported • the question we leave you with about incompetence versus something deliberate Be sure to check out our show page at teammojoacademy.com, where we have everything we discussed in this podcast as well as other great resources.

The electorate of Farrer is holding a by-election this weekend and we’re expecting the contest will be a good one. The NSW seat, which hugs the border with Victoria, belonged to former opposition leader Sussan Ley for 25 years. Time between Times Storytelling with Owen StatonThe Wonder of the Wollaton Gnomes There are places in Britain where the world feels… softer. Thinner. As though reality itself loosens its grip just enough for something older — something stranger — to slip through. On a September evening in 1979, in the shadowed woods of Wollaton Park, a group of children stumbled into just such a moment. What they encountered has never been explained.Tiny figures. No taller than a child's knee.Pointed hats. Long white beards. And impossibly… small, silent cars gliding through the twilight. They came in numbers. Dozens of them.Moving like a procession from another world.Watching. Playing. Chasing. For fifteen minutes, the ordinary world slipped away. And when it returned… nothing was ever quite the same again. In this episode, we step into the hush of evening, into the smell of wet earth and the deepening shadows, and we ask:What did those children really see? Was this imagination… or encounter and why do stories of “little people” echo across centuries of British folklore? This is not just a story. It is a glimpse… into the time between times.www.welshstoryteller.comKo- fi www.ko-fi.com/owenstatonpatreon - www.patreon.com/owenstaton7EnjoyOwen x
The Kelsey Fitzsimmons trial brings Timothy Houston, North Andover Police Officer, to the stand in this segment. The Kelsey Fitzsimmons trial is underway in Essex Superior Court in Massachusetts. Fitzsimmons, a North Andover police officer, is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after allegedly pointing her service weapon at fellow officer Patrick Noonan during a restraining order service at her home in June 2025. Prosecutors say she raised the gun at Noonan and pulled the trigger — the gun did not fire because there was no round in the chamber. The defense maintains Fitzsimmons was in the grip of a postpartum mental health crisis and the gun was turned on herself, not on Noonan. She has waived her right to a jury, leaving her fate entirely in the hands of Judge Jeffrey Karp.True Crime Today delivers real-time trial coverage as it happens — key testimony, critical cross-examinations, and the moments that matter. Everyone agrees on one thing: Kelsey Fitzsimmons drew her gun, and another officer pulled the trigger. What no one agrees on is where that gun was aimed. At Officer Noonan? Or at herself? Now, one judge — no jury — will decide what really happened in those split seconds. On Hidden Killers, criminal defense attorney Bob Motta, retired FBI behavioral analyst Robin Dreeke, and host Tony Brueski dig into how the defense is building its case when the shooting itself isn't in dispute. They break down the bench trial strategy, the surprising choice of a former Massachusetts Attorney General for the defense, and how mental health, police testimony, and perception collide in one of the most complex law-enforcement trials in recent memory. This is a case decided on the edge of one perceived moment. Day One of the Kelsey Fitzsimmons trial is in the books, and the testimony, the arguments, and the courtroom confrontations that unfolded Monday in Lawrence, Massachusetts set up what is shaping up to be one of the most closely watched criminal trials in New England this year.Fitzsimmons, a 29-year-old North Andover police officer, is charged with one count of assault with a dangerous weapon. The charge stems from a June 30, 2025 encounter at her home, where fellow officer Patrick Noonan shot her in the chest while serving a restraining order obtained by her then-fiancé, North Andover firefighter Justin Aylaian. The order handed Aylaian emergency custody of their four-month-old son and required Fitzsimmons to immediately surrender her firearms. Fitzsimmons has pleaded not guilty. The prosecution told Judge Jeffrey Karp that Fitzsimmons grabbed her service weapon, aimed it at Noonan's face, pulled the trigger — and survived only because the gun had no round in the chamber. She then performed a tap rack, successfully loaded a round, and raised the weapon a second time. Noonan fired twice. One shot struck her in the chest. The defense told the judge none of that is accurate. Fitzsimmons was in crisis — diagnosed with postpartum depression months before the shooting, previously hospitalized, and facing the loss of her child and her career in a single afternoon. She reached for that gun to harm herself, not Noonan. The weapon, Bradl argued, was at her own temple. Its location when she fell — under her leg — is physical evidence that it was never raised toward Noonan. And Noonan's words in those seconds, "Kelsey, no," are not what you say, Bradl argued, when a gun is aimed at your face.Noonan testified Monday on direct and faces cross-examination Tuesday. Aylaian also testified, and the defense used cross to establish he is currently on administrative leave from the fire department following conduct allegations. Fitzsimmons waived her right to a jury. Judge Karp decides this case alone.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Rachel is eight months pregnant when she and her husband Ben move to Coldbrook, his sleepy hometown, for her difficult third trimester. Everyone welcomes her. Everyone asks about the baby. Everyone recommends Mrs. Holloway, the town's beloved midwife who has delivered every child in Coldbrook for forty years and never lost a single one. But Rachel notices things. Children who look too similar despite different parents. Pointed questions about her career, her plans, her fitness for motherhood. And in the town hall basement, she finds birth records that don't add up—including her husband's. His mother's medical history shows two miscarriages, but no documentation exists. His baby photograph looks wrong in ways Rachel can't articulate. When she shows Ben the evidence, he dismisses her concerns as pregnancy anxiety. But that night, looking across the street at Mrs. Holloway's house, Rachel sees the curtain move. Someone is watching her. Judging her. And in three weeks, she's going to deliver her baby into that woman's hands.Unlock an ad-free podcast experience with Caloroga Shark Media! Get all our shows on any player you love, hassle free! What do you do when the people you trusted to point you to God become the reason you're questioning Him?I've walked through my own version of that question. And what I found changed everything. In this episode, I'm sharing a season when ministry culture became my access point to God, what happens when you put a gift in the place of the Giver, and what Hebrews 12 says about the shaking that reveals what cannot be shaken.I also want to speak directly to those who've been wounded, not just disappointed. Your healing matters. And there's so much hope for you.The structure may have crumbled. But what it revealed is something that cannot be shaken. Him. In you.
Healthcare organizations deliver exceptional clinical care, yet operational inefficiencies often remain hidden behind the scenes. In this episode of The Backstory on Marketing and AI, we explore how operational intelligence improves hospital efficiency through digitized workflows and structured data.AI must follow practical intelligence. Organizations must measure processes before optimizing them. AI enabled Market Research thinking applies directly to healthcare because improvement depends on clear data and defined outcomes. Broad AI platforms rarely succeed in complex environments.Pointed applications with strong governance deliver measurable ROI. When applied correctly, AI reduces staff burnout, improves workflow visibility, and strengthens financial sustainability.Leaders must respect compliance requirements while applying disciplined innovation strategies. AI and Marketing frameworks provide a structured path forward for healthcare transformation.

In This Episode: The Internet Archive saves an old car. AI Bird IDs. Claude code. Ringing Lost Dogs. This week the TEH Podcast is hosted by Leo Notenboom, the “Chief Question Answerer” at Ask Leo!, and Gary Rosenzweig, the host and producer of MacMost, and mobile game developer at Clever Media. (You’ll find longer Bios on the Hosts page.) Top Stories 0:00 LN: Internet Archive to the rescue My wife is visiting my sister-in-law, and the parking brake in her 2000 Honda CRV (originally my mother’s car) froze up. The pull-lever i the center wouldn't budge. I got messaged for help. I searched for “2000 honda crv maintenance manual”. The second entry is The Internet Archive's scan of the ~1400 page manual. https://archive.org/details/HondaCRV19972000 I was able to send her images from the manual about how to access and lubricate the pull lever. This isn't the first time IA has popped up randomly to help. It's an amazing resource. 5:45 LN: What bird is that? Another story of things coming together. My wife takes a photo with her phone (Pixel 4a) of a hawk sitting on a fence in our neighborhood. https://flic.kr/p/2rVhrLG The photo is auto-uploaded to her Google Photos account. I grab a copy and crop it. Original is 4032×3024, so there are lots of opportunities. Not bad. https://flic.kr/p/2rVjh8d 7:00 I fire up Topaz Gigapixel AI, and, with a little adjustment of settings, upscale the image 4x. I then crop it further to focus more closely on the bird. Also not bad, though there are some tell-tale signs that this was AI upscaled. https://flic.kr/p/2rVisjk 9:15 My wife asks me what kind of hawk that might be. No clue. So I decided to try … ChatGPT. I upload the upscaled image, and ask simply, “What kind of bird is this?” Likely ID: Red-tailed Hawk (juvenile) Based on the bulky buteo shape, overall brown upperparts, the pale “checkerboard” pattern on the wings, and the strongly banded tail (common in young birds before they develop the classic red tail), this looks most consistent with a juvenile Red-tailed Hawk. We do indeed have red-tailed hawks around here. It’s interesting that it ID'd a juvenile. 15:00 Identify birds. https://merlin.allaboutbirds.org/ 18:00 LN: Claude Code Installed on my PC because it promised to be able to work on local data 20:00 Non-trivial install (at least for Windows – WSL, and then you're running in an Ubuntu bash shell). 21:10 Scenario 1: My Obsidian vault – all plain text (.md) files. I think you should all have, as your new year's resolution, to tune in to more INCREDIBLE PhiladelphiaSportsTakes (trademark) right here on Hoagie Mouth. Heck, we gave you holiday episode after episode! Just so committed to the bit, we are.UP FIRST - it's the Eagles, winning a squeaker in Buffalo. Dude, we had them shut out in the first half! We know the defense is epic, an all-timer, a total bulldozer of a squad. But the offense, I mean LORDY what do we do with that? Is there a "switch" that can happen in the playoffs? Well, with the Eagles in line to host the first round at home, we need to see it. Commies at the Linc to wrap out the season on Sundee, Morman Missile under center. Book it.The Sixers - a bit of a roller coaster on the west coast swing, but we had an instant classic in Memphis to enjoy (along with last nights solid wire-to-wire win against the Mavs and COOP in Dallas). And JoJo starting to WARM UP 30 games into the season :-). But it's always a great thing to watch "Maxey and the VJ" every night - turning into the most dynamic duo in the NBA HMMM??And then yes, you all finally get a Flyers segment! They have been on their own long west coast trudge, and it's been about a .500 affair...but the last couple of games show a really creative and unrelenting offense. Can their defense show up a bit more to protect that possible Venezia Trophy finalist between the pipes? If you don't know what I just said there, you need to watch more hockey. Don't worry, Bob's gonna watch.Email: hoagiemouthpod@gmail.comIG: @hoagiemouthpod

We discussed AMC finally granting Netflix some space in their multiplexes. Is this glasnost between the world's biggest streamer and the world's biggest theater chain? What comes after? Then we discussed After the Hunt, Luca Guadagnino's post-MeToo cinematic provocation … albeit one with a purpose. This movie's getting hammered by critics but … not by us. It's Monday, September 22nd, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus South Korean pastor has disappeared A week after Pastor Son Hyun-bo from Busan Segyeoro Church in South Korea was arrested for violating public election laws, little information has been made public about his well-being or whereabouts, reports International Christian Concern. Pastor Son, who was arrested on September 8th, is facing the charges in part for allegedly interviewing an election candidate, Jeong Seung-yoon, during a church service and uploading a video of the conversation to social media. He also faces allegations of holding a “prayer service for victory” at Jeong's campaign office and stating, “We must vote for the right-wing candidate and truly establish God's kingdom.” Pastor Son has been active in contending against government overreach, including serving as a leader of the “Save Korea” group, which campaigns against the current left-leaning South Korean President Lee Myung, prime minister, and Democratic Party, who are in power. The outcry against Pastor Son's arrest has been strong. One representative stated openly that, “Pastor Son's arrest is not about an individual but a suppression of all religious figures.” Charlie Kirk's memorial pointed the world to Christ I felt compelled to attend Charlie Kirk's memorial at State Farm Arena in Phoenix, Arizona yesterday. (You can watch it here) So, on Friday and Saturday, my bride, Amy, and I drove 15 hours over two days from San Antonio, Texas with our three children – Honor, age 15, Mercy, age 13, and Valor, age 10 – to celebrate his life and grieve his death at the hands of an assassin's bullet on September 10th at Utah Valley University. Reportedly, 300,000 people from across America came by car and plane. Our family sat in the State Farm Arena which held 63,400 people. Next door, the Desert Diamond Arena held an additional 20,000 people who watched big video screens. Beginning with Christian worship led by Brandon Lake, Chris Tomlin, Phil Wickham, as well as Cody and Kari Carnes, it was a deeply moving experience as speaker after speaker echoed Charlie Kirk's call to come to Christ. Benny Johnson came to faith in Christ through Charlie Kirk Benny Johnson, a conservative influencer, was quite candid. JOHNSON: “When Charlie first met me, I was a degenerate loser. I was addicted to alcohol. I had no wife, I had no kids. I had nothing going for me. After 10 years of work with Charlie Kirk, after his witnessing to my life, I have become a Christ-centered man. I am happily married to the woman of my dreams, sitting right there with our youngest son, who just turned eight months.” He framed the assassination of Charlie Kirk in light of the truth of Genesis 50:20. JOHNSON: “What man intends for evil. God intends for good. Evil thought that there would be a funeral today. God has created a revival right here in this house right now.” (applause) Indeed, through the 3,200 chapters of Turning Point USA not only are more college students equipped with the truth, but many are coming to Christ. Frank Turek: Why Charlie Kirk is in Heaven Frank Turek is a Christian apologist who mentored Charlie with the best answers to tough questions about Christianity. TUREK: “I want you to know that Charlie right now is in Heaven, not because he was a great husband and father. Not because he saved millions of kids out of darkness on college campuses. Not because he changed minds and chased votes to save the country. Not because he sacrificed himself for his savior. Charlie Kirk is in Heaven because his Savior sacrificed himself for Charlie Kirk.” Tucker Carlson: “The only real solution is Jesus.” Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson explained what made Charlie Kirk unique. CARLSON: “The main thing about Charlie and his message, he was bringing the Gospel to the country. He was doing the thing that the people in charge hate most, which is calling for them to repent. “So how is Charlie's message different? Charlie was a political person who was deeply interested in coalition building and in getting the right people in office because he knew that vast improvements are possible politically. But he also knew that politics is not the final answer. It can't answer the deepest questions, actually. The only real solution is Jesus.” Secretary of State Marco Rubio highlighted Charlie's boldness and affirmation of marriage Secretary of State Marco Rubio highlighted Charlie Kirk's boldness. RUBIO: “Charlie Kirk was bold. He actively sought out to engage --peacefully, respectfully -- those who he disagreed with. As recently as two days ago, we learned of one of the hosts on CNN, who said that one of the messages he had gotten just a few days before Charlie's passing, was from him, inviting him to dialogue. “And he did this on campuses. He did this on podcasts. He did this on radio shows. He did this on television shows. Time and again, he sought to engage those he disagreed with because he understood that we were not created to isolate ourselves from one another, but to engage. “The irony in all this is that what our nation needs is the ability to discuss our differences openly, honestly, peacefully, respectfully. And Charlie Kirk did that more than anyone alive in America today is doing. This was the mission and work of Charlie Kirk.” And Secretary of State Rubio appreciated Charlie's affirmation of marriage and family to young people. RUBIO: “Understand where we are still today. In many places where young Americans are actively told that everything that they were taught, that all the foundations that made our society and our civilization so grand, they were all wrong. They were all evil, that marriage is oppressive, that children are a burden, that America is a source of evil, not of good, in the world. “And here was this voice that inspired a movement in which young Americans were told that is not true, the highest calling we are called to is to be in a successful marriage and to raise productive children.” War Secretary Hegseth: “Live worthy of Charlie Kirk's sacrifice and put Christ at the center” War Secretary Pete Hegseth explained that Charlie Kirk used the gift of persuasion on college campuses. HEGSETH: “Charlie waged war, not with a weapon, but with a tent, a microphone, his mind, and the truth. And the gates of hell could not prevail against him.” (Matthew 16:17-19) Secretary Hegseth spoke of Christian revival. HEGSETH: “Charlie started a political movement, but unleashed a spiritual revival. My pastor texted me the day after that horrific event and said, ‘Pete, the devil overplayed his hand.' Charlie started with liberty, but ended up lighting our country on fire for Christ. He started Turning Point USA, but this moment is the turning point for the USA.” And Secretary Hegseth gave America a charge in light of Charlie Kirk's Christian legacy. HEGSETH: “Charlie Kirk was a citizen who had the biblical heart of a soldier of the faith, who put on every single day the full armor of God (Ephesians 6) with a smile as the Scriptures tell all Christ followers to do. Charlie Kirk: a warrior for country, a warrior for Christ. He ran the race. He finished the fight. Now, it's our turn. My charge to all of you: Live worthy of Charlie Kirk's sacrifice and put Christ at the center of your life as he advocated for giving his.” Colossians 1:10 says, “Live a life worthy of the Lord and please Him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God.” Donald Trump, Jr. compared Charlie Kirk's martyrdom with Stephen Donald Trump, Jr. compared the martyrdom of Stephen with the martyrdom of Charlie Kirk. TRUMP JR: “Last week, Charlie joined a long line of courageous men and women who were martyred for what they believe. According to the book of Acts, the first martyr in the early Christian church was Stephen who was stoned to death. And as Stephen was being killed, he said, ‘Behold, I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing, standing, at the right hand of God.' “There are many times in the Bible where Jesus is seated at the right hand of God, but this is the only time he's seen standing. And while the Bible isn't explicit about this, I like to think Jesus was standing to welcome Stephen, the courageous martyr into Heaven. Today. that gives me great comfort because 11 days ago, as a cowardly assassin crawled on his stomach to end Charlie's life on Earth, I'm betting Charlie saw the son of God standing tall to welcome him home.” Vice President J.D. Vance admired Charlie Kirk's courage Vice President J.D. Vance shared that he's been personally emboldened to share his faith more since Kirk's assassination. VANCE: “You know, I was telling somebody backstage that I always felt a little uncomfortable talking about my faith in public as much as I loved the Lord and as much it was an important part of my life. I have talked more about Jesus Christ in the past two weeks than I have my entire time in public life.” (cheers) Vice President Vance is upset that some on the Left actually cheered Charlie Kirk's death. VANCE: “He was taken from us by those who despise the virtues that actually made our civilization great to begin with: dialogue, truth, seeking family and faith. In the wake of his death, we have seen some of the very worst parts of humanity. We have watched people slander him. We have watched people justify his murder and celebrate his death.” And Vice President Vance admired Charlie Kirk's courage. VANCE: “It is better to face a gunman than to live your life afraid to speak the truth. It is better to be persecuted for your faith than to deny the kingship of Christ. It is better to die a young man in this world than to sell your soul for an easy life with no purpose, no risk, no love, and no truth.” Joshua 1:9 says, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” Erika Kirk forgave her husband's killer And finally, Erika Kirk, Charlie's widow, who will now serve as the CEO of Turning Point USA, said something remarkable that brought all of us to our feet. ERIKA KIRK: “On the cross, our Savior said, ‘Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.' (Luke 23:34) “That man, [Tyler Robinson], I forgive him. (applause as she wept) I forgive him because it was what Christ did, and it's what Charlie would do. The answer to hate is not hate. The answer, we know from the Gospel, is love, always love. Love for our enemies and love for those who persecute us.” Ephesians 4:32 commands, “Forgive one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Monday, September 22nd, in the year of our Lord 2025.
