Take two chicken breasts, cover in olive oil, squeeze half of a lime over the chicken and then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder and chili powder. Do yourself a favor and buy some disposable gloves so you can pop those on and mix the chicken up before cooking it in a pan on the stove.  To make the cilantro lime sauce place one third cup cilantro, one jalapeno without seeds, two garlic cloves, juice of half a lime, one third cup of plain Greek yogurt, one teaspoon of honey, and salt and pepper to taste. We've known each other for over 20 years since our bands met at a random show in Poughkeepsie, NY. Following that meeting RX and his band at the time,The Exit, did a fair amount of touring together and I'm honored to remain a friend and contemporary. Gunnar is from New York City and is one of the finest drummers in the city without a question.
