Simon Thomas (born 26 January 1973) is an English television presenter who worked on Blue Peter for six years, and presented live Premier League football on Sky Sports from 2005-2018. Take a humorous journey with us as we explore the history behind April Fool's day and some of the world's funniest hoaxes.  April's Fools day is also known as All Fool's Day and the victims of hoaxes are are called April Fools.  There ar roots of All Fool's Day going back to the middle ages.  Growing up Kally's grandmother and mother were notorious for their practical jokes.   Some of the first references to April Fool's Day can be found in the works of Chaucer from the 1300's. We think a day of jokes and laughter is an awesome reminder that we all need humor in our lives.  Laughter is a wonderful healing tool and play time is essential to our well being. This is what he said, “I ran Two Oceans in under 6 hours in 2013 but was plagued with hamstring injuries during the training and injured myself (foot tendon) shortly after, and could not run the Comrades Marathon - probably due to having increased mileage too fast. I have not run much this year (10-20k's per week max.) but have been building up leg strength and fitness through spinning/cycling and rode the Momentum 947 Cycle Challenge 2014. My question is whether and how I can now build up my running training towards the Comrades Marathon 2015. Obviously my main concern is to avoid injury and build up mileage as slow as possible.
